ABSTRACT
Based on the analysis of the current situation of family sickbed business,the paper puts forward the improvement ways of family sickbed diagnosis and treatment work through "Internet plus" method,introduces the design process of a kind of mobile patient visit information system,and states the network security solution plan.Practice proves that this method can achieve low operation cost and safe and stable transmission and interface,which can be regarded as the design reference and basis of mobile diagnosis and treatment system of family sickbed in domestic.

Objective To analyze the effect of implementing traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clinical pathway on family sickbed patients.Methods Those family sickbed patients with herpes zoster or facial neuritis were involved in this study.Their medical records and data of ‘Family sickbed quality control scale’ were collected,in which there are methods of TCM clinical pathway,decoction of the Chinese Medicine,ingredients and treatment procedures of the topically used TCMs,and acupuncture treatment procedures were documented.The family sickbed days,prognosis,informed rate and satisfaction rate were analyzed before and after TCM clinical pathway treatment.Results In the treatment group,the family sickbed days (11.67± 1.91)d and referral rate 12.20％ (10/82) were significantly lower (P＜ 0.01) than those in the control group [(1 3.88 ± 2.61) d,50.00％ (41/82) respectively].The rate of cure87.80％ (72/82),the rate of informed patient 97.56％ (80/82) and the rate of satisfaction91.46％ (75/82) were significantly higher(P＜ 0.01)than those in the control group [50.00％ (41/82)、65.85％ (54/82)、50.00％ (41/82) respectively].Conclusion The clinical pathways for family sickbed patients with herpes zoster or facial neuritis were effective.
ABSTRACT
Objective To probe into the clinical effect of the sickbed management system for student nurses.Methods The student nurses at the first department of gynecology from June 2010 to April 2012 were set as the experiment group,in which the sickbed management system was used so that they completed their nursing work at fixed shifts and sickbeds under the nursing teacher’s instructions.The student nurses at the second department of gynecology during the same period were set as the control group,in which the student nurses took different tasks for unfixed sickbeds at different shifts every day.The two groups were compared in terms of the student nurses’knowledge about the patients’diseases and the degree of patients’satisfaction with their nursing work.Result The experiment group was significantly better than the control one in terms of student nurses’knowledge about the patients’diseases and the degree of patients’satisfaction with their nursing work(both P<0.05).Conclusion The sickbed management system for the student nurses may not only enhance nurses’sense of responsibility for their work,but also improve the quality of nursing teaching and patients’ satisfaction with the nursing service.

[Objective] To study the effect of family sickbed comprehensive nursing mode on patients with stroke.[Methods] 92 cases of discharged patients with cerebral apoplexy were selected between October 2010 and October 2011,and were divided into the observation group(52 cases)and the control group(40 cases).Among them,the observation group received the family sickbed comprehensive nursing intervention,which was conducted by community nurses.The control group received general discharge mode and did not accept community nursing intervention.As designed,patients were followed weekly or monthly after discharge.After three months the treatment efficacy and quality of life were assessed.[Results] After follow-up for 3 months,HAMD,NIHSS scores in the intervention group were lower than those of the control group,MMSE,FMA and BI scores were higher than those of the control group.The physical,psychological,social and environmental scorcs in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group.[Conclusions] Family sickbed comprehensive nursing of cerebral apoplexy patients during rehabilitation stage can not only save medical resources,but also facilitate to recovery of patients.

Objective: To design a upper computer software which can achieve data acquisition, display, motion control for sickbed-control test system. Methods: In Visual C++6.0 environment, take advantage of Advantech's development kit, and integrate multi-thread and dual-buffer technology to achieve. PC translate user's intentions into control commands, then sent commands to PCI1240, PCI1716 through the PCI interface, PCI1240 drive stepper motor to control the movement of the bed, while PCI1716 collect movement state information. Results: Movement can be stopped immediately by clicking the stop button even during the reciprocating motion, and solve screen flicker when drawing the real-time curves. The software has been test in bed-control system many times and achieved good results. Conclusions: This paper's method realized the sickbed's motion control, data acquisition, data storage and display, compared with the method that using single chip machine and general electromotor, our method makes bed movement more precise and smooth, more function are achieved, and the software has been successfully used in the sickbed-control system.

The sickbed turnover times were lower compared with control lever.ConclusionThe hospital manager should take some measures for optimize sickbed setup, and strengthen manage to improve the medical quality.

Effective strategies to sterilize and disinfect the surface of sickbed should be adopted before the sickbed is moved into or out of an operation room.Ozone produced by Nano technology is used as disinfector.The experiments shows that the killing logarithm value to kill nature bacteria is between 0.54 and0.85 in short time.The effect of sterilization and disinfection for the surface of sickbed is satisfying without secondary pollution,so the new method can be used to sterilize and disinfect sickbed.

Objective To enrich the control ways of Sickbed Calling System. Except for real time communication between sickrooms and the nursing station, situations in every sickroom are excepted to be learned conveniently, thus realizing scientific sickroom management of the hospital. Methods The Calling System of Sickbed was designed by using programmable controller instead of singlechip control system. Results The experiment demonstrated that the Sickbed Calling System designed by programmable controller was simpler and more popular. Conclusion Calling System of Sickbed designed by programmable controller can realize the management of Sickbed Calling System promptly and accurately. It has a bright application future.

Objective To evaluate the function of the domestic sickbeds set up by our hospital in the prevention and cure of non infectious chronic diseases. Methods A perspective study was made through offering health education, guidance and home treatment to 116 cases using domestic sickbeds and employing the method of self management. In addition, the clinical treatment results of the patients and the rate of their satisfaction towards domestic sickbeds were surveyed, analyzed and assessed. Results Through long term follow up visits, it was found that compared with the intermittently standardized group and the completely non standardized group, the control rate of chronic diseases in the standardized group with systematic management and treatment was significantly higher while the rates of complications and mortality were much lower (P

Objective To receive disinfection messages of sickbeds from nurse workstations and to reduce the periods of the request transfer.Methods The system transferred the request for replacing bed between wards and disinfection units by UDP messages,and informed the staff by active speaker and LCD screen.Results The time of replacing beds decreased significantly,so the wards were very satisfied with the disinfection units.Conclusion The system can reduce the time of replacing beds obviously and make the requests for replacing beds satisfied.
