ABSTRACT

ObjectiveTo clarify the differences in the efficacy and mechanism of different processed products of Atractylodes chinensis rhizoma by the pharmacodynamics and metabolomics studies of raw, bran-fried and rice water-processed products on rats with spleen deficiency. MethodSixty male SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, raw product group(3.75 g·kg-1), bran-fried product group(3.75 g·kg-1), rice water-processed product group(3.75 g·kg-1) and Shenling Baizhusan group(6.7 g·kg-1), with 10 rats in each group. The method of excessive fatigue+improper diet was used to establish a spleen deficiency model in rats. After the end of modeling, except for the blank and model groups, each dosing group was given the corresponding drug suspension, the immune organ coefficients of each group of rats were examined, the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), immunoglobulin G(IgG), amylase(AMS), motilin(MTL), gastrin(GAS), Na+-K+-adenosine triphosphatase(ATPase), aquaporin 2(AQP2), AQP3 and AQP8 in rats were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Ultra high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS) combined with orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA) were used to search for biomarkers in the plasma samples of spleen-deficient rats by using two criteria[P<0.05 and variable importance in the projection(VIP) value>1], and to compare the different modulatory effects of the three decoction pieces on the splenic-deficient biomarkers, and metabolic pathway analysis was conducted through the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) database. ResultCompared with the blank group, the thymus index and spleen index of rats in the model group were significantly decreased(P<0.05), the levels of IL-6, TNF-α, IgG and AQP2 were significantly increased(P<0.05), the levels of AMS, GAS, MTL, AQP3, AQP8 and Na+-K+-ATPase were significantly decreased(P<0.05). Compared with the model group, raw products, bran-fried products and rice water-processed products all increased thymus index and spleen index(P<0.05), decreased IL-6, TNF-α, IgG and AQP2 levels(P<0.05), and increased AMS, GAS, MTL, AQP3, AQP8 and Na+-K+-ATPase levels to different degrees. A total of 176 differential metabolites were screened in the model group compared with the blank group, of which 75, 72 and 84 biomarkers were called back by the raw products, bran-fried products and rice water-processed products, respectively(P<0.05, P<0.01). Raw products of A. chinensis rhizoma mainly affected glycine, serine and threonine metabolism. Bran-fried products mainly affected alanine, aspartate and glutamate metabolism, D-arginine and D-ornithine metabolism. Rice water-processed products mainly affected glycine, serine and threonine metabolism, alanine, aspartate and glutamate metabolism, citrate cycle, thiamine metabolism, D-arginine and D-ornithine metabolism. ConclusionRaw products, bran-fried products and rice water-processed products of A. chinensis rhizoma all have good spleen strengthening effects, among which the effects of bran-fried products and rice water-processed products were stronger. Meanwhile, raw products has the strongest dryness, followed by bran-fried products, and the weakest dryness of rice water-processed products. The three decoction pieces are able to significantly modulate metabolic abnormalities in spleen-deficient rats, and the mechanism may be related to amino acid metabolism such as glycine, serine and threonine metabolism as well as alanine, aspartate and glutamate metabolism.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To explore the rationalization process of the project implementation and acceptance of water processing machine equipment installation so as to establish standardized installation acceptance system. Methods:Through combined the practices of medical equipment management of medical equipment department of hospital and blood purification centre in recent years, the installation and acceptance of water processing machine equipment was divided into 7 parts included 1)technical support pre-installation, 2)multi-party coordination, 3)implementation, inspection and confirmation of infrastructure projects, 4)achievement, hoisting and carrying of equipment, 5)installation and implementation of water processing machine, 6)acceptance of equipment, and 7)delivery of equipment to clinical usage. Besides, the whole process of installation and implementation was normalized. Results: Through the construction of institutionalization and processize for water processing machine of hospital, the efficiency and quality of the installation and acceptance for the equipment of water processing machine of blood purification centre were enhanced and improved. Conclusion: The institutionalization and processize of installation of water processing equipment in blood purification centre has important significance for giving full play to the function of equipment of water processing machine and quality control of equipment. And it can guarantee the medical quality of hospital, and contribute to effectively enhance the curative level of blood purification centre of hospital.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To analyze the processing situation of 124 batches of scorpions and optimize the salt-water processing.Methods: The character, extract, moisture, total ash, acid insoluble ash, amino acids content and heavy metals in the marketed scorpions were determined.Using extract and amino acids contents as the indices, the salt-water processing was optimized.Results: The results of the above determinations showed that the quality difference was very obvious for the marketed scorpion, and the extract and amino acids contents were the highest in scorpion boiled in 2% sodium chloride aqueous solution for 5 min.Conclusion: The item of extract test should be revised in the current standard, and the items such as moisture, total ash, acid insoluble ash, amino acids content and heavy metals should be taken into consideration in order to control the quality of scorpion more comprehensively.The best salt-water processing of scorpion is boiled in 2% sodium chloride aqueous solution for 5 min.

ABSTRACT

Objective To develop a complete set of medical water processing and supply system to meet the needs of water in field operations for emergency rescues and disaster relief work, filed advance drill, etc. Methods A complete set of medical water processing and supply system was composed of two parts, including water processing system and water supply system. The means of filtrating, precipitating, sterilizing, adsorbing and ion regulating were adopted in water processing system to purify the water from primitive and to pure state for living or medical treatment. The techniques and equipments such as pressurizing, buffering, current regulating and special pipes, valves, fast joints, etc, were adopted in water supply system, and high performance water-pipe network were established. Results The water processing and supply system has some disadvantages, such as water quality guarantee, water quantity abundance, water flow stabilization, water pressure qualification, and system safety, credibility, low failure-ratio, energy saving etc, and can meet the needs of medical water in field operations. Conclusion The water system can be carried out by design optimizing and can realize mobile and emergencies.

ABSTRACT

AIM: To research the best processing method of Rhizoma Curcumae with water.METHODS: L 9(3 4) orthogonal table are decided with three effects: moistening time, steaming time, thickness of processed pieces. According to the amount of curcumin and volatile oil, orthogonal Design is applied to water processing Rhizoma Curcumae.RESULTS: The best processing method is: Rhizoma Curcumae is moistened for 20min, then cutting up to 3mm thick after steaming 30min.CONCLUSIONS:The steaming time has no obvious effect on the amount of curcumin in Rhizoma Curcumae, but if the amount of volatile oil is taken as marker. the steaming time has obvious effect.
