ABSTRACT

Objective To research effects of Yupingwind particles combing with nasal spray on allergic rhinitis. Methods 100 patients with allergic rhinitis from lishui people's hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nasal spray, and observation group was treated with Yupingwind particles combing with nasal spray. Relevant indicators were analyzed between two groups. Results Recent curative effect in observation group was 92.00%,higher than control group with 76.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,Symptom score, immune factors and inflammation level in observation group were better than those in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Yupingwind particles can improve recent curative effect for patients with allergic rhinitis.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To analyse immediate and long-term curative effect and safety assessment of Laparoscopic surgery treated for advanced gastric cancer.80 cases with advanced gastric cancer treated in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 were selected. All the patients divided into laparoscopic operation group and laparotomy group according to the different operation method,40 cases in each group, compared surgical characteristics index, incidence of postoperative complications, the median follow-up period,disease-free survival and overall survival of the two groups of patients. The operative time was extended and intraoperatve blood soss decreased,Postoperative exhaust time for the first time and postoperative analgesic use time and post operation hospitalization duration were shortened when the laparoscopic group compared compared to laparotomy group, laparoscopic group compared(P>0.05).The incidence rate of fever, infection, reflux gastritis, intestinal obstruction, gastric emptying dysfunction, other complications of the two groups had no obvious difference(P>0.05).The median follow-up period,disease-free survival and overall survival of the two groups had no obvious difference (P>0.05).The laparoscopic surgery for advanced gastric cancer can receive obviously clinical advantages and high security,it is worth promoting.

ABSTRACT

Background and purpose:Intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) enables the delivery of higher radiation dose to the primary tumor target, while sparing the organs and tissues at risk (OARs). Chemotherapy is an effective means to prevent distant metastasis. The purpose of this study was to observe clinical effect of concurrent intensity-modulated radiation therapy and chemotherapy for advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods: A total number of 62 cases of advanced esophageal carcinoma were divided into two groups. There were 32 cases in concurrent chemoradiotherapy group, and 30 cases were in radiotherapy alone group. The patients in two groups were both used IMRT radiotherapy, while the patients of concurrent chemoradiotherapy group were plused adjuvant chemotherapy. The chemotherapy regimen was TP. Twenty-eight days was a treatment cycle, 2 treatment cycles were lasted during chemoradiotherapy. After that, recent curative effect and toxicside reaction were compared between two groups. Results: The total relief rate (CR+PR) in concurrent chemoradiotherapy group was 93.8%. The total relief rate in radiotherapy alone group was 76.7%. There were signiifcant differences between the two groups (P0.05). Toxicside reaction in concurrent chemoradiotherapy group, including leucocytes decrease, radioactive esophagitis andⅢ,Ⅳtoxicity, were higher than those in radiotherapy alone group (P<0.05). Conclusion:After treating advanced esophageal carcinoma with concurrent intensity-modulated radiation therapy and chemotherapy, the recent curative effect and the local response were ifne, while toxicity was more serious.
