ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT Introduction: Education administrative departments and schools should regard sports as an integral part of school education and allow students to use sports every day. Guarantee the time for sports activities; schools should organize various forms of extracurricular sports activities". Objective: Based on the ecological system theory, the paper constructs a three-factor structural model that restricts youth sports participation and compiles a scale of factors restricting youth sports participation. Methods: The thesis selected 1,800 primary and secondary school students as the research object and used exploratory factor analysis to explore the questionnaire structure on the obstacles to sports participation. Results: 1) Exploratory factor analysis, the cumulative contribution rate of the first three factors extracted was 58.90%, and the load of each factor was more significant than 0.4. The three factors were school factors, family factors, and personal factors in order; 2) Reselected subjects, Exploring the three-factor structural model of obstacles to sports participation were verified. The final modified model RMSEA was 0.071, CFI was 0.98, and χ2/df was 8.55. The three factors were school factors, family factors, and personal factors. Conclusions: The fit of the three-factor structural indicators restricting youth sports participation is ideal, and the model is relatively stable. The "Questionnaire on Restricting Factors of Youth Sports Participation" can be used as a measurement tool to evaluate and understand youth sports participation constraints. Level of evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation of treatment results.

ABSTRACT

@#AIM: To investigate the present situation and restrictive factors about the prevention and control of retinopathy of prematurity in Grade Ⅲ A hospitals of Hunan Province.
METHODS: A total of 20 hospitals with neonatal intensive care unit were selected from 13 prefecture level cities and 1 autonomous prefectures in Hunan Province by stratified random sampling method. The questionnaires for prevention and treatment of retinopathy of prematurity in hospital were distributed to the hospital officers in order to survey the condition of oxygen monitoring, ROP screening and treatment, ROP training in hospitals and the supervision of health administration departments and the restrictive factors for prevention and treatment of ROP.
RESULTS: Totally 20 questionnaires were collected. There were 20(100%)hospitals carried out oxygen monitoring, 12(60%)hospitals conducted ROP screening, 3(15%)hospitals conducted ROP treatment, 2(10%)hospitals conducted ROP screening and treatment, 5(25%)hospitals conducted special training for prevention and treatment of ROP and 4(20%)local health administration conducted supervision for prevention and control of ROP. The situation of treatment, special training and supervision for ROP in provincial Grade Ⅲ A hospitals were better than ministerial Grade Ⅲ A hospitals. The main restrictive factors of ROP were lack of professional and technical talents, equipment for prevention and treatment, standardized training and the great risk of treatment in children with severe disease.
CONCLUSION: The oxygen monitoring for newborns in Grade Ⅲ A hospitals were good, but the present situation of screening and treatment about ROP is not optimistic. The training of special skills and supervision for prevention and treatment of ROP should be strengthened to further improve the overall level of ROP prevention and control.

ABSTRACT

In recent years, the industry of Bletillae Rhizoma has developed rapidly and widely in medicine, health care, beauty, etc., but there are still problems that restrict its sustainable development. Based on field investigating in development status of Bletillae Rhizoma market and industry, consulting relevant literature and our research results, and main constraints were discovered as follows: wild resources shortage, uneven varieties, unclear mechanism, low comprehensive utilization, unclear quality standards, difficulty of quality control, weak industrial level, slow cluster development and so on. Therefore, we can strengthen the protection of germplasm resources and selection of superior varieties, carry out the mechanism of its effective ingredients, improve quality evaluation system and expand sales market using brand strategy to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Bletillae Rhizoma.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the restrictive factors in the development of foreign medical education. Methods From the years 2011 to 2013, 350 foreign students conducted a questionnaire survey in Chongqing Medical University, and recovered 339 valid questionnaires. Results Only 33.0%(112/339) students thought that the teacher's English was fluent and 70.2% (238/339) needed to add Chinese class. Additionally, 69.6% (236/339) and 63.1% (214/339) students considered theoretical knowledge and practi-cal experience were not enough. 92.3%(313/339) students came from developing countries in Southeast Asia. 86.1%(292/339) foreign students considered that university management was insufficient. Conclusion The survey found the restrictive factors included students' demand for English and Chinese, lack of medical ex-pertise and practice, the problem of student sources and daily management difficulties and so on.
