ABSTRACT

This paper presented the introduction of information technology to develop the hospital's one-card intelligent management system and its successful application. Thanks to the effective integration and linkage of hospital resources and information technology, such a system is built on the Internet of Things, platform + application, " Internet +" mindset. Thus the system can effectively achieve the service philosophy of strong security, high efficiency, and sustainable development, as well as more convenient access to medical treatment, more effective communication, and a new pattern of more comfortable medical and health services.

ABSTRACT

Objective To analyze the feasibility of theone-cardmode for division-level cadres hospitalized at military hospitals, and to provide reference for application of this mode to cadres under the regimental level who are hospitalized at military hospitals.Methods A 4-month pilot project was carried out among division-level cadres in Lanzhou, Jinan, Nanjing and Chengdu.Data collection and statistical analysis were conducted through the monitoring platform established in the administrative section.Results Division-level cadres outside the system mostly chose division-level hospitals.Patients thended to be hospitalized at nearby or high-quality hospitals mainly due to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and malignant tumor.Accommodation was not difficult.Conclusion The one-cardmode is feasible at military hospitals for division-level cadres, but the current system of initial diagnosis at basic medical institutions should be maintained.An information sharing platform of electronic medical records should be built to implement inter-hospital linking and sharing of diagnosis and treatment information.A budget subsidy mechanism should be established to normalize hospitalization.

ABSTRACT

The paper conducts a case study of Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science&Technology, introduces the application and management status of various cards, elaborates the one-card integration program for the management of staffs in the hos-pital and discusses the problems needing attention and the application effect.It is noted that the one-card solution facilitates the simpli-fication of the work process, the improvement of management efficiency and the reduction of management costs.

ABSTRACT

Objective To realize real-time medical insurance settlement system of Xi'an based on Outpatient One Card Solution to reduce the errors due to artificial accounting.Methods The system was developed with C# language and Oracle 10g, based on interface function dynamic library calling rule and HIS data structure requirements provided by Xi'an municipal medical insurance center.Results The system realized real-time settlement of the patient with medical insurance card.Conclusion The system simplifies medical insurance outpatient treatment flow and implements data communication.

Objective To design a bank and hospital one card system to optimize outpatient service process and improve service level of outpatient .Methods On the basis of the existing outpatient service process ,we combine transfer function and payment function of bank card ,thus a bank and hospital one card system was designed to utilize the advantage of City Payment Card .Re‐sults The waiting time of outpatients was shortened through the self service of bank and hospital one card system ,the pressure of outpatient service windows was reduced .Conclusion Bank and hospital one card system can optimize outpatient service process , which can improve hospital efficiency and patient satisfaction .

ABSTRACT

Currently it becomes more and more urgent to solve the problem of respective distribution of medical card in every hospital,which has led to people's duplicate purchase of medical cards.This article proposes an idea of receiving medical treatment with one card within a city,which can make full use of the existing network,card readers and other resources.The patients with medical insurance receive medical examination by using the medical insurance card,while the remained patients receive medical examination with another kind of IC card.All the medical information can be shared based on medical insurance network construction data centre which has been extensively connected.Furthermore,a new technology and service standard related to that card has been born.
