ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#In order to solve the technical problems, clinical researchers face the process of medical imaging analysis such as data labeling, feature extraction and algorithm selection, a medical imaging oriented multi-disease research platform based on radiomics and machine learning technology was designed and constructed.@*METHODS@#Five aspects including data acquisition, data management, data analysis, modeling and data management were considered. This platform provides comprehensive functions such as data retrieve and data annotation, image feature extraction and dimension reduction, machine learning model running, results validation, visual analysis and automatic generation of analysis reports, thus an integrated solution for the whole process of radiomics analysis has been generated.@*RESULTS@#Clinical researchers can use this platform for the whole process of radiomics and machine learning analysis for medical images, and quickly produce research results.@*CONCLUSIONS@#This platform greatly shortens the time for medical image analysis research, decreasing the work difficulty of clinical researchers, as well as significantly promoting their working efficiency.

ABSTRACT

Yichang Central People's Hospital is a large prefecture-level tertiary hospital in Hubei Province. Since the late foundation and interdisciplinary characteritics, the department of emergency and critical care medicine faced many difficulties during development. Based on the actual situation of the hospital, leaders of the hospital and two disciplines advocated their core values of "putting patients' interests first and building team spirit". In consideration of the timeliness, multidisciplinary collaboration and importance of critical care, the department of emergency and critical care medicine in Yichang Central People's Hospital of Hubei Province was set up, and an integrated first-aid platform was established. The concept of "5-minute emergency life chain" was proposed, which highlighted the status and role of the department of emergency and critical care medicine in modern medical rescue and modern general hospitals. In the past 5 years, the emergency department and intensive care unit have made rapid development, including successful establishment of national demonstration centers for chest pain and stroke. Quality of the discipline has also been greatly improved, and a new construction path of department of the emergency and critical care medicine has been created.

ABSTRACT

The hospital extranet business integration platform was the integrated service management system of hospital external business. According to the actual situation in Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command,PLA, the article analyzed the difficult problems of developing extranet service platform and put forward the design model and technology architecture of the extranet business platform completely. Furthermore, the hospital extranet business integration platform was developed and put into practice. The practical application showed that the unified management of multi-entry, multi-channel, multi-mode and multi-system extranet business were realized by using this extranet integration platform in the hospital, and the efficiency of hospital service management was improved effectively.

Objective To explore the functional framework design and scheme of the patient App with the thought combining internet+ medicine.Methods The system structure design was executed based on the patient App requirements analysis.WeX5 was used to develop the App,and Web Service was applied to calling the external interface and generating internal interface to realize system integration and data exchange.Results Internet+ mode had high efficiency,easy maintenance and management when used for patient treatment,and thus is worthy promoting practically.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the data consistency guarantee of different systems based on integrated platform,to find the preferred guarantee scheme for different systems,and to ensure the quality of data while ensuring the healthy operation of the business system.Methods The master patient index information register was decrypted by means of message intermediate table so as to ensure asynchronous data generated by the consistency of the data.Message retransmission and the self-detection function of master index information register were used to ensure the consistency of the main index information.Through a combination of methods with real-time message reception and difference data ETL extraction the consistency of data for hospital data repository was realized.In view of the consistency of business system data,the consistency of business data was implemented through the message check,transaction control,emergency protection and etc.Results The number of the master patient index reached 7.97 million,the registered patient increased by 1 300 man-time daily,and the data quantity rose by 1.2 million pieces daily in the data center.One-year trial proved the stability of all the business systems and the accuracy of the data.Conclusion Data consistency schemes are developed according to the business scenarios and data characteristics of the master patient index system,data center and business systems,which enhance the efficiency of the integrated platform while raising data reliability,and are worthy promoting practically.
