ABSTRACT
Objective: To explore the molecular mechanism of Taoren-Honghua herb pair (THP) on syndrome of bloodstasis based on the network pharmacology. Methods: We collected THP's compounds from traditional Chinese Medicinedatabases and input them into Pharm Mapper to get their potential targets, and collected the known targets of compoundsby Scifinder. Then we did KEGG-pathway analysis by DAVID database. Finally draw and analyze the network byCytoscape by information above. Results: Seventeen compounds of THP acquired 74 known targets, which was associatedwith four modules: improving the hemodynamics, anticoagulation, anti-inflammation, regulating apoptosis andproliferation. We also got 317 potential targets through PharmMapper and got 128 signaling pathway through pathwayenrichment including 39 disease-related pathways, 25 endocrine-related pathways, 11 immune-related pathways and soon. Conclusion: The four modules of the known target are exactly related to the four characteristics of the syndrome ofblood stasis. The potential targets and the 128 signal pathways involve a variety of pathophysiological processes of thesyndrome of blood stasis. These reflect the molecular mechanism of THP intervention in the syndrome of blood stasis

Hepatic fibrosis is the most important pathologic course for chronic hepatic injury developing into hepatic cirrhosis. It is meaningful for treating liver disease by inhibiting the development of hepatic fibrosis. Recently, herbs of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis has their unique characteristics and exhibits great therapeutic effect on hepatic fibrosis. The review explains the function and mechanism of the promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis herbs in treating hepatic fibrosis from the aspects of the monomer, effective constituent and compound recipe. It provides basis for application of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis herbs in study and treating hepatic fibrosis.

Objective:To explore the pharmacodynamic differences of india madder root before and after charcoal in antiinflammatory,ease pain,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis and hemostasis function.Methods: The india madder root and india madder root charcoal decoction pieces were processed by the same one operation,then the water decoction of them were given to the mouse by intragastric administration in different dosages.The method of auricle tumefaction was adopted to compare the antiinflammatory function,body wrings was adopted to compare the ease pain function,to compare the hemostasis function of india madder root before and after charcoal by snipping off the mouse’s tail and capillary method.Blood stasis model was made by injecting Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate,then to compare the promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis function of india madder root before and after charcoal of india madder root before and after charcoal.Results: India madder root decoction pieces is more effective than india madder root charcoal decoction pieces in antiinflammatory,ease pain,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,but less effective in hemostasis.Conclusion: The function of antiinflammatory,ease pain,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis of india madder root were less effective after charcoal,but the fuction of hemostasis was more effective.

This thesis discourse upon blood stagnant in cerebral venation is the pivotal pathogenesis of cerebral ischemia stroke,and discuss once the cerebral ischemia occur,it can derive more phlegms,toxic heat and other pathological outcomes,resulting in inflammatory injury of cerebral ischemia,forming a vicious circle of "inflammation-thrombus",so that aggravating the injury with ischemia and anoxia of never cells,even causing inreversible putrescence of cerebral ischemia.And this condition should be the springs of the development and aggravation of the illness.Therefore,applying promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis measures can removing blood stasis,eliminating pathogenic wind-fire and cleanning out phlegm,so the pyogenic infections can be dispelled,and the pathological state of inflammation,injury and microcirculation obstacle in the brain can be meliorated.Then,the brain vascula become smooth and the blood supply resume,the symptoms with never functional impairment alleviate or meliorate,thereby,the rate of death and cripple decrease obviously.
