ABSTRACT
Objetivo: analisar a produção científica brasileira, na Pós-Graduação em Enfermagem, que utilizou o método de adaptação transcultural. Método: estudo documental, com busca realizada na Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações, que resultou em 140 dissertações e 72 teses para análise, oriundas de Programas de Pós-Graduação da região Sudeste, seguida das regiões Nordeste, Sul e Centro-Oeste, sem representação da região Norte. Resultados: os instrumentos adaptados foram, em sua maioria, procedentes do idioma inglês. Prevaleceram as pesquisas na área/campo Assistencial, destacando-se a linha de pesquisa Processo de Cuidar em Saúde e Enfermagem. Identificou-se descompasso entre o que é produzido na área e o que é recomendado internacionalmente. Conclusão: verificou-se aumento na utilização da adaptação transcultural como método de pesquisa, com persistência das assimetrias acadêmicas regionais e sem consenso sobre o referencial metodológico.
Objective: to analyze the Brazilian scientific production in Postgraduate Nursing education using the cross-cultural adaptation method. Method: documentary study with searches carried out in the Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations resulting in 140 Master's theses and 72 Doctoral dissertations for analysis originated from Postgraduate Programs carried out in the Southeast region of Brazil, followed by the Northeast, South and Midwest regions there was no representation of the North region. Results: the adapted instruments were, mostly, originally written in English. Research in the Care area/field prevailed, highlighting the line of research called Health and Nursing Care Process. A gap between what is produced in the area and what is recommended internationally was identified. Conclusion: an increase in the use of cross-cultural adaptation as a research method was noticed, with the persistence of regional academic asymmetries and lack of consensus on the methodological framework.

Método: estudio documental, la búsqueda se realizó en la Biblioteca Digital de Tesis y Disertaciones, se obtuvieron 140 tesis de maestría y 72 tesis de doctorado para análisis, provenientes de Programas de Posgrado de la región Sudeste, seguida de las regiones Nordeste, Sur y Centro-Oeste, no se encontraron documentos de la región Norte. Resultados: los instrumentos adaptados fueron, en su mayoría, del idioma inglés. Predominaron las investigaciones en el área/campo Asistencial, se destacó la línea de investigación Proceso de Atención en Salud y Enfermería. Se identificó que lo que se produce en el área no coincide con lo que se recomienda a nivel internacional. Conclusión: se comprobó que aumentó el uso de la adaptación transcultural como método de investigación, que persisten las disparidades académicas regionales y que no hay consenso sobre el marco metodológico.

Introdução: A autoestima é definida pelo valor que as pessoas dão a si mesmas. É um componente avaliativo do autoconhecimento. A cirurgia plástica tem sido uma alternativa para as pessoas melhorarem a visão de si mesmas, sentindo-se mais confiantes e satisfeitas com seus aspectos corporais. Dessa forma, com a elevação da autoestima nessas pessoas, a cirurgia é capaz de interferir de forma positiva não somente na autoavaliação corporal, mas também na dimensão psicossocial. Método: Foi realizado um estudo observacional descritivo e analítico longitudinal prospectivo no qual foi avaliado o impacto da cirurgia plástica na autoestima e nos relacionamentos pessoais e profissionais. Aplicamos um questionário sociodemográfico, a Escala de Autoestima de Rosenberg, além do Questionário de Qualidade de Vida da OMS abreviado (WHOQOL-bref) em pacientes no pré-operatório e que serão submetidos a cirurgia plástica com, pelo menos, 3 meses de pós-operatório, graduando, desta forma, a melhora ou não da autoestima e qualidade de vida. Resultados: Participaram da pesquisa 52 pacientes, sendo 48 mulheres (92,3%), apresentando idade média de 37±11 anos. Através da aplicação da Escala de Autoestima de Rosenberg, pudemos notar uma evolução da autoestima, em que os pacientes apresentaram uma média de 29,87±2,10 pontos no escore do período pré-operatório, passando para 34,92±1,84 pontos no período pós-operatório. (p<0,001). Já no WHOQOL-bref, foi obtida uma melhora da autoestima através dos escores dos 4 domínios. Conclusão: Através deste estudo, foi evidenciado um aumento da autoestima e qualidade de vida.
Introduction: Self-esteem is defined by the value people place on themselves. It is an evaluative component of self-knowledge. Plastic surgery has been an alternative for people to improve their vision of themselves, feeling more confident and satisfied with their body aspects. Therefore, by increasing self-esteem in these people, surgery is capable of positively interfering not only with body self-assessment but also in the psychosocial dimension. Method: A prospective longitudinal descriptive and analytical observational study was carried out in which the impact of plastic surgery on self-esteem and personal and professional relationships was assessed. We applied a sociodemographic questionnaire, the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, in addition to the abbreviated WHO Quality of Life Questionnaire (WHOQOL-bref) in patients in the preoperative period and who will undergo plastic surgery at least 3 months after surgery. surgery, thus determining whether or not self-esteem and quality of life improve. Results: 52 patients participated in the research, 48 of whom were women (92.3%), with a mean age of 37±11 years. Through the application of the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, we were able to notice an evolution in self-esteem, in which patients presented an average of 29.87±2.10 points in the preoperative period score, rising to 34.92±1.84 points in the postoperative period (p<0.001). In the WHOQOL-bref, an improvement in self-esteem was obtained through the scores of the 4 domains. Conclusion: Through this study, an increase in self-esteem and quality of life was evidenced.

