ABSTRACT

Objective To discuss the efficacy of Compound Anisodine Injection combined with Iodized Lecithin Tablets in treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy.Methods Totally 60 patients with CSC were selected,and divided into two groups randomly.The patients in control group (29 cases) were given Iodized Lecithin Tablets.The patients in observation group (31 cases) were given Iodized Lecithin Tablets and Compound Anisodine Injection.The efficacy of Compound Anisodine Injection combined with Iodized Lecithin Tablets in treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy was evaluated by efficacy,visual acuity,light sensitivity,and adverse reaction during treatment.Results After treatment,the effective rates of observation and control groups were 93.5% and 79.3%,and the observation group was significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05).There were no statistical significance on visual acuity between two groups.After treatment,rhe visual acuity of two groups was increased and the visual acuity in the observation group was better (P < 0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistical significance on light sensitivity between two groups.After 2 and 4 weeks treatment,the light sensitivity of two groups were increased and the light sensitivity in the observation group was higher (P < 0.05).During treatment,there was no statistical significance on adverse reaction between two groups.Conclusion Compound Anisodine Injection combined with Iodized Lecithin Tablets has a curative effect on central serous chorioretinopathy.It could increase the visual acuity and improve the light sensitivity of eyes with good security.It is worthy of clinical use.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the efficacy of iodized lecithin in treatment of macular edema. Methods:From February 2014 to February 2015,a total of 66 patients(66 eyes) with macular edema in our hospital were divided into control group(n=33) and ob-servation group ( n = 33 ) randomly. Iodized lecithin combined with conventional therapy was applied in observation group, and conventional therapy was applied in control group. Observed the change of best corrected visual acuity( LogMAR BVCA) and central macular thickness(CMT) in the two groups pre and post treatment,and observation on clinical curative effect of the two groups at 6 month after treatment. Results:Compared with pre-treatment,the average value of LogMAR BVCA and CMT in the two groups showed significantly decreased at 1, 2, 3, 6 months after therapy ( P< 0. 05 ) . Compared with control group, the observation group could significantly decrease the average value of LogMAR BVCA and CMT at 2,3,6 months after therapy (P< 0. 05). After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate of observation group showed significantly higher than control group (P< 0. 05). Conclusion: Iodized lecithin combined with conventional therapy have a significant curative effect to improve vision,promote regression of macular edema, and enhance the treatment effect. It’s worthy of clinic application.

ABSTRACT

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of iodized lecithin tablets +ranibizumab +laser photocoagulation therapy in the treatment of patients with macular edema.Methods 46 cases of macular edema patients in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the digital table, 23 cases in each group.The patients of the control group were treated with laser photocoagulation treatment;the patients in the observation group were given iodized lecithin tablets +ray natalizumab +laser photocoagulation treatment.The clinical effect, corrected visual acuity and the change of the thickness of the macular in two groups were compared.Results The total efficiency (95.65%) of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group ( 69.5%) ( P<0.05 ); after treatment, the visual acuity ( 0.53 ±0.16 ) and central macular thickness (278 ±45) μm of the observation group were significantly better than the control group with visual acuity (0.40 ±0.13) and central macular thickness (193 ±49) m, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of macular edema patients receiving iodized lecithin tablets +ranibizumab +laser photocoagulation is good, effectively reduce macular edema, improve the patient’s vision, safe and effective.
