ABSTRACT

Background@#In accordance with the development of a rapid pace of modern medical science, requirements for the scholars and teachers of universities that provide the medical professionals throughout the world increase every year and there is an urging demand for the scholars and teachers to develop themselves continuously.@*Methods@#In order to assess the influence of the cooperation on the teacher’s development, we chose 43 teachers who participated in professional development training of the Yonsei university by using non-probabilistic collection method.@*Results@#77,19 % of the study participant teachers responded that professional development training greatly influenced to their teaching skills improvement. 19,3 % responded that it was well influenced, and 3.51% responded as slightly influenced. The majority of the participants or 43,86% responded that the professionaly training greatly influenced to their clinical aid and service skill improvement. 36,84% responded as well influenced,12.28 % responded as moderely influenced, 3.51 % responded as slightly influenced and 3.51% responded.The question of how the training influenced for their improvement of scientific research, 3% responded as not influenced at all, 11 % responded as slightly influenced, 30 % respoded as well inflienced and 56% responded as greatly influenced.@*Conclusion@#The participants responded to the question on how the training has influenced on professional development training as greatly influenced to their teaching skills improvement. As teachers from the branch universities who participated in the study have a statistical significance. (p=0,04)

ABSTRACT

Este trabalho objetiva abordar os resquícios das práticas manicomiais executadas num grande hospital psiquiátrico e sua repetição nos serviços de saúde mental de Barbacena. Nessa instituição hospitalar, pessoas internadas involuntariamente, sem diagnóstico de doença mental foram violentadas e mortas com a conivência do Estado. Procedeu-se a um breve percurso histórico e crítico sobre a criação desse hospital e entrevistas com profissionais que nele trabalham e que participam da implantação das políticas públicas de atenção a saúde mental no município. A psicanálise será utilizada nesta investigação, como forma de abordar a violência política e social em seus efeitos traumáticos e continuados até a atualidade. O conceito de compulsão à repetição auxiliará na compreensão da manifestação de práticas e discursos ligados à cultura manicomial. Tais práticas se automatizam nesses profissionais que sofrem os efeitos das passagens inconscientes da história relegadas ao esquecimento por jogos de conveniência não explicitados.


This research intends to address the remnants of insane asylum practices performed in a large psychiatric hospital and its repetition in the mental health services of Barbacena. In this hospital institution people were involuntarily admitted, without a diagnosis of mental illness, violated and murdered with the complicity of the state. Proceeded to a brief criticalhistorical analysis about it creation, interviews with professionals who work on it and, also, participate on the implementation of public policies on mental health care in the city. Psychoanalysis will be used on this research as a way to tackle the political and social violence in their traumatic effects that continues on these days. The concept of repetition compulsion will assist us in understanding the manifestation of practices and discourses related to asylum culture. Such practices are automated in those professionals who suffer the effects of unconscious passages of history, relegated to forgetfulness, by convenience games not specified.


Este trabajo tiene como objetivo hacer frente a los restos de las prácticas psiquiátricas realizadas en un gran hospital psiquiátrico y su repetición en los servicios de salud mental de Barbacena. En este hospital, las personas admitidas involuntariamente, sin un diagnóstico de enfermedad mental fueron violadas y asesinadas con la connivencia del Estado. Se ha producido un breve recorrido histórico y crítico en la creación de este hospital y entrevistas a profesionales que trabajan en ella y participar en la implementación de políticas públicas que aborden la salud mental en el municipio. El psicoanálisis se utilizará en esta investigación como una manera de hacer frente a la violencia política y social y sus efectos traumáticos continúa hasta hoy. El concepto de compulsión a la repetición ayudar en la comprensión de la manifestación de prácticas y discursos relacionados con la cultura de asilo. Tales prácticas si automatizan estos profesionales que sufren los efectos de los pasajes inconscientes de la historia relegados al olvido por los juegos de conveniencia no especificados.

ABSTRACT

No presente estudo, realizado com dezesseis mães, discute-se sobre fatores de risco para o desenvolvimento do bebê, em especial, variáveis maternas e sociodemográficas. As mães responderam a uma entrevista e inventários para avaliação de ansiedade e estresse. Os bebês foram avaliados pelo Inventário Portage Operacionalizado. Os resultados apontaram correlações positivas entre ansiedade e autocuidado e negativas entre estresse materno e desenvolvimento cognitivo dos bebês. Houve correlações significantes entre idade materna e desenvolvimento motor e cognitivo no segundo mês (p=0,005; 0,013). A idade gestacional mostrou-se significante para a área motora no segundo mês de vida do bebê (p=0,026), mas a correlação foi negativa. A variável peso ao nascer apontou diferença significante e negativa para cognição no segundo mês (p=0,29) e a escolaridade materna foi significante e positiva para a área de linguagem no primeiro mês (p=0,000).Os dados referendam a importância da orientação e acompanhamento de mães durante o pós-parto...


In the present study, participated sixteen mothers. We discuss about risk factors for the development of the baby, especially main measurements maternal and sociodemographic. Mothers were interviewed and inventories to assess anxiety and stress. The babies were assessed from 'Inventário Operacionalizado Portage. The results pointed positive correlations between anxiety and self-care, and negative associations between maternal stress and cognitive development of infants. There were significant correlations between maternal age and cognitive, and motor development in the second month (p=0.005; 013). Gestational age was significant for the motor area in the second month of a baby's life (p=0.026), however this correlate was negative. The variable birth weight showed significant difference in cognition and negative in the second month (p=0.29); and maternal education was significant positive for the language area in the first month (p=0.000). ABSTRACT

La influencia del contexto social y familiar en el desarrollo socioemocional y cognitivo del niño es innegable. El objetivo de este trabajo es destacar el rol activo de la parentalidad en el desarrollo cognitivo infantil. Para esto, se revisan diversos antecedentes en el área con particular énfasis en los estudios que analizan el efecto de las diferentes prácticas parentales sobre el funcionamiento ejecutivo del niño. Se espera que la integración de estos aportes favorezca el desarrollo de estrategias de intervención dirigidas a promover y fortalecer prácticas parentales adecuadas, para repercutir de manera positiva en el desarrollo cognitivo de los hijos.


The influence of the social and family context in the child's socioemotional and cognitive development is undeniable. The objective of this paper is to underline the active role of parenthood in the child's cognitive development. To this end, several antecedents in the area are revised with a particular emphasis on the studies that analyze the effect of the different parental practices on the child's executive functioning. It is expected that the integration of these contributions favor the development of intervention strategies aimed at promoting and strengthening adequate parental practices, so as to have an impact on the children's cognitive development in a positive manner.