Introducción. La evaluación de la visión en los niños durante el periodo preverbal, con un método fácil de usar y basado en la evidencia, permitiría el diagnóstico temprano y la intervención en los trastornos visuales. El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la utilidad y confiabilidad de la versión en idioma turco del cuestionario Preverbal Visual Assessment (PreViAs), desarrollado para evaluar la visión en niños preverbales. Población y métodos. El cuestionario PreViAs se administró a los cuidadores primarios de niños nacidos de término, antes de los 24 meses de edad. Se registraron sus respuestas. Resultados. Se analizaron los datos de 278 participantes para evaluar la consistencia interna del cuestionario PreViAs. Se encontró un alto nivel de consistencia con un alfa de Cronbach de 0,958 para el puntaje total, lo que sugiere una fuerte coherencia interna. Los valores del alfa de Cronbach para cada dominio fueron: 0,890 0,913 0,951 y 0,922 para la atención visual, la comunicación visual, el procesamiento visual y la coordinación visomotora respectivamente; esto indica una buena consistencia interna para cada subdominio. Conclusión. La versión en idioma turco del cuestionario PreViAs es útil y confiable para evaluar la visión durante el periodo preverbal.
Introduction: Evaluating the visual functions of children with an easy-to-use and evidence-based method during the preverbal period will enable early diagnosis and intervention of visual impairments. The aim of this study is to determine the utility and reliability of the Turkish version of the Preverbal Visual Assessment (PreViAs) questionnaire, which was developed to evaluate the visual functioning of preverbal infants. Population and Methods: The PreViAs questionnaire was administered to primary caregivers of term infants under 24 months of age, and their responses were recorded. Results: Data from the 278 participating infants were analyzed to assess the internal consistency of the PreViAs questionnaire. Results showed a high level of consistency with Cronbach's alpha value of 0.958 for the total score, suggesting strong internal coherence. In addition, the Cronbach's alpha values for each domain were 0.890, 0.913, 0.951, and 0.922 for visual attention, visual communication, visual processing, and visual-motor coordination, respectively, indicating good internal consistency for each subdomain. Conclusion: The Turkish version of the PreViAs questionnaire is useful and reliable for assessing functional vision during the preverbal period.

Introducción. El descenso de las coberturas de vacunación fue muy significativo en la última década. Los pediatras son una pieza fundamental para recuperar coberturas y aumentar la confianza en la vacunación. Objetivos. Describir la percepción de los pediatras acerca del conocimiento y prácticas sobre vacunas, e identificar barreras en el acceso. Métodos. Estudio analítico observacional, mediante encuesta en línea. Se incluyeron variables del perfil del profesional, capacitación y barreras en inmunizaciones. Resultados. Participaron 1696 pediatras (tasa de respuesta: 10,7 %), media de 50,4 años. El 78,7 % fueron mujeres. El 78,2 % contaba con ≥10 años de ejercicio profesional. El 78,4 % realizaba atención ambulatoria y el 56,0 % en el subsector privado. El 72,5 % realizó una capacitación en los últimos 2 años. Se manifestaron "capacitados" para transmitir a sus pacientes los beneficios de las vacunas: 97,2 %; objetivos de campañas: 87,7 %; contraindicaciones: 82,4 %; efectos adversos: 78,9 %; recupero de esquemas: 71,2 %; notificación de ESAVI: 59,5 %. La proporción fue estadísticamente superior, en todos los aspectos, en pediatras con ≥10 años de ejercicio y en aquellos con capacitación reciente (p ≤ 0,01). Barreras identificadas en el acceso a la vacunación: falsas contraindicaciones (62,3 %); falta temporaria de vacunas (46,4 %); motivos culturales (41,4 %); horario restringido del vacunatorio (40,6 %). Conclusiones. La percepción del grado de capacitación fue variable según el aspecto de la vacunación. Aquellos con mayor tiempo de ejercicio profesional y con actualización reciente se manifestaron con mayor grado de capacidad. Se identificaron múltiples barreras frecuentes asociadas al acceso en la vacunación.
Introduction. The decline in vaccination coverage has been very significant in the past decade. Pediatriciansplay a key role in catching-up coverage and increasing confidence in vaccination. Objectives. To describe pediatricians' perceptions of vaccine knowledge and practices and to identify barriers to access. Methods. Observational, analytical study using an online survey. Variables related to professional profile, training and barriers to vaccination were included. Results. A total of 1696 pediatricians participated (response rate: 10.7%). Their mean age was 50.4 years; 78.7% were women; 78.2% had ≥ 10 years of experience; 78.4% provided outpatient care and 56.0%, in the private subsector; and 72.5% received training in the past 2 years. Respondents described themselves as "trained" in convey the following aspects to their patients: benefits of vaccines: 97.2%; campaign objectives: 87.7%; contraindications: 82.4%; adverse effects: 78.9%; catchup vaccination: 71.2%; reporting of events supposedly attributable to vaccination or immunization: 59.5%. The proportion was statistically higher in all aspects, among pediatricians with ≥ 10 years of experience and those who received training recently (p ≤ 0.01). The barriers identified in access to vaccination were false contraindications (62.3%), temporary vaccine shortage (46.4%), cultural reasons (41.4%), and restricted vaccination center hours (40.6%). Conclusions. The perception of the level of training varied depending on the vaccination-related aspect. Pediatricians with more years of professional experience and those who received recent updates perceivedthemselves as more trained. Multiple barriers associated with access to vaccination were identified.

