ABSTRACT
Among typical hyperopia patients, the light is focused behind the retina, resulting in blurry vision either at a distance or near. Frequent and excessive accommodationis prone to visual fatigue and internal strabismus, and children may even develop amblyopia, which requires timely correction and a careful design of an individualized correction scheme to avoid problems above. Due to the age-related physiological changes in the refractive system, the accommodation of hyperopic patients varies greatly at different ages and doctors need to design reasonable correction schemes according to different refractive characteristics. This article will review the existing hyperopia correction methods, compare their advantages, disadvantages and indications, and summarize the clinical manifestations of hyperopia patients of different ages and the clinical progress of the corresponding correction plan, hoping to provide a reference for the clinical correction of hyperopia.

The paper analyzes and discusses the necessity of integrating computational thinking into basic computer teaching by combining characteristics of medical undergraduates and the current situation and tendency of basic computer teaching,and states the thought and method of solving problems with the computational thinking by taking mind mapping and program design thought as the teaching cases,in order to cultivate the consciousness and ability of students in constructing problem solutions by taking advantage of the computational thinking.

Objective To design a worksheet generation software for satisfy the two CHEMCLIN ? 600 instruments (CC 600) and laboratory information system(LIS) data transmission needs in Daxing Hospital of Capital Medical University ,ensure consis‐tency and uniqueness of the test sample number .Methods Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and DotNetBar for Windows Forms were used to develop a work table generation software .Results Work table generation software had good interface ,and the CC 600 sys‐tem interaction had the advantage of simple operation ,generation of working table was operating normally ,and data transmission with laboratory information system was correct .Conclusion The worksheet generation software solves CC 600 linking problem be‐tween different test batches ,gives full play to the detection performance of the two instruments ,clinical application effect is good .

Actualmente los programas intergeneracionales están teniendo un gran auge como forma de intervención psicosocial en el colectivo de personas mayores y/o dependientes, asumiendo el principio de la solidaridad entre generaciones. En este artículo se ofrece un análisis crítico a cerca de las posibilidades de mejora en la planificación, diseño, implementación y evaluación de este tipo de intervención de carácter psicosocial.
Currently, intergenerational programs are having a great boom as a form of psychosocial intervention in the group of elderly and / or dependent people, assuming the principle of solidarity between generations. This article offers a critical analysis of the possibilities for improvement in the planning, design, implementation and evaluation of this type of psychosocial intervention.

Objective To realize high efficient and modern management of hospital library.Methods PowerBuilder programming language and SQL Server2000 database were used to construct the system.Results The system provided a convenient management platform with high efficiency,and preliminarily realized the information-based management of library.Conclusion The use of this system accelerates the information-based construction of our hospital library,and offers new approach and idea.
