ABSTRACT

Objective:To analyze the medication law of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) fumigation and washing to promote postoperative healing of hemorrhoids by data mining technology.Methods:The clinical literature about TCM fumigation and washing to promote postoperative healing of hemorrhoids was retrieved from the databases of CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, PubMed from the establishment of the databases to March 10, 2022. The frequency efficacy attributes, core medicinal pairs and core prescriptions of TCM were analyzed by using the Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform (V2.3.5).Results:A total of 299 articles were included, involving 200 kinds of Chinese materia medica. The drugs used at high frequency ≥40 were Sophorae Flavescentis Radix, Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex, Natrii Sulfas, Galla Chinensis and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and so on. The main efficacy was to clear heat and reduce dampness; cold, warm and slightly cold were the main medicinal properties, and the tastes were mainly bitter, pungent, sweet and sour, and most of the drugs return to the liver meridian, stomach meridian, heart meridian, large intestine meridian and so on. A total of 22 rules were obtained by correlation analysis. Five groups of drugs were obtained by clustering analysis. The core prescription drugs obtained by complex network analysis included Sophorae Flavescentis Radix, Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex, Natrii Sulfas, Galla Chinensis, Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Taraxaci Herba, Borneolum Syntheticum, Sanguisorbae Radix, Atractylodis Rhizoma, Carthami Flos, Scutellariae Radix, Olibanum, Myrrha, and Lonicerae Japonicae Flos. Conclusion:TCM fumigation and washing can promote the postoperative healing of hemorrhoids mainly by clearing heat and reducing dampness and detoxification, as well as promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, reducing swelling and relieving pain, restraining sore and generating muscle.

ABSTRACT

Objective] To observe the six taste of Yuping wind powder combined with eye wash method in the treatment of al ergic conjunctivitis AC and the clinical curative effect. [Methods] From 2008 January to 2014 June in our hospital, diagnosed with al ergic conjunctivitis in 60 patients(120 eyes), were randomly divided into three groups of 20 cases(40 eyes), had the local application of 2% Sodium Cromoglicate Eye Drops three times a day, treatment group with six kinds of Yuping Feng powder taken oral y combined with traditional Chinese medicine topical eye wash method, the control group 1 of six kinds of Yuping Feng powder taken oral y, two times a day, the control group 2 only topical eye, were treated and fol owed up for 4~6 weeks, the clinical efficacy of the three groups were compared, also the use of statistical methods for the two sets of data analysis and comparison. [Results] The treatment group and the 2 control groups total efficiency compared had a significant difference( P<0.01); the treatment group and the control group 1 of total efficiency had significant difference(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The six taste of Yuping Feng powder combined with traditional Chinese medicine eye wash method must be effective in treatment of al ergic conjunctivitis, worthy of promotion.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the washing methods for the piping instruments of laparoscope and prevention form biological membrane .Methods 300 pieces of the piping instruments of laparoscope select from the center of sterilization supply were random classified into 3 groups(100 pieces in each group) according to washing methods :washing by hand(group A) ,full-automation wash-ing machine(group B) and Tri-band pressurized ultrasonic washing machine(group C) .Comparing the cleanliness and ATP detec-tion fluorescence value on different methods .Results Cleanliness of group A was 85% ,ATP fluorescence detection rate was 27% ;Cleanliness of group B was 82% ,ATP fluorescence detection positive rate was 31% ;Cleanliness of group C was 99% ,ATP fluores-cence detection positive rate was 5% .The test data of group C was significantly compare with the data of group A and B . Conclusion The washing method of using tri-band pressurized ultrasonic washing machine can effectively improve laparoscopic tube cavity equipment cleaning effect and prevent form biological membrane .

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE To analyze the medical personnel hand hygiene inspection results by biological detection in order to confirm the effect of seven-step hand-washing method by flow water and soft soap.METHODS The biological detection was used to insepct the hands hygiene ofter washing among medical personnel and the results were compered between males and females and doctors and nurses.RESULTS The qualification rate of hand hygiene among male doctors was 8.7%,among female doctors was 21.4%,among all doctors was 17.3%,and among all nurses was 60.87%.CONCLUSIONS Hand-washing effect medical personnel has obvious differences,female better than male,and nurse better than doctor.Throug education,supervision,and detection,the medical personnel′s hand-washing compliancecan be improved,and the dissemination of disease can be decrease.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE To understand the status of hand hygiene and hand-washing compliance in grass-roots hospitals and investigate the relation between hand hygiene and hospital infections to institute the administration strategy of hand hygiene.METHODS Hand contamination of medical staff in grass-roots hospitals was investigated.The species carrying were detected and the reason was analyzed.RESULTS The carrying rate of pathogenic bacteria before hand-washing was 100.0% while that after hand-washing was 36.5%.The pathogenic bacteria carrying included: Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Proteus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,P.alcaligenes,coagulase negative Staphylococcus,Enterococcus,etc.CONCLUSIONS The hand contamination is the important risk factor of cross infection.We should streng then hospital infections idea among medical staff,think highly of supervision of hand hygiene and enhance the recognition and compliance of hand-washing to eliminate effectively the cross infection transmitted through hands.

ABSTRACT

Objective We aimed to evaluatd the effect of oral nursing with oral washing on patients with peroral endotracheal intubation and discuss the appropriate oral nursing method for patients with patients with peroral endotracheal intubation. Methods We chose 150 patients with indwelling peroral endotracheal intubation after neurosurgery and divided them into the control group (73 cases) and the test group (77 cases). The test group received oral nursing with oral washing while the control group with routine oral nursing method. We compared the incidence of halitosis, the moist degree of oral cavity and the amount of the tooth fungus spot between the two groups. Results The incidence of halitosis and the amount of the tooth fungus spot in the test group were lower than those of the control group; The moist degree of oral cavity in the test group was higher than that of the control group, P<0.01. Conclusions Oral washing could effectively control halitosis, keep oral cavity moist and prevent the formation of tooth fungus spot.