Objetivo: Mensurar habilidades de atendimento à parada cardiorrespiratória e manuseio do desfibrilador externo automático por enfermeiros residentes, através do "Basic Resuscitation Skills Self-Efficacy Scale". Métodos: Estudo coorte transversal, censitário, quantitativo e analítico, desenvolvido com 13 profissionais enfermeiros residentes de um hospital universitário mineiro. Coleta de dados individual em cada setor de trabalho, ao início ou final dos turnos, sendo localizados conforme lista disponibilizada pela secretaria da instituição ofertante. Resultados: Idade média de participantes igual a 26,38 ± 2,81, com predominância do sexo feminino (86,4%) com curso específico em parada cardiorrespiratória (69,2%) e relato de ter presenciado parada cardiorrespiratória em contexto real (84,6%). No que tange a realização de manobras de reanimação, 61,5% nunca realizaram, e 92,3% nunca manipularam o desfibrilador externo automático. Correlação de Spearman entre "Basic Resuscitation Skills Self-Efficacy Scale" e escala de autoeficácia geral com correlação positiva, de magnitude forte (r =0,685) e significante (p= 0,010). Conclusão: O instrumento em questão é de rápida aplicação e demonstrou capacidade de mensurar as competências de reanimação, bem como a autoeficácia do indivíduo. Estudo inédito ao avaliar as habilidades de residentes em enfermagem na atuação na parada cardiorrespiratória, utilizando tal instrumento recentemente validado para uso na população brasileira. (AU)
Objective: Measuring a sure cardiorespiratory arrest skills and handling of the automatic external defibrillator by resident nurses, through the "Basic Resuscitation Skills Self-Efficacy Scale." Methods: A Cross-sectional study, census, quantitative and analytical cohort study developed with 13 resident nurse professionals from a university hospital in Minas Gerais. Individual data collection in each sector of work at the beginning or end of the shifts, being located according to the list provided by the secretariat of the offering institution. Results: Being the average age of participants equal to 26.38 ± 2.81, with predominance of females (86.4%) with specific course in cardiorespiratory arrest (69.2%) and report of having witnessed cardiorespiratory arrest in real context (84.6%). Regarding the performance of resuscitation maneuvers, 61.5% never performed, and 92.3% never manipulated the automatic external defibrillator. Spearman's correlation between "Basic Resuscitation Skills Self-Efficacy Scale" and general self-efficacy pops with positive correlation, of strong magnitude (r =0.685) and significant (p= 0.010). Conclusion: The instrument in question is of quick application and demonstrated the ability to measure resuscitation skills, as well as the self-efficacy of the individual. This study was unprecedented when evaluating the skills of nursing residents in the performance in cardiorespiratory arrest, using this recently validated instrument for use in the Brazilian population. Objetivo: Medir las habilidades de parada cardiorrespiratoria y el manejo del desfibrilador externo automático por parte de las enfermeras residentes, a través de la "Basic Resuscitation Skills Self-Efficacy Scale.". Metodos: Estudio de cohorte transversal, censal, cuantitativo y analítico desarrollado con 13 enfermeras profesionales residentes de un hospital universitario de las Minas Gerales. La recopilación de datos individuales en cada sector de trabajo, al comienzo o al final de los turnos se encuentra en la lista de conforme que la secretaría de la institución oferente pone a disposición. Resultados: La edad promedia de los participantes igual a 26,38 ± 2,81, con predominio de mujeres (86,4%) con curso específico en parada cardiorrespiratoria (69,2%) e informe de haber presenciado parada cardiorrespiratoria en contexto real (84,6%). En cuanto a la realización de maniobras de reanimación, el 61,5% nunca realizó, y el 92,3% nunca manipuló el desfibrilador externo automático. La correlación de Spearman entre la "Basic Resuscitation Skills Self-Efficacy Scale" y la autoeficacia general aparece con una correlación positiva, de fuerte magnitud (r = 0,685) y significativa (p = 0,010). Conclusión: El instrumento en cuestión es de aplicación rápida y demostró la capacidad de medir las habilidades de reanimación, así como la autoeficacia del individuo. Este estudio no tuvo precedentes al evaluar las habilidades de los residentes de enfermería en el desempeño en el paro cardiorrespiratorio, utilizando este instrumento recientemente validado para su uso en la población brasileña. Objective. The current study aimed to develop and validate of companions' satisfaction questionnaire of patients hospitalized in ICUs. Methods. This is a methodological study that was performed in three phases: In the first phase, the concept of companion's satisfaction of patients hospitalized in ICUs was defined through qualitative content analysis method. In the second phase, early items of questionnaire were generated based on findings of the first phase. In the third and final phase, validation of the questionnaire was evaluated using face, content and construct validity as well as reliability. Results. In exploratory factor analysis, three subscales including: satisfaction with nursing staff communication (5 items), satisfaction with nursing care (12 items), and satisfaction with decision making (5 items) were extracted by Eigen value above one and factor load above 0.5. Internal consistency and stability of the developed questionnaire confirmed with 0.94 and 0.95 respectively that indicated acceptable reliability. Conclusion. The 22-item developed questionnaire is valid and reliable for measurement of levels of companion's satisfaction of Iranian patients hospitalized in ICUs.
Objetivo. Desarrollar y validar un cuestionario de satisfacción de acompañantes de pacientes hospitalizados en UCIs. Métodos. Estudio de validación que se realizó en tres fases: en la primera se definió el concepto de satisfacción de los acompañantes de pacientes hospitalizados en UCI mediante el método de análisis de contenido cualitativo; en la segunda fase se generaron los primeros ítems del cuestionario a partir de los resultados de la primera fase; y en la tercera fase se evaluó la validación del cuestionario mediante la validez facial, de contenido y de constructo, así como la fiabilidad. Resultados. En el análisis factorial exploratorio, se extrajeron tres subescalas que incluían: satisfacción con la comunicación del personal de enfermería (5 ítems), satisfacción con los cuidados de enfermería (12 ítems) y satisfacción con la toma de decisiones (5 ítems) con un valor Eigen superior a uno y una carga factorial superior a 0.5. La consistencia interna y la estabilidad del cuestionario desarrollado se confirmaron con 0.94 y 0.95 respectivamente, lo que indicaba una fiabilidad aceptable. Conclusión. El cuestionario desarrollado de 22 ítems es válido y fiable para medir los niveles de satisfacción de los acompañantes de pacientes iraníes hospitalizados en UCI.
Objetivo. Desenvolver e validar um questionário sobre a satisfação dos acompanhantes de pacientes hospitalizados em UTIs. Métodos. Estudo de validação realizado em três fases: na primeira fase, o conceito de satisfação de acompanhantes de pacientes internados em UTIs foi definido por meio do método de análise qualitativa de conteúdo; na segunda fase, os primeiros itens do questionário foram gerados a partir dos resultados da primeira fase; e na terceira fase, a validação do questionário foi avaliada por meio da validade de face, de conteúdo e de construto, bem como da confiabilidade. Resultados. Na análise fatorial exploratória, três subescalas foram extraídas, incluindo: satisfação com a comunicação da equipe de enfermagem (5 itens), satisfação com a assistência de enfermagem (12 itens) e satisfação com a tomada de decisões (5 itens) com um valor Eigen maior que um e uma carga fatorial maior que 0.5. A consistência interna e a estabilidade do questionário desenvolvido foram confirmadas com 0.94 e 0.95, respectivamente, indicando confiabilidade aceitável. Conclusão. O questionário de 22 itens desenvolvido é válido e confiável para medir os níveis de satisfação dos acompanhantes de pacientes iranianos hospitalizados em UTI.

