ABSTRACT
Islet transplantation has developed rapidly over the last 20 years and is becoming one of the ideal clinical treatment options for type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM). There is growing clinical evidence that islet transplantation has significant efficacy in insulin independence or reduction, preventing hypoglycemic episodes and preventing diabetic complications.However, clinical islet transplantation still faces challenges, such as a shortage of donor resources, difficulties in early implantation and survival of islet grafts, and immune rejection.In the future, donor pancreatic donation and its effective utilization should be promoted, and clinical exploration of xenogeneic islet transplantation and stem cell-derived islet transplantation should be encouraged to effectively solve the problem of insufficient islet source.At the same time, through continuous research and development of new materials and technologies, optimize the location of islet transplantation to improve the implantation and survival of islet grafts, and gradually eliminate the need for immunosuppression.In addition, we should actively promote the development and application of post-islet transplantation graft monitoring tools to further ensure the long-term survival of post-islet transplantation grafts, so that more diabetic patients can benefit from it.

Medical alliances constitute a vertical integration of regional medical resources, and an effective means to promote the tiered medical services. As one of the largest tertiary hospitals in Xinjiang, a hospital has gradually built a " 1+ 6+ N" medical alliance cooperative system fitting the geographical characteristics of Xinjiang since 2018. The system was based on the hospital, made county-level medical institutions as the hub, primary medical and health units as the focus, and telemedicine as the bridge. It turned a telemedicine service platform as the medium, integrating such service segments, as offline practices of experts like clinical teaching, ward rounds, surgical guidance and discipline construction, and as online practices like remote consultation, remote diagnosis, remote education, and remote new technology training among others. Then these segments were integrated into such cooperative models as the remote cooperative medical alliances, specialist-cooperative medical alliances, inter-department co-construction medical alliances, precision-based assistance medical alliances, urban medical group type of medical alliances, and " alliance-consortium" integrated development medical alliances. These practices enabled the expansion and primary support of high-quality medical resources. By June 2022, the hospital had established cooperation via medical alliances with 285 medical institutions at all levels. The implementation of this cooperation mechanism has effectively improved the medical service capacity, diagnosis and treatment capacity of difficult and critical diseases, diagnosis and treatment homogeneity and remote diagnosis capacity in the region, as well as the smooth and orderly progress of the tiered medical services and two-way referrals within a medical alliance.

ABSTRACT With the deepening of the national health program, the number of people participating in sports activities is increasing, and the problem of insufficient community sports resources is becoming more and more obvious. It is an effective way of solving the problem of injecting sports resources into the public service system of national fitness, but the process of integration of sports resources and public national fitness service is not smooth. Through expert consultation and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this study analyzed the current situation of university sports resources into the public service system of national fitness, and collected the evaluation of social fitness personnel on the opening of university resources by means of a questionnaire combined with experts' opinions, using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to transform subjective and fuzzy evaluation into objective and specific evaluation points. The research shows that the current level of university sports resources into the public service system of national fitness is low, which shows that the sports resources sharing policy under the national fitness has not been well implemented. The study proposes that the level of sharing of sports resources can be strengthened by the awareness of sharing of sports resources by university leaders and improving the management system. This study is expected to represent a reference for the university sports resources into the public service system of national fitness in the new era.
RESUMO Com o aprofundamento do programa nacional de saúde, o número de pessoas que participam de atividades esportivas está aumentando, e o problema de recursos esportivos comunitários insuficientes está se tornando cada vez mais óbvio. É uma forma eficaz de resolver o problema da introdução dos recursos desportivos sistema público nacional de serviços de educação física, mas o processo de integração dos recursos desportivos e do sistema público nacional de serviços de educação física não é simples. Através de consulta com especialistas e de um método de avaliação abrangente, este estudo analisou a situação atual dos recursos desportivos universitários no sistema nacional de serviços públicos de educação física e procedeu à avaliação dos profissionais de saúde social sobre a abertura dos recursos universitários através de questionário e pareceres de especialistas, utilizando um método de avaliação abrangente e difuso para transformar a avaliação subjetiva e difusa em pontos de avaliação objetivos e específicos. A pesquisa mostra que o nível atual de recursos esportivos universitários no sistema nacional de serviços públicos de educação física é baixo, o que mostra que a política de compartilhamento de recursos esportivos no âmbito nacional de educação física não foi bem implementada. O estudo propõe que o nível de compartilhamento de recursos esportivos pode ser fortalecido através do reforço da consciência dos líderes universitários e da melhoria do sistema de gestão. Espera-se que, através deste estudo, seja possível estabelecer uma referência aos recursos desportivos universitários para o sistema nacional de serviços públicos na área de educação física na nova era.
RESUMEN Con la profundización del programa nacional de salud, aumenta el número de personas que participan en actividades deportivas y el problema de la insuficiencia de recursos deportivos comunitarios se hace cada vez más evidente. Este programa es una forma eficaz de resolver el problema de la inyección de recursos deportivos en el sistema público nacional de educación física, pero el proceso de integrar ambos, los recursos para el deporte y el servicio público nacional de educación física no es sencillo. Por medio de la consulta a expertos y un método amplio de evaluación integral, este estudio analizó la situación actual de los recursos deportivos universitarios en el sistema público nacional de educación física. Recopiló la evaluación del personal de esa área sobre el uso de recursos universitarios mediante un cuestionario combinado con opiniones de expertos, utilizando un método de evaluación integral amplia para transformar dicha evaluación subjetiva, en puntos de evaluación objetivos y específicos. La investigación muestra que el nivel actual de recursos deportivos universitarios en el sistema de servicio público nacional de educación física es bajo, lo que demuestra que la política de distribución de recursos para el deporte en el marco nacional no se ha aplicado correctamente. El estudio propone que el nivel de distribución de recursos deportivos puede fortalecerse aumentando la conciencia de los líderes universitarios sobre esos recursos y mejorando el sistema de gestión. Se espera que este estudio represente una referencia para el uso de los recursos deportivos universitarios en el sistema público nacional de educación física en la nueva era.

