ABSTRACT

Objective: To design an ambulatory blood pressure measuring system based on control of single chip microcomputer AT89C51 so as to accurately measure the blood pressure of human body. Methods: In the design, single chip computer AT89C51 was used as main controller, and pressure transducer MPX5050GP was used to collect signal of blood pressure of human body, and then through calculated and processed of single chip microcomputer to measure the blood pressure value. The peripheral design adopted on-off circuit and liquid crystal display (LCD) to monitor the start control and blood pressure value of system. Results: This system could convert the blood pressure signal of human body into electrical signal through pressure transducer. And after these weak electrical signals were amplified and filtrated, they were further convert into digital signal so as to be inputed in single chip microcomputer. And then, these measurement value were finally displayed on LCD through calculating and processing of main program for these signals. The results of this system has well stability, and its largest indication error was 3 mmHg, which was in the permissible error range, and the detection was qualified. Conclusion: The system can accurately measure the blood pressure of human body, and it has the advantages of small size, convenient using, clear display and so on.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To analyze the relationship between the concentration of glucose and the impedance of human blood, and study the relationship between human blood glucose detection and human blood impedance.Methods:The system adopts the AD5933 digital frequency synthesizer (DDS) in the excitation signal is produced, imposed on the impedance under test, the ADC acquisition signal and sent to the corresponding chip DFT digital processing module, measurement results through the I2C sent to the microcontroller, again by the single-chip microcomputer and PC computer communication, the computer shows that the impedance values. Results:The instrument can realize the resistor, capacitor, inductance, glucose solution impedance measuring rapidly and accurately, through experimental verify that resistive impedance deviation from the mean is 0.04, phase deviation from the mean is 0.15°.Conclusion:The glucose concentration of aqueous solution was linearly correlated with the impedance, the correlation coefficient greater than 0.99.

ABSTRACT

Objective:The platelet thermostatic storage box is widely used in hospital, laboratory, and blood station. It is very necessary to develop a calibration device to ensure the accuracy of the technical parameters.Methods: Using Infrared emitter, digital temperature sensor, ARM microcontroller etc to form a calibration device, the parameters of temperature, amplitude and frequency are processed. Data is transferred by Bluetooth communication, final; the test report is printed out for clinical.Results: The calibration device is developed, it can detect the important performance parameters of preservation box, it can ensure the safety of patient's blood transfusion. Conclusion: This calibration device is simple operation, strong practicability, stable performance; it can detect the technical parameters of platelet thermostatic storage box through experiment to ensure the safety and quality.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To design one kind of medical infusion pump. Methods: Based on single-chip microcomputer, 89C52, use the stepper motor to drive the semi extrusion micro flow pump. Results:During the infusion it can real-time monitor the block and bubble in the pipeline and alarm. It can accurately control the transfusion speed and infusion volume. With friendly man-machine interface it can display real-time infusion parameters and alarm signals. Conclusion: The infusion pump system has high precision and reliability, perfect function, and it is easy to use. Clinical practices show that it can effectively reduce the workload of the clinical nursing staff and improve work efficiency. It has high application value.

The military portable ECG for triage is a kind of minitype monitoring equipment for life information for the purpose that the ambulanceman carry through first aids in frontline. Life information of the wounded will be acquired exactly and quickly applying with this equipment, then quickening the triage and reducing the casualties. The system is based on C8051F310 single chip microcomputer, applying with high accuracy, low offset drift instrumentation amplifier AD620 and ultra low power LCM LMS019 to display real-time and accurate ECG signal sampled. The equipment is easy to use and inexpensive, suitable for mass requirement of our field army.

ABSTRACT

Objective To develop a facility to sterilize the heat-sensitive precise medical surgical instruments which can not resist high temperature and high pressure. Methods We used electromagnetic field of high frequency as excitation source for plasma,vacuumized the instrument,pumped in the peroxide,maintained the pressure in the instrument within a certain range,and then applied magnetic RF electric field,causing glow discharge and generating ambiplasma. The microorganism could be quickly destroyed under the synergistic effect of peroxide and low -temperature ambiplasma. Results The facility can sterilize the medical instruments within 45 minutes,enhance the surgical security and reduce the cost. Conclusion By controlling the primary parameters such as temperature,vacuity and time,the sterilization process can be finished in a low temperature safely,easily and quickly,so it is gradually accepted by the medical department.

ABSTRACT

A kind of skin cell segregating unit based on 80C196 microcomputer is presented in this paper. The front-end controller is a single-chip microcomputer. The unit enables manipulation for 6 patients simultaneously which provides a great convenience for clinical manipulation of vitiligo. With use of serial port communication technology it's possible to monitor and control the front-end controller in a PC terminal. The involvement of computer image acquisition technology realizes synchronous acquisition of pathologic skin cell before/after the manipulation. Clinical test of the unit proves its conformity with national standards and fulfillment of designed technology goal.

Objective:In Order to study on biological effects of rotary magnetic field (RMF) conveniently and precisely,a digital-controlled instrument for generating RMF,which is based on a single-chip microcomputer,is developed.Methods:The precise frequency of RMF is controlled by using microcomputer to drive step motor,and intensity of magnetic field is measured by using 10-bit Analog-to-Digital(A/D) Converter module which is integrated in microcomputer.According,the technique of LCD screen to display relative information,such as,frequency,intensity of magnetic field,time of timer,is applied.Additionally, touching buttons,which is simple and convenience to use,is selected.Results:This instrument works very well with high precise frequency,and its operation is simple.As a example for this instrument,that biological effect of RMF on the the prostate about SD rat is significantly is found.Conclusion:This instrument may be used to research and study on biological effects of RMF widely.

This paper describes a kind of surgical traction machine for physical therapy, which adopts closed loop control mode and a single-chip microcomputer as the control unit. Input can be accomplished through the keyboard or mechanical sensor. Traction is fulfilled through an electromotor-driven mechanism. Inputted parameters and running status can be displayed simultaneously. Being convenient and reliable, the machine can be applied to treatments of cervical spondylosis and lumbar one.

ABSTRACT

Based an ordinary ECG, this paper deals with a portable monitor system able to measure the values of QRS. With a liquid crystal display (LCD), this monitor is suitable for China's special condition. Besides developing the overall scheme of the system, this paper also performs the designs for the hardware and software. The 80196 single chip microcomputer is taken as the central microprocessor to process and analyze the realtime ECG signals. With the performances of the ordinary monitor, this monitor also has such functions as arrhythmia analysis, HRV analysis, alarm, self-freeze and paper self-advance. Being convenient to carry, this monitor can be powered by alternate current (AC) or direct current (DC). Stability, low power consumption and low cost are emphasized on in the hardware design and structured design is applied to the software design. With a high versatility and a low cost, this monitor has a valuable reference to China's monitor.

ABSTRACT

Objective To develop infant thermal container with forced protection circuit so as to ensure its security. Methods Temperature database was set in thermal container and Cygnal F005 was used as intelligent controller. The state of the sensor was judged by comparison precisely. Double temperature controller was adopted to ensure normal working temperature. When the container went wrong, it could automatically switch to protection circuit to keep the temperature for infant. Results With precise temperature control and steady working station, the new type thermal container for infant could provide a safe and comfortable condition with clean air and fitting temperature and humidity. Conclusion The container is steady, accurate, safe and convenient.