Los desafíos del envejecimiento de la población y la acumulación de daño oral nos obligan a desarrollar herramientas diagnosticas validas y confiables que nos permitan caracterizar a la población, evaluar sus necesidades terapéuticas, planificar intervenciones significativas y realizar seguimiento de su condición. Con este propósito realizamos una revisión sistemática de la literatura relevante para establecer una metódica secuencial para la validación de la herramienta diagnostica Examen Dental Preventivo del Adulto Mayor. Seleccionamos 48 artículos relevantes, cuya heterogeneidad impidió la realización de un metaanálisis. Sin embargo, los artículos seleccionados fueron sometidos a una síntesis cuantitativa analítica, que nos permitió identificar los dominios y estrategias relevantes para la validación y proponer un protocolo de cinco fases secuenciales que presentamos en extenso en el presente artículo.
The challenges of population aging and the accumulation of oral damage force us to develop valid and reliable diagnostic tools to characterize the population, evaluate their therapeutic needs, plan significant interventions, and monitor their condition post treatment. We carried out a systematic review of the relevant literature to establish a sequential method for the validation of the Preventive Dental Examination of the Elderly diagnostic tool. We selected 48 relevant articles, whose heterogeneity prevented us from performing a meta-analysis. However, the selected articles were subjected to an analytical quantitative synthesis, which allowed us to identify the relevant domains and strategies for validation and then propose a protocol of five sequential phases that we present in detail in this article.

