ABSTRACT

Object To strengthen the preventive maintenance and prolong the service life of ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus.Methods The problems found in practice and causes of ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus were summarized, and then some countermeasures were put forward. A refinement management system was established to facilitate the maintenance.Results The refinement management contributed to enhancing the initiative of the operator, decreasing the failure rate of the apparatus while improving its cleanness.Conclusion Refinement management prolongs the apparatus's service life and raises its economic and social benefits, and thus is worthy promoting practically.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study and analyze the quality safety of the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus during clinical application to reduce the incidence of adverse events. Methods According to the actual use of ultrasonic diagnostic equipment and the data of quality control, the quality and safety factors of ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus during clinical application were studied by quantitative analysis of the ultrasonic source dose, image quality and etc. Results The factors affecting the quality safety of the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus included the ultrasonic source dose, image quality, external environment and the operator's ability. Conclusion It is of great significance to understand the basic characteristics of the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and execute periodically preventive maintenance and quality control for increasing medical service quality while decreasing the incidence of adverse events.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To analyze FPGA technology in diagnostic ultrasound B signal processing system in order to provide a theoretical basis for the further development of diagnostic ultrasound signal processing. Methods:Analysis of FPGA technology in diagnostic ultrasound signal processing system for the study through literature study to analyze the relevant principles. Results: FPGA to be more widely used in ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus in full. Conclusion: It comprehensively improved the reliability and flexibility of ultrasound diagnostic signal processing system, making the modular, miniature, diversification, serialization and the rapid development of digital direction.

ABSTRACT

A large real-time processing of ultrasonic signals is a very important part in the ultrasound diagnosis system,especially with digital hardware processing.A key part of the signal processing is the filter design which will affect the performance of ultrasound diagnostic equipment.In this paper,the classification of digital filters is introduced briefly,and a number of hardware implementation methods of digital filter in recent years,especially the realization of FIR filters which belongs to the classical filter based on Distributed Algorithms are discussed.Then a number of advantages and problems of digital filter in recent years are analyzed.On this basis,the paper forecasts its developing trends in the future.
