ABSTRACT

El objetivo del trabajo es el análisis de experiencias en la mejora de problemáticas asociadas al uso de tecnologías de la información mediante una herramienta llamada cambio organizacional planificado basado en el uso de tecnologías de la información (COPTI). Las problemáticas han sido observadas en unos 100 proyectos docente-investigativos y contrastadas con el criterio de 21 directivos en el año 2013, y 80 especialistas en el negocio y en tecnologías de la información en el año 2016. Las experiencias en la mejora de estas mediante el COPTI provienen de tesis de posgrado aplicadas en un grupo empresarial de la industria biofarmacéutica en el período 2010-2012 en el contexto de la planificación de sistemas de información. Se aplicó el Alfa de Cronbach para evaluar la encuesta realizada respecto a problemáticas de las tecnologías de la información en empresas cubanas. Con la aplicación del COPTI se mejoran varias de las problemáticas detectadas, al facilitar a los especialistas en el negocio y en las tecnologías de la información un racero conceptual común a emplear como referencia. La disminución del sectarismo del conocimiento contribuye a la disminución de otras problemáticas, entre ellas la mejor utilización de las tecnologías de la información disponibles y la mejor disposición hacia los cambios generados por estas(AU)


This paper goal is to analyze problems related with the use of Information Technologies in Organizations, as well as some experiences to solve these problems using a tool named Planned Business Change enabled by Information Technology (COPTI, the Spanish acronym) during an Information Systems Planning Process devolved in a pharmaceutical group from 2010 to 2012. The problems were detected during field research in the context of Business Information Systems Diagnosis and Information Systems Planning. Cronbach Alfa is used to analyze surveys results on these information technologies related problems. Knowledge gaps among different disciplines involved in the Information Systems Planning are minimized using the conceptual reference framework created with COPTI, leading to an improvement in the detected problems. A reduction in the knowledge misconceptions among disciplines contributes to a better used of available information technologies and better disposition the changes enabled by information technologies(AU)

ABSTRACT

El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar la herramienta de decisión TEMIX, especializada en la evaluación de tecnologías de información sobre la base de criterios de negocio, para la clasificación de la organización que se realiza durante el diagnóstico de planificación de sistemas de información, con la finalidad de facilitar la determinación de objetivos de integración de información relevantes atendiendo al nivel de coordinación que requiere el desempeño del negocio analizado. Como métodos se emplearon casos de estudio, diseño de cuestionarios, modelación mediante predicados compuestos y lógica difusa compensatoria. Como resultado del empleo de TEMIX, además de la evaluación de tecnologías de información basada en las características del negocio, se obtuvo la documentación sobre los requerimientos de integración de la cadena de suministro y de la empresa.


The main goal of this paper is to review the use of a decision tool, named TEMIX, during the diagnosis needed in the Information Systems Planning Process, to ease the assessment of business requirements that are relevant to express the coordination level required by the business performance. The methods used were: case studies, questionnaire design, compound predicates modeling and compensatory fuzzy logic as decision theory. TEMIX use results in information technology assessment based on business needs and on supply chain and business information integration requirements analysis.


O objetivo do presente trabalho é analisar a ferramenta de decisão TEMIX, especializada na avaliação de tecnologias de informação sobre a base de critérios de negócio, para a classificação da organização que se realiza durante o diagnóstico de planificação de sistemas de informação, com a fim de facilitar a determinação de objetivos de integração de informação relevantes segundo o nível de coordenação que requere o desempenho do negócio analisado. Como métodos foram empregues casos de estudo, desenho de inquéritos, modelação mediante predicados compostos e lógica difusa compensatória. Como resultado do emprego de TEMIX, para além da avaliação de tecnologias de informação baseada nas características do negócio, foi obtida a documentação sobre os requerimentos de integração da cadeia de fornecimento e da empresa.

ABSTRACT

Renewable energy resources, which are becoming integrated into electric power systems around the world, connect to existing transmission grids at a range of voltage levels. The changes brought about by these new power sources are certain to have a significant impact on system performance and efficiency and to necessitate advances in the planning and operation of electric grids. Certainly there are challenges in developing renewable generation technologies, such as reducing the capital costs and improving energy efficiencies of the various types of renewable resources, such as wind, solar PV, solar thermal, and wave. Breakthroughs are also needed in large-scale energy storage technologies. To seamlessly integrate renewable resources in the grid research and development must address challenges that high penetration levels will have in power system planning and operation, and in grid connection. Finally, the existing workforce and the students going into power and energy engineering careers need to be educated so that they can envision and develop the new approaches and technologies to maintain grid reliability and economy. The challenges of integrating high penetrations of renewable energy technologies into the grid are less well recognized in part because they require interdisciplinary research in such areas as power systems analysis, communications, power electronics, economics, operations research, and industrial organization.

ABSTRACT

The system planning of characteristic education in biomedical engineering was performed,in which such ideas were raised as clear-cut cultivation target,self-contained curricula system and flexible experimental technique.The system planning provided systematic knowledge structure and the induction from theory to practice for undergraduates in 5 majors in our school.Based on this system planning,the teaching quality is improved.