Objective: This study aims to link NDI items to CIF using specific and up-to-date linking rules. Methods: It is a measurement properties analysis study in which two evaluators performed the link between NDI and CIF, both with experience in CIF taxonomy and NDI application. Thus, ten binding rules developed and updated specifically for binding the ICF to other instruments were applied. Results: The Kappa coefficient determined the level of agreement between the evaluators with a confidence interval of 95%. All NDI items were linked to ICF codes; there was no need to use the term "non-definable." The degree of agreement between the evaluators about the domains and the categories of the ICF's first, second, and third levels was almost perfect. Conclusion: Therefore, the NDI is well linked to the codes related to the ICF domains' Activity, Participation, Functions, and Structure. However, no concepts related to contextual factors were identified.
Objetivo: Este estudo visa vincular itens da NDI ao CIF usando regras de vinculação específicas e atualizadas. Métodos: É um estudo de análise de propriedades de medição no qual dois avaliadores realizaram a ligação entre NDI e CIF, ambos com experiência em taxonomia CIF e aplicação de NDI. Assim, foram aplicadas dez regras de vinculação desenvolvidas e atualizadas especificamente para vincular a ICF a outros instrumentos. Resultados: O coeficiente Kappa determinou o nível de concordância entre os avaliadores com um intervalo de confiança de 95%. Todos os itens do NDI estavam vinculados a códigos ICF; não havia necessidade de utilizar o termo "não definível". O grau de concordância entre os avaliadores em relação aos domínios e às categorias do primeiro, segundo e terceiro níveis da ICF foi caracterizado como quase perfeito. Conclusão: Portanto, o NDI está bem ligado aos códigos relacionados à Atividade, Participação, Funções e Estrutura dos domínios da ICF. Entretanto, não foram identificados conceitos relacionados a fatores contextuais.
ABSTRACT
Fundamento: la cultura de seguridad del paciente es el producto de valores, creencias, actitudes, percepciones, normas, procedimientos, competencias y patrones de comportamiento individual y grupal, que determina el compromiso de una organización de salud con la gestión de la seguridad del paciente. Objetivo: realizar adaptación cultural del instrumento "Encuesta hospitalaria sobre cultura de seguridad del paciente", al contexto cubano. Métodos: estudio descriptivo, de corte transversal, realizado de enero a marzo del 2023, con trabajadores del Complejo Científico Ortopédico Internacional Frank País, que constó de cuatro fases: primera fase: análisis cualitativo del instrumento, segunda fase: selección de la escala, tercera fase: ensayo piloto con 17 trabajadores, cuarta fase: segundo pilotaje con 30 trabajadores. Resultados: en el análisis cualitativo con expertos se eliminaron, agregaron y cambiaron palabras del instrumento; en el primer ensayo, fueron contestadas con un 73,6 % en las escalas uno y dos de incomprensible y poco comprensible y 2,3 % no contestaron algunas dimensiones. En el segundo pilotaje el 78,2 % contestó en las escalas de comprensible y totalmente comprensible en la adaptación cultural del instrumento. El cuestionario final cuenta con 42 ítems agrupados en 12 dimensiones y estas en tres secciones, igual que el original. Conclusiones: el cuestionario posee una estructura comprensible y relevante para medir la percepción sobre la cultura de seguridad del paciente en el Complejo Científico Ortopédico Internacional Frank País.
Foundation: patient safety culture is the product of values, beliefs, attitudes, perceptions, norms, procedures, competencies and patterns of individual and group behavior, which determines the commitment of a health organization to the management of patient safety. Objective to carry out cultural adaptation of the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture instrument to the Cuban context. Methods: descriptive, cross-sectional study, carried out from January to March 2023, with workers from the Frank País International Orthopedic Scientific Complex, which consisted of four phases: first phase: instrument qualitative analysis, second phase: scale selection, third phase: pilot test with 17 workers, fourth phase: second pilot test with 30 workers. Results: in the qualitative analysis with experts, words are eliminated, added and changed from the instrument; in the first test, 73.6% answered them on scales one and two of incomprehensible and poorly understood and 2.3% did not answer some of dimensions. In the second pilot, 78.2% answered on the scales of understandable and completely understandable in the cultural adaptation of the instrument. The final questionnaire has 42 items grouped into 12 dimensions and these are in three sections, just like the original. Conclusions: the questionnaire has a comprehensible and relevant structure to measure the perception of the patient safety culture at the Frank País International Orthopedic Scientific Complex.

A monitoria é uma atividade complementar que oferece apoio pedagógico e exerce papel importante na formação dos alunos de graduação e do próprio monitor, bem como em sua iniciação à docência. O presente relato tem como objetivoapresentar as experiências do desenvolvimento de um programa de monitoria, com suporte institucional, em uma disciplina de Endodontia de uma instituição de ensino superior federal. A equipe docente elaborou um plano de trabalho contemplando diferentes atividades pedagógicas, técnicas e científicas a serem desenvolvidas pelos monitores. Os seguintes resultados foram alcançados após quatro semestres: a) influência positiva no desempenho de 109 alunos com apenas três médias finais inferiores a sete; b) aprimoramento técnico-científico dos monitores com participação em workshopde instrumentação mecanizada em Endodontia; c) desenvolvimento científico dos monitores com a produção de materiais didáticos, projetos científicos, participação e apresentação de seis trabalhos em eventos científicos com três premiações, publicações de resumos em anais e produção de dois trabalhos de conclusão de curso; d) participação em ação institucional para reduzir aevasão no curso; e) elaboração de projeto de pesquisa para avaliação do desempenho de monitores estruturada por meio de questionário. Pode-se concluir que o desenvolvimento de um projeto de monitoria inserido no contexto de um programa de apoio acadêmico, com oferta de bolsas, pode gerar grande interesse de participação pelos discentes e que uma variedade de atividades propostas no plano de trabalho contribuiu de forma relevante para o processo ensino-aprendizado dos monitores e para a disciplina (AU).
La tutoria es una actividad complementaria que ofrece apoyo pedagógico y juega un papel importante en la formación de los estudiantes de pregrado y del propio tutor, así como en su iniciación a la docencia. Este informe tiene como objetivo presentar las experiencias de desarrollo de un programa de tutoría, con apoyo institucional, en una disciplina de Endodoncia en una institución de educación superior federal. El equipo docente elaboró un plan de trabajo que abarcaba diferentes actividades pedagógicas, técnicas y científicas a desarrollar por los monitores. Después de cuatro semestres se lograron los siguientes resultados: a) influencia positiva en el desempeño de 109 estudiantes con sólo tres promedios finales inferiores a siete; b) perfeccionamiento técnico-científico de tutores con participación en un taller de instrumentación mecanizada en Endodoncia; c) desarrollo científico de los tutores con la producción de materiales didácticos, proyectos científicos, participación y presentación de seis trabajos en eventos científicos con tres premios, publicación de resúmenes en anales y producción de dos trabajos de conclusión de curso; d) participación en acciones institucionales para reducir el abandono de cursos; e) elaboración de un proyecto de investigación para evaluar el desempeño de los tutores estructurado a través de un cuestionario. Se puede concluir que el desarrollo de un proyecto de tutoría en el contexto de un programa de apoyo académico, con la oferta de becas, puede generar gran interés de participación por parte de los estudiantes y que una variedad de actividades propuestas en el plan de trabajo contribuyeron significativamente para el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de los monitores y de la disciplina. Projeto de monitoria em Endodontia e a importância do suporte institucional: um relato de experiência (AU).
Monitoring is a complementary activity that offers pedagogical support and plays an essential role in training undergraduate students and the monitor himself and their initiation to teaching. The report aimsto present the experiences of developing a monitoring program, with institutional support, in an endodontics discipline at a federal higher education institution. The teaching team prepared a work plan that contemplated different pedagogical, technical, and scientific activities to be developed by the monitors. The following results were achieved after four semesters: a) positive influence on the performance of 109 students with only three final averages lower than seven; b) technical and scientific improvement of the monitors with participation in a workshopon mechanized instrumentation in Endodontics; c) scientific development of the monitors with the production of didactic materials, scientific projects, participation and presentation of six papers in scientific events with three awards, publication of abstracts in annals and production of two-course completion papers; d) participation in institutional action to reduce dropout in the course; e) elaboration of a research project to evaluate the performance of monitors, structured through a questionnaire. It can be concluded that the development of a monitoring project inserted in the context of an academic support program, with the offer of scholarships, can generate significant interest in participation by students and that a variety of activities proposed in the work plan contributed in a relevant way to the teaching-learning process of the monitors and to the discipline (AU).

