ABSTRACT

Objective: To design a management system of medical consumables that has concise interface in good taste, simple operation, rational construction and well usability so as to achieve informatization and delicacy management for medical consumables. Methods: Through utilized computer networking technology(CNT), and adopted a special architectural pattern of browser and servicer(B/S), and depended on the process of purchase, application and usage, to design and establish a logistics management system of hospital, and to construct a scientific and reasonable management platform for logistics informationization. Result: The application of the logistics management system has solved many problems happened in formerly medical consumables management, such as confusion of qualification management, cumbersome signing approval, the problems of "running, emitting, dripping and leaking" that existed in part of materials and others. Conclusion: The design and application of logistics management system have established a networking approval process which can extremely enhance working efficiency and provide a digital platform for achieving a new model of informatization and delicacy management of medical consumables.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To improve the work quality in Pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS). METHODS:The major working links of PIVAS(labeling and drug admixture)were optimized,the work efficiency and error before and after optimi-zation were compared. RESULTS:The work efficiency was improved and error was decreased by adding logo and adjusting work range of personnel when labeling and improving distribution principles of drugs to be allocated in horizontal laminar flow table when drug admixture;compared with before,the labeling time for each bag decreased from(2.69±0.17)s to(2.19±0.08)s,to-tal time for admixture decreased from (104 ± 2) min to (83 ± 2) min,error rate of drug admixture decreased from 0.34% to 0.16%. CONCLUSIONS:The optimized work flow had improved the work quality of PIVAS.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To shorten the time of admixture of temporary medical order in PIVAS,and to guarantee the timely treatment of patients. METHODS:Through the definition,measurement,analysis,improvement and control ie. five steps of six sigma method,the consumed time of each link of temporary medical order admixture in PIVAS was analyzed in our hospital during Mar. 9th-22nd in 2015 (before improvement);key points were found out,and relevant measures were formulated and improved;the consumed time of each link of temporary medical order admixture in PIVAS was collected again during Jul. 27th-Aug. 9th in 2015 in order to evaluate improvement effects. RESULTS:It was quality key point that total length of temporary medical order ad-mixture which included injection sequence,label checking,preparation,package rechecking,drug distribution and so on,was con-trolled within 120 min;through formulating and implementing various measures as improving information system,adjusting prepa-ration sequence and shunting staff posts flexibly,the total time of first 3 batches of temporary order admixture were 120,98 and 77 min after improvement,shortening by about 30,50 and 55 min respectively,compared with before improvement (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The six sigma method has shortened the time of temporary order medical admixture in our hospital. The formulat-ed measures are effective and feasible.

Se realizó un estudio explicativo y transversal sobre una muestra de 199 docentes universitarios de Venezuela, con el fin de confirmar el valor de la inteligencia emocional y la disposición a fluir en el trabajo como factores de protección personal ante las diferentes fuentes de estrés laboral y como promotores del bienestar psicológico. Los resultados se analizaron, a partir de dos análisis de ruta con la estrategia de modelos rivales, e indicaron que efectivamente ambas variables poseen un efecto de protección sobre algunas fuentes de estrés laboral y de promoción del bienestar psicológico. An explanatory, cross-cutting study was carried out in a sample of 199 university professors in Venezuela, in order to confirm the value of emotional intelligence and immersion in work as personal protection factors against the different sources of workplace stress and as promoters of psychological wellbeing. The results, which were analyzed on the basis of two path analyses using the rival models strategy, showed that, in fact, both variables protect against some sources of workplace stress and promote psychological wellbeing. ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the effect of intravenous infusion flow rebuilt on the patients’safety and nursing quality in intravenous infusion center.Methods Risk safety factors about intravenous infusion process in intravenous infusion center were analyzed and the work flow were rebuilt and optimized?The satisfaction rate,the reception time and the disinfection time for tourniquets were compared before and after work flow rebuilt.Results After work flow rebuilt,the satisfaction rate raised from 92?5%to 94?5%?There were significant differences among the reception time and the disinfection time for tourniquets before and after work flow rebuilt (all P<0?05)?After work flow rebuilt,both the reception time and the time for dealing with tourniquets are shorter than before. Conclusions The rebuilt work flow can make nurses work efficiently and enhance the patients’nursing quality?
