Study on PSA oxygen generating technology with variable frequencies,constant pressure and self-adaptivity to altitude changes / 医疗卫生装备

Objective To provide technical support for developing portable and carrying PSA medical oxygen generators under variable altitudes. Methods Based on the operation principle of PSA technology, the effects of altitude on the performance capacity of series of PSA medical oxygen generators were analyzed. PSA oxygen generating technology was explored with an inlet system with variable frequencies and constant pressure. The problems due to the introduction of the converter were discussed during studying key technologies, and some countermeasures were put forward accordingly. Trials were executed with 1.2 Nm3/h generator taken as an example. Results The PSA medical oxygen generator developed met the requirements of corresponding standards of medical molecular sieve oxygen generator at the altitudes from 0 to 4451 m. Conclusion The PSA oxygen generator has its adaption altitude enhanced significantly.

Influence of sleep self-adaptation on sleep quality in Chinese military personnel / 中华行为医学与脑科学杂志

Objective To investigate the sleep self-adaptation for Chinese military personnel and the correlations with sleep quality. Methods 857 soldiers completed the Sleep Quality Scale of Chinese Military Personnel (SQSCMP) and the Soldier Sleep Self-Adaptation Scale (SSSAS). Results The average level of sleep selfadaptation of Chinese military personnel was 2.89, below the theoretical midpoint score 3. There were significant positive correlations between the sleep quality and the global level of sleep self-adaptation and its 5 factors ( r =0. 16 ～ 0. 533, P ＜ 0.001 ), except the factor of perceived importance of sleep ( r = -0.027 ). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the major determinants of the sleep quality were the factors of positive attitudes about sleep,the positive self-suggastions on sleep and the ability of anti-disturbance of sleep. Conclusion The positive and appropriate attitudes and beliefs about sleep are of benefit to sleep quality.

OTSU-based self-adaptation threshold partition algorithm for optic-microscopic image / 医疗卫生装备

It's very difficult segment the medical microscopic image for its features such as multi-objective, complicated background, abundant disturbances and noises, little contrast. After comparing the results of several segmentation arithmetics, this paper puts forward an OTSU-based self-adaptation threshold partition algorithm for effective segmentation of medical microscopic image.