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of cognitive frailty and its influencing factors in older patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:In this cross-sectional study, 300 older patients hospitalized for chronic heart failure in a tertiary hospital in Shandong Province between September 2021 and September 2022 were selected.A general information questionnaire, the mini-nutritional assessment scale-short form(MNA-SF), the athens insomnia scale(AIS), the ulca loneliness scale, the geriatric depression scale-5 item version(GDS-5), and the social support rating scale(SSRS)were used for assessment and influencing factors were identified by univariate and Logistic regression analysis.Results:Among 300 older patients with chronic heart failure, the prevalence of cognitive frailty was 75.3%(226 cases). Logistic regression analysis showed that age between 70-79 years( OR=0.543, 95% CI: 0.299-0.987), education level( OR=3.644, 95% CI: 1.780-7.461), weekly intellectual activity( OR=2.168, 95% CI: 1.082-4.334)and loneliness( OR=1.101, 95% CI: 1.032-1.175)were factors influencing cognitive frailty in older patients with chronic heart failure. Conclusions:The prevalence of cognitive frailty in older patients with chronic heart failure is high, and age, education level, weekly intellectual activity and loneliness are influencing factors, with education level having the greatest impact on older patients with chronic heart failure.

Pelvic floor dysfunction is a group of clinical syndromes that occur due to structural damage and dysfunction of the pelvic floor.These syndromes include pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence and pelvic pain.Elderly women have a high prevalence of pelvic floor dysfunction, with approximately 50% being affected.The symptoms of this condition have a significant impact on the quality of life in the elderly population.Therefore, it is crucial to evaluate the severity of symptoms and their impact for the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction in elderly women.To aid in this evaluation, symptom and quality of life questionnaires are important tools in clinical care.However, the wide range of clinical questionnaires available for pelvic floor dysfunction, which are not specifically tailored to elderly women, has caused confusion among clinicians regarding their selection, utilization, and evaluation.This article utilizes CiteSpace to identify key research areas and frequently used questionnaires in the field.It also introduces methods for applying and assessing symptom and quality of life surveys, with the aim of enhancing clinicians' proficiency in evaluating pelvic floor dysfunction, particularly in elderly women.

Objective:To evaluate the application feasibility of the post competency index system of rural general practice assistant physicians, and to analyze and compare the post competency of rural general practice assistant physicians with different characteristics through a survey among rural general practice assistant physicians in China.Methods:This study was a cross-sectional study. A questionnaire survey was conducted among rural general practice assistant physicians in 10 provinces/municipalities selected by stratified cluster sampling method from October 2020 to September 2021. The post competency scores were self-evaluated based on the post competency index system of rural general practice assistant physicians. The results of the survey were analyzed and the application feasibility of the index system was evaluated.Results:A total of 1 123 questionnaires were distributed and 1 024 valid questionnaires were returned with a recovery rate of 91.2%. Of the 1 024 respondents, 529 were males (51.7%), 435 were aged 40-49 years (42.5%), 434 had a secondary school education or less (42.4%), and 531 were junior practitioners (51.9%). The Cronbach′s α coefficient of the overall questionnaire was 0.987, and the Cronbach′s α coefficient of the first level index ranged from 0.897 to 0.974. The cumulative variance contribution rate of exploratory factor analysis was 72.012%. The confirmatory factor analysis showed χ2/ df=3.926, RMSEA=0.076, CFI=0.858, IFI=0.859, indicating that the model fit was basically good. The average self-evaluation scores of the first level index ranged from 3.95 to 4.25, and the average self-evaluation scores of the second level index ranged from 3.74 to 4.36. There were significant differences in self-evaluation scores of post competency among rural general practice assistant physicians with different working years, professional titles, working units and economic regions( F=4.67, 10.54, 22.16 and 20.90,all P<0.05). People with low self-evaluation scores of post competency had the following characteristics: working 10-19 years, intermediate or above titles, working in community health service centers, located in the eastern region.People with high self-evaluation scores of post competency had the following characteristics: primary professional title, working in the village clinic. Conclusion:The competency index system of rural general practice assistant physicians has good application feasibility,and it can be used to evaluate post competency for the education and training of rural general practice assistant physicians.

