ABSTRACT
The history of aeromedical evacuation was reviewed in the world.Database inquiry was executed to explore the present situation of aeromedical evacuation simulation training from the aspects of the contents, tools and environmental design.The problems were summarized in aeromedical evacuation simulation training in China,and some suggestions were put forward accordingly.It's pointed out that the researches on simulation training is of great significance for the development of aeromedical evacuation in war or non-war conditions.

O artigo foca nos resultados do último estágio de uma pesquisa sobre as estratégias climáticas de empresas nos setores automotivo e de papel e celulose no Brasil, um país que está se tornando mais e mais importante também em termos de questões relacionadas às mudanças climáticas. No primeiro estágio, um modelo - o Climate Strategy Model (CSM) - foi desenvolvido para verificar se as empresas estavam adotando práticas-chave para assegurar a implementação bem-sucedida de suas estratégias climáticas. No segundo, o CSM foi aplicado em empresas nas indústrias acima mencionadas, escolhidas por causa de seu papel importante na economia do país. No estágio final, entrevistas com executivos destas empresas foram realizadas para identificar as causas raiz das dificuldades na implementação das estratégias climáticas e para capturar informações relevantes na perspectiva internacional.

In order to sustain their competitive advantage in the current increasingly globalized and turbulent context, more and more firms are competing globally in alliances and networks that oblige them to adopt new managerial paradigms and tools. However, their strategic analyses rarely take into account the strategic implications of these alliances and networks, considering their global relational characteristics, admittedly because of a lack of adequate tools to do so. This paper contributes to research that seeks to fill this gap by proposing the Global Strategic Network Analysis - SNA - framework. Its purpose is to help firms that compete globally in alliances and networks to carry out their strategic assessments and decision-making with a view to ensuring dynamic strategic fit from both a global and relational perspective.
Com vistas a sustentar sua vantagem competitiva no contexto de globalização e mudanças crescentes, mais e mais empresas estão competindo globalmente por meio de alianças e redes que as obrigam de adotar novos paradigmas e ferramentas gerenciais. No entanto, suas análises estratégicas raramente levam em conta as implicações estratégicas dessas alianças e redes, considerando suas características globais e relacionais, aparentemente, por falta de ferramentas analíticas adequadas. Este artigo contribui para as pesquisas que buscam preencher esta lacuna, ao propor o "Global Strategic Network Analysis - SNA - framework". O objetivo deste é de auxiliar empresas que competem globalmente em alianças e redes na condução das suas avaliações estratégicas e tomadas de decisão com vistas a assegurar uma adequação estratégica dinâmica pela perspectiva ao mesmo tempo global e relacional.
ABSTRACT
Objective To explore a legal system which helps to provide effective HIV prevention and treatment for commercial sex workers.Method A method of literature review was adopted to analyse the major international literature on the interaction between sex work law and HIV prevention and treatment.Results In an international perspective,there are generally three types of legal frameworks of sex work:prohibitive law,law of regulating sex work through licensing,and decriminalization of sex work.In terms of public health,the prohibitive law drives sex workers to the underground state,hindering HIV/AIDS prevetion and treatment;the law of regulating sex work through licensing is unable to deal with the health problems of the unlicensed sex workers;decriminalization of sex work can not only avoid driving sex workers to the underground state,but can also advance HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment by providing integrated health service and behavioural interventions.Conclusion Among the three legal approaches to sex work,decriminalization of sex work provides the most enabling legal framework for HIV prevention and treatment in sex work community.
