ABSTRACT
[Objective]To sort out and summarize the theory of nourishing Yin of ZHU Danxi and ZHANG Jingyue,and discuss the similarities and differences of two doctors'understanding of Yin deficiency and the treatment method of nourishing Yin.[Methods]Through the research method of documentics,this paper carefully studies the contents related to"Yin deficiency"in the major works of ZHU Danxi and ZHANG Jingyue,as well as relevant literature reports and analyzes the similarities and differences of the theory of nourishing Yin,classification of Yin deficiency and the treatment method of nourishing Yin between them.[Results]ZHU Danxi's treatment of Yin deficiency syndrome was based on the theory of"an excess of Yang with deficiency of Yin""ministerial fire(Xianghuo)".He took the hyperactivity of ministerial fire as the main pathogenesis of Yin deficiency syndrome.In the treatment method,he paid attention to reducing fire,and made good use of the bitter and cold products such as Anemarrhenae Rhizoma(Zhimu)and Cortex Phellodendri(Huangbai),and paid equal attention to nourishing Yin and reducing fire.ZHANG Jingyue,on the basis of the theory that"Yin and Yang are one"and"true Yin was the foundation of Yang Qi",believed that the deficiency of true Yin can lead to Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency,and proposed that Yin deficiency had two aspects:water deficiency in Yin and fire deficiency in Yin.In the treatment method,nourishing true Yin by the sweet and warm medicines such as Radix Rehmanniae Preparata(Shudihuang)was emphasized,and Yin Yang mutual aid was advocated.[Conclusion]Whether it is the thought of nourishing Yin or the specific treatment and prescription,ZHANG Jingyue inherited and made a breakthrough on ZHU Danxi.He further improved the theory of nourishing Yin and the theory of warm-recuperation in traditional Chinese medicine,and created a series of prescriptions based on nourishing true Yin.It is of great significance to study the similarities and differences of their thought,theory,clinical symptoms and treatment for sorting out the development context of the treatment method of nourishing Yin.

The occurrence of malignant tumors is closely related to the ministerial fire. The variant ministerial fire is the fundamental factor of the formation of cancer toxin， and ministerial fire dislocation and hyperactivity are the basis for the generation of variant ministerial fire. When the ministerial fire cannot keep its position or moves without restraint， burning and exuberant， the variant ministerial fire comes out. Under the guidance of the theory of ministerial fire， the basic treatment methods to differentiate and treat malignant tumors are the direct repulsion of variant ministerial fire， and the regulation of dislocated and hyperactive ministerial fire. The method of clearing heat and resolving toxins is often used， taking a large amounts of bitter and cold herbs to reduce variant ministerial fire. For ministerial fire dislocation， ministerial fire depletion， true yang insufficiency， and the ministerial fire failing to rely on， it is common to have symptoms of upper heat and lower cold， for which the treatment method is to benefit the source of the fire， and Modified Yinhuo Decoction （引火汤加减） is commonly used. For insufficient true yin and lack of support for ministerial fire， it is suggested to nourish kidney essence， and the medicinals of enriching yin and boosting kidney are commonly used. In terms of ministerial fire hyperactivity， the treatment method should be nourishing the heart and calming the mind， and Jiaotai Pills （交泰丸） is often used to clear heart and clam the mind， and return fire to its origin. At the same time， methods such as regulating qi， resolving phlegm， clearing fire， and dispelling stasis are used to clear away tangible pathogens， so that the ministerial fire acts in a controlled manner and keeps its position and destiny.

Although this method is suitable for clinical treatment, it is difficult for doctors to use, and the relationship between "four patterns" has not been clarified. The author introduces the dialectical thinking of"ministerial fire theory", and aims to interpret "four patterns and four methods". Sepsis and sepsis shock can be devided into four stages: Yang excess, Yin insufficient, fire damage, and fire decay, which corresponding to four disease stages:heat syndrome, heat syncope, cold syncope, and decaying, and the corresponding treatments are heat clearing, nourishing Yin, rescue Yang, rescue shock respectively. Abdominal problems should be considered during this process.

Objective To explore the antagonistic effect of Ziyin Xiehuo Recipe(ZYXHR,Recipe for nourishing kidney yin and purging ministerial fire) on estrogen-like activity of environmental endocrine disruptors,nonylphenol(NP) and mixture of NP and bisphenol A(BPA). Methods Totally 30 three-week-old female SD rats were randomly divided into control group(fed with corn oil),exposed group A (feeding NP100 mg / kg ),exposed group B (feeding NP 50 mg/kg+ BPA 200 mg/kg ),treatment group A (NP 100 mg/kg + ZYXHR),treatment group B (NP 50 mg/kg+ BPA 200 mg/kg + ZYXHR). After 15 days of treatment,the uterine weight gain and PCNA protein expression were detected.