Objective:Standardized sample resources and high-quality clinical big data are important resources for medical research, only through resource sharing can maximize its utilization.Which can be utilized to the max only through resource sharing.Methods:This paper attempts to explore the sharing mechanism of the resource sharing platform and proposes some aspects such as the platform construction background, management regulations, legal ethical system, data sharing principles, benefit distribution, etc.This article attempts to explore the sharing mechanism based on the resource sharing platform of the respiratory disease biobank, proposes the contents that should be included in the sharing mode.Detailed information including the platform construction background, management procedures, legal and ethical system, data sharing principles and benefit distribution should take into consideration in the operating mechanism of the platform.Results:Establishing a resource sharing platform matches the development of clinical research in China.The tailored sharing model which is suitable for the field of respiratory diseases will also guide the rapid development of clinical research.Conclusions:The construction of a respiratory disease biobank sharing platform is conducive to promoting the opening and sharing of biological samples and information resources in the context of big data.

Development and implementation of medical examination appointment platform, integrated with the hospital HIS system, PACS systems and queue system. Results:Achieved the function of“one-stop booking, network distribution, multi-point examination”for all patients, a better solution to the disorder problem of medication examination. Conclusion:The implementation of the medication examination platform has played a positive role. Objective:In view of the current existing in the construction of hospital information system, poor compatibility between the software, data sharing difficult shortcomings, puts forward the solution based on Web service to realize the hospital information resources integration and sharing. Methods: Using medical digital image communication standard (DICOM), medical layer 7 (HL7) and Web service technology, through constructing a unified hospital information integration platform to integrate hospital information system (HIS), medical imaging system (PACS) and radiology information system (RIS). Results: Based on Web service integration platform can apply complex heterogeneous system, support custom adapter connection, reduce the coupling between modules, improve the commonality of data, system have strong extensibility. Conclusion:The application of integration technology will greatly improve the hospital the system stability, security, compatibility and efficiency, and the hospital running maintenance costs were reduced.

Currently, the basic network resource of the entire traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) industry is fragmented. Issues of data unify are not easily resolved. It seems that there is no new breakthrough in key technologies, especially on the problem of data sharing and resources' integration. In this context, a method of medical information data sharing is advocated to solve the problem. We use the RESTful style to define resources of the pharmaceutical industry, which is based on the UDDI Web services standards. The objective of this paper is to create a method of TCM resource URL defined and exchanged. Finally, this paper provided an easy way for TCM data network sharing.

Objective To explore the feasibility of constructing literature exchange platform between TCM libraries of Across-Straits, focusing on current situation of TCM libraries. Methods Originally scattered,multivariant, and isomeric TCM literature resources were united to one whole through simple and effective mode for the purpose of increasing literature usage. Disease bio-banks are an important strategic resource for medicine development. Such a bank with complete information and high information sharing enhances the competitiveness of medicine and promote the development of translational medicine. The present development of such banks is found with such setbacks as weak government leadership and standardization, as well as lack of a sharing mechanism. Therefore medical institutions should strengthen their standardization and informationization of disease bio-banks, which deserve sufficient government policy support and guidance. These efforts will help preserve our rich clinical resources, in addition to their integration and sharing for medicine advancement.