O bjective To survey the availability of dental services in Shanghai community health service centers and the differences between urban and suburban areas. Methods:A questionnaire survey on dental service in Shanghai community health service centers were conducted from March 10 to 17, 2023. The availability of dental services and the differences among health service centers in central urban area, urban area and suburban area were analyzed.Results:A total of 249 community health service center participated in the survey and 249 effective questionnaires were returned with a response rate of 100.0%. Among 249 centers, 220 (88.4%) had set up dental clinics. The proportion of community health service centers with dental clinics in the urban areas, central urban areas and suburban areas is 95.0% (76/80), 98.2% (107/109) and 61.7% (37/60), respectively ( H=35.44, P<0.05). Among the 220 centers with dental clinics, the floor space of dental clinic was 40.00 (28.50, 73.24), 31.70 (24.40, 49.35) and 20.00 (16.75, 34.00) square meters in suburban areas, central urban areas, and suburban areas, respectively. There were significant differences in the inspection equipment including comprehensive dental chairs, X-ray panoramic machine, X-ray dental machine, dental implants, ultrasonic dental cleaning machine, portable dental chairs, light curing lamps, and enzyme cleaning machine among community health service centers in three types of city areas ( H=35.44, 8.32, 25.53, 7.46 20.95, 43.00, 23.22, 13.35, all P<0.05). Among 220 centers with dental services, all provided dental caries filling, 175 (79.55%) provided root canal treatment, 161 (73.18%) provided extraction of various impacted teeth, 104 (47.27%) provided minor maxillofacial surgery, 132 (60.00%) provided fixed denture restoration, and 139 (63.18%) provided removable local denture restoration. Only a few centers provided orthodontics and dental implant services, including 20 provided removable orthodontics (9.09%), 11 provided fixed orthodontics (5.00%), and 9 provided dental implants (4.09%). There were significant differences in provision of services for root canal treatment, gingival scaling, subgingival scraping, various types of impacted tooth extraction, maxillofacial surgery minor surgery, fixed denture restoration, removable local denture restoration, mobile correction, and oral implant restoration among centers in three types of city areas ( H=29.19, 51.73, 25.32, 31.93, 8.23, 25.98, 28.26, 10.46, 7.84, all P<0.05). There were total 511 dentists in 220 community health service centers, including 24(4.70%) with master degree, 53(10.37%) with associate senior professional titles. There were significant differences in number of dentists, those with undergraduate and below education, those with master degree, those with intermediate and below professional titles among centers in three types of city areas ( H=66.35, 50.33, 11.19, 42.17, all P<0.05). Conclusion:Community health service centers in Shanghai generally have basic capacity of dental service, but there are significant differences among the central urban areas, suburban areas, and suburban areas, indicating that it need to be further strengthened in terms of facilities, equipment, and talent team development in different city areas accordingly.

【Objective】 To explore the factors influencing erectile dysfunction (ED) in male patients after renal transplantation, so as to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of this disease. 【Methods】 Kidney transplant recipients followed up in the Kidney Transplant Clinic of Xijing Hospital during Sep.1, 2022 and May 1, 2023 were selected as the study objects.Questionnaires were distributed, and the erectile function was measured with Sexual Health Inventory for Men (SHIM).Factors associated with ED were analyzed with multivariate logistic regression. 【Results】 A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, and 276 valid ones were collected, including 182 cases (65.9%) suffering from ED of varying degrees.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age [(50 years, OR: 0.120, 95%CI: 0.033-0.405, P50 years, OR: 0.223, 95%CI: 0.102-0.463, P40-50 years/>50 years, OR: 0.320, 95%CI: 0.139-0.719, P<0.01)], level of International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) (OR: 1.95, 95%CI: 1.211-3.248, P<0.01), International Prostate Symptom Score-Quality of Life item (IPSS-QoL) (OR: 1.482, 95%CI: 1.201-1.854, P<0.01), and income [(≥10 000 Yuan/<3 000 Yuan, OR: 0.156, 95%CI: 0.053-0.429, P<0.001), (5 000-<10 000 Yuan/<3 000 Yuan, OR: 0.418, 95%CI: 0.199-0.864, P<0.05), (≥10 000 Yuan/3 000-<5 000 Yuan, OR: 0.205, 95%CI: 0.069-0.573, P<0.01)] were independent and significant factors of ED. 【Conclusion】 The prevalence of ED in renal transplantation recipients is high.Age, income, IPSS and IPSS-QoL are the influencing factors.ED after renal transplantation is not only determined by physical and functional factors, but also closely related to social and psychological factors.

