ABSTRACT
Retroperitoneal neurilemmoma is relatively rare and benign tumor. We report a case of a benign retroperitoneal pelvic neurilemmoma that presented with constipation and an adnexal mass and brief review of literatures.

Neurilemmomas are tumors of the neurilemmoma or nerve sheath of Schwann. They rarely occur in the retroperitoneal space. It is usually solitary and may be benign or malignant, solid or cystic, encapsulated or diffuse. We report 2 such cases and discus the clinical and pathological features.

It is usually solitary and may be benign or malignant, solid or cystic, encapsulated or diffuse. We report one case of retroperitoneal neurilemmoma with review of literature.
