ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the status,developing demands and directions of the education and training of military medical equipment.Methods The main problems of the PLA's medical equipment education and training were analyzed via being compared with those of foreign armies.According to the requirements on the campaign mode changing in the future war,the innovating mode under information-based military training,and the research and exploration of novel equipment and new technology,the developing directions in the future were ascertained.Results The interface was enhanced between new medical equipment development and educational training,and specifications were prepared for medical equipment application and maintenance.Conclutsion Exploring the pivot choke points and the developing directions will provide strategy guidance on the rapid and highly efficient elevation of military medical equipment supporting capacity.

ABSTRACT

Objective To understand the medical equipment training situation by using modular curricula and to present adjusting advices.Methods Questionnaire survey,site survey and discussion were executed in 53 students from two classes to make clear the situation and necessity of military medical equipment training curricula.Then Excel 2010 and SPSS 18.0 were used for treating the questionnaire,and Liken five-point scale and descriptive approach were applied to data analysis.Results The survey data showed that 61.5% of the modular curricula were set up reasonably,while 7.7% were not and 30.8% were not oriented clearly.Some suggestions were put forward to enhance the curricula recognition.Conclusion The modular curricula adapts itself to the sergeant student,though has to be improved in individualized training and new mode for practical teaching.

The feature of HPM(high-power microwave) and its effect are briefly introduced.The destroying mechanism of HPM to different electronic medical equipment is described in detail.The reinforcement of HPM and effective measures are discussed.It is crucial to study the effects of high-power microwave radiation on military electronic equipment due to wide application of HPM in future military actions.

ABSTRACT

As an important part of the health service security system,military medical equipment has important strategic position in wartime.Under the condition of high technology,the modern warfare has also laid higher requirement to the reliability guarantee of medical equipment.With the modernization development of military equipment,traditional medical equipment maintenance management mode does not meet the requirements of modern military medical equipment and its maintenance.Therefore,based on the reliability guarantee theory,the "Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM)" management mode for military medical equipment is studied in order to achieve the purpose of improving the equipment reliability and the integrity of combat readiness.

This paper introduces the platform and mode of military medical equipment E-procurement. Composed of the service system in the procurement center, the network system and the client-side, the platform can be applied to on-line bidding, tendering, evaluating, opening bid and so on. The organizational configuration, technical measures and supporting mechanism of the platform are studied. The platform is characterized by low expense, high efficiency, high security, and easy to monitor and expand.
