ABSTRACT
The functions and service of WeChat platform in domestic academic libraries were summarized in order to find out the satisfied aspects ( such as its response speed, interface design and operation) and unsatisfied aspects (interaction efficiency, push quality and popularization) of users with the functions and service of WeChat plat-form. Measures should be taken for improving the unsatisfied aspects in order to meet the users' requirements, and suggestions were put forward for optimizing the functions of WeChat platform and perfecting its service, such as atta-ching importance to the WeChat public platform construction and improving its service in order to transform the aca-demic libraries into intelligent libraries.

Resident health card is the golden key for the trans-institutional, trans-regional, interconnected, and intercommunicating medical and health information service , resource sharing and collaboration , the stress was thus laid in this paper on the specific target, design ideas, general design program, implementation of their functions, and measures for their safety for the resident health card operation system on Internet.

As the new health care reform have been gradually deepened, hospital internal audit staffs should change ideas, change work strategies and methods, expand the area of audit business. Combining the working practices and experiences of the internal auditing, discuss the area of hospital internal auditing business under the new situation, then put forward suggestions for the internal audit function.