Objective To develop nurses'knowledge,attitude and practice questionnaire on medication management for patients with dysphagia,and test its reliability and validity.Methods Based on the evidence-based summary of the best evidence of medication management for patients with dysphagia,guided by the the-ory of knowledge,attitude and practice,the basic dimensions and item pool of the questionnaire were deter-mined through group discussion,Delphi expert consultation and pre-investigation.In order to revise the ques-tionnaire,437 nurses from 10 tertiary hospitals in Jiangsu Province were conveniently selected for investigation,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested according to the survey results.Results The nurses'knowl-edge,attitude and practice questionnaire on medication management for patients with dysphagia included 43 items in three dimensions.The three dimensions were analyzed by exploratory factors,and six common factors with characteristic roots>1 were extracted.Two factors were extracted from the knowledge dimension,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 74.958%,One factor was extracted from the attitude dimen-sion,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 77.655%.Three factors were extracted from the prac-tice dimension,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 72.274%.The factor load of each item was 0.618-0.902,Cronbach's α coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.949,and the test-retest reliability was 0.909.The overall content validity coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.922,and the content validity coeffi-cient for each item was 0.800-1.000.Conclusion The nurses'knowledge,attitude and practice questionnaire on medication management for patients with dysphagia developed in this study has good reliability and validi-ty,and could be used as an effective tool to evaluate the status quo of nurses'medication management for pa-tients with dysphagia.

Objective@#To understand the level of health literacy and influencing factors of Chinese general high school students, so as to provide scientific evidence for health promotion of high school students.@*Methods@#A multistage stratified cluster sampling method was used to conduct an on site survey on the health literacy status of 8 265 high school students in 31 provinces of China by using the National Health Literacy Monitoring Questionnaire from October 2018 to June 2019. SPSS 25.0 software was used to conduct one way test and multifactor Logistic regression analysis of different demographic characteristics.@*Results@#The health literacy level of Chinese general high school students was 7.1%; the three dimensions of literacy were ranked in descending order as follows: basic skills (21.3%), healthy lifestyles and behaviors (20.5%), and basic knowledge and concepts of health (7.8%); and the literacy levels of the six categories of health issues, in descending order, were basic medical care (88.3%), health information (75.9%), safety and first aid (51.0%), infectious disease prevention (44.2%), scientific health concept (39.0%) and chronic disease prevention (5.5%). Multifactorial Logistic regression analysis showed that ethnicity, region, family residence, school type, grade level, and father s education were the factors influencing the health literacy level of Chinese high school students( OR=2.08, 0.60/0.24, 0.44, 0.71, 1.41 /0.51, 1.37, P <0.05).@*Conclusions@#The overall health literacy level of Chinese high school students is low,ethnicity, region, family residence, school type, grade level and father s education are factors influencing the health literacy level of Chinese high school students. It is recommended that all departments at all levels focus on categorized governance to improve the health literacy level of high school students, taking into account the realities and characteristics of high school students health literacy level.

Objective@#To develop the Family-School-Community Cooperation Dilemma Scale for Nutritional Education in Primary Schools Students, and to determine its reliability and validity, in order to provide a basis for developing targeted strategies to promote family-school-community cooperation in the area of nutritional education.@*Methods@#Based on overlapping spheres of influence theory, the initial scale was developed through a qualitative and literature review, discussion with Delphi experts and a pilot survey from July 2022 to July 2023. From July to September 2023, a total of 125 primary school parents, 118 primary school teachers and 113 community personnel were selected from six cities in Jiangsu Province by convenient sampling methods, who were investigated to test the reliability and validity of the scale and to develop a formal scale.@*Results@#The final Family-School-Community Cooperation Dilemma Scale for Nutritional Education in Primary School students consisted of 3 dimensions and 19 items. The exploratory analysis extracted three metric factors, with a contribution ratio of 69.07% to the accumulated variance. The mean scale component effectiveness was 0.94, and the coefficient of association between the respective dimensions and the scale ranged from 0.80 to 0.91.The overall Cronbach α coefficient for the scale was 0.95, the folded half reliability was 0.87, and the retest reliability was 0.98.@*Conclusion@#The Family-School-Community Cooperation Dilemma Scale for Nutritional Education in Primary School Students has good reliability and validity, and can be used to measure the degree of the family-school-community cooperation dilemma regarding nutritional education in primary school students.

Objective@#To understand the current status of health education faculty in Yuzhong District of Chongqing, so as to explore the implementation path to improve the construction of health education faculty.@*Methods@#In August 2023, stratified random sampling was used to directly select a total of 555 teachers and school doctors from 17 schools in 11 streets of Yuzhong District, who were invited to conduct a questionnaire survey. A total of 409 fulltime or parttime health education teachers were included in the analysis of the results. Both χ2 test and Fisher exact probability method were analyzed for compare the differences in the frequency of conducting health education courses and specializing in specializing areas among different plant health education teachers in Yuzhong District.@*Results@#Health education course faculty were mainly female teachers, accounting for 81.66%. The proportions of physical education (PE) teachers, school doctors, head teachers and teachers from other disciplines were 14.67%, 8.31%, 62.84%, 14.18%, and the class teachers (81.33%) and school doctor (80.95%) were found of the highest proportion of providing health education courses, and the teaching section was mainly elementary school (first to third grade: 42.30%, fourth to sixth grade: 44.74%). Among the teachers, school doctors had the highest proportion (88.24%) of receiving training related to health education courses. And there was a significant stastical difference in the frequency of conducting health education classes among PE teachers, school doctor, head teachers and the teachers of other courses (χ2=54.46, P<0.01). The results of Fisher exact probability method showed that the differences in selfassessment of the most and least skilled areas among PE teachers, school doctor, head teachers and teachers of other courses were statistically significant (P<0.01).@*Conclusions@#Health education faculty in Yuzhong District is mainly composed of PE teachers, school doctor, head teachers and teachers of other courses. The standardized training and assessment of teaching for school doctor could promote the school nurse group developing into specialized health education faculty.
