ABSTRACT
Objective To realize the standardization of medical information under the same principle of retaining the existing ECG system framework. Methods The localization of HL7 medical information standard was studied, and the plug-in technique was used to reconstruct HL7 standard ECG system. Results After adding the HL7 communication module, the original ECG system could send and receive HL7 messages in real time to complete higher level medical data exchange and reduce the project implementation cost. Conclusion This study has important practical reference values for the standardization of HL7 in the existing medical information system,which is helpful to promote the standardization of medical information system.
ABSTRACT
Standards of TCM information plays a fundamental and critical role in TCM informatization. In recent years, the standardization of TCM information has made a series of tremendous progress. This article introduced the major work progress of TCM terminological standardization and TCM data standardization in China, and status of TCM information standardization in International Organization for Standardization and World Health Organization. The existing problems in the construction of standardization of TCM information were discussed and suggestions were proposed to solve problems: to build the basic framework of standard system of TCM information; to cultivate professionals for the researches on the international standards of TCM information; to further explore the theories and methods about standardization of TCM information.

To investigate health information standards application status in disease prevention and control institutions in Chinese medical reform demonstration area , and make analysis of ex-isting problems. [Methods] Part of the provincial, municipal disease prevention and control institutions were selected from Chinese medical reform demonstration area , and information from them collected through questionnaires. [Results] Of the 84 disease prevention and control institutions selected , 24.43%of in-stitutions had begun construction of information in accordance with health information standards issued by Ministry of Health.And the application rate was 32.11%for health information standards in the information system of the disease prevention and control institutions . [ Conclusion ] Health information standards has been used in disease prevention and control institutions for construction of information , but the applica-tion rate is low , and there have been remarkable differences found at different levels of disease prevention and control institutions .It is thought that application of health information standards should be further pro-moted and practiced in the disease prevention and control institutions .

The applications of ICF based infor-mation standard had been discussed in the areas of disability and rehabilitation assessment, clinical and rehabilitation information, Function-al Diagnosis Related Groups (fDRGs) and disability survey statistics and policy development.

Informed consent is composed of information disclosure,competency,understanding,voluntary and deci?sion.In determining the adequacy of information disclosure,patients’rule or standard should be adopted.Medical care provider is in duty to disclose to patients substantive facts relevant to medical intervention.It is necessary to reasonably define what constitutes the“substantiality”of information.If there exists legal exceptional circumstances such as emergen?cy,the duty of disclosure of medical practitioner can be avoided.
