ABSTRACT
Smart healthcare is the outcome of integration and application of the internet, Internet of things (IOT), big data analysis and artificial intelligence (AI) in the medical field. Smart healthcare has been developed rapidly in China. However, smart healthcare has both advantages and risks, thus, it faces challenges and ethical issues in practice. Technological restrictions of smart healthcare increase the risk of privacy disclosure and delayed treatment. Besides, it also induce some ethical issues.Smart healthcare turns the "justice" issue of regional equity into the population equity of medical benefits. In addition, balancing between humanities and science technology should be considered. Smart healthcare should follow the basic ethical principles and the experience of clinical medical ethics. To give full play to the advantages of smart healthcare, the ethical challenges during its development must be regulated at the legal level, and simultaneously governed through ethical norms and guidance.
ABSTRACT
The rapid development of Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and information technology and their integration with medicine have given birth to a new model and direction of modern medical development. The health of the people′s livelihood has become an indispensable part of the national health care system development. At the same time, China′s medical resources are relatively scarce and the population aging trend is obvious, which has a more prominent contradiction with the people′s growing demand for diagnosis and treatment services and medical humanities. In the context of building a healthy China, it has become an inevitable trend to apply intelligent medicine to the construction of medical humanities. This paper summarizes the current situation of intelligent medical treatment and medical humanities in China, the application of intelligent medical treatment in medical humanities construction, and the possible challenges in the intelligent process of medical humanities construction, and discusses the impact of intelligent medical treatment on the development of medical humanities construction.

ABSTRACT
The shortage of medical resources promotes medical treatment reform, and smart healthcare is a promising strategy to solve this problem. With the development of Internet, real-time health status is expected to be monitored at home by using flexible healthcare systems, which puts forward new demands on flexible substrates for sensors. Currently, the flexible substrates are mainly traditional petroleum-based polymers, which are not renewable. As a natural polymer, cellulose, owing to its wide range of sources, convenient processing, biodegradability and so on, is an ideal alternative. In this review, the application progress of nanocellulose in flexible sensors is summarized. The structure and the modification methods of cellulose and nanocellulose are introduced at first, and then the application of nanocellulose flexible sensors in real-time medical monitoring is summarized. Finally, the advantages and future challenges of nanocellulose in the field of flexible sensors are discussed.

Objective:To analyze the use and satisfaction of smart healthcare in public hospitals in Hangzhou from the perspective of patient experience. Methods:From August to September 2020, 501 patients from 2 class A tertiary hospitals and 5 community health centers in Hangzhou were randomly selected for questionnaire survey. The survey included their usage and satisfaction of smart healthcare. Based on SERVQUAL theory, the patient satisfaction scale included 5 dimensions of tangibility, reliability, reactivity, assurance, and empathy. The factors affecting patient satisfaction were analyzed by single factor and multi factor analysis. Results:The average score of patient satisfaction was 3.94±0.56. The satisfaction with tangibility(4.25±0.64), assurance(4.07±0.71)and reactivity(4.02±0.73)was higher, while the scoring of empathy(3.84±0.77)and reliability(3.52±0.70)were lower than the average score. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that patients′ educational level, occupational type and UTAUT score had a certain impact on satisfaction( P<0.05). Conclusions:The overall satisfaction of patients with smart healthcare in Hangzhou is high. In the future, we should pay more attention to big data security and personal privacy protection, upgrade the smart medical system, improve the hospital Internet platform, empower smart healthcare service system through digital technology, and promote the comprehensive digital transformation of health.
ABSTRACT
With the development of information technology, the concept of smart healthcare has gradually come to the fore.Smart healthcare uses a new generation of information technologies, such as the internet of things (IoT),big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence,to transform the traditional medical system in an all-round way, making healthcare more efficient, more convenient, and more personalized. With the aim of introducing the concept of smart healthcare,in this review,we first list the key technologies that support smart healthcare and introduce the current status of smart healthcare in several important fields. Then we expound the existing problems with smart healthcare and try to propose solutions to them. Finally,we look ahead and evaluate the future prospects of smart healthcare.
ABSTRACT
In upcoming fourth industrial revolution era, it is inevitable to address smart healthcare as not only scientist but also clinician. We have the task to plan and realize this through human imagination, creativity, and applicability for the clarification of the direction of the development and utilization of this technology. One thing that is clear is that it is important to understand what information is needed, how to interpret it, what will be the outcomes, and how to respond in artificial intelligence and Internet of Things era. Therefore, we would like to briefly discuss the characteristics of smart healthcare, and, suggest one approach that is easily applicable in the current situation.

Objective:To study the effect of hierarchical diagnosis on optimizing medical resource allocation based on big data era. Methods:Literature analysis and game theory analysis. Results:It established hierarchical diagnosis model based on game theory, analyzed the effect of hierarchical diagnosis after introducing big data, established the hierarchical diagnosis structure diagram based on big data. Conclusion:Under the big data background, hierarchical diagnosis could give full play to the value of data, optimize the allocation of medical resources, accurate diagnosis of patients, and make a positive effect on medical institutions and patients.
ABSTRACT
This article systematically introduced the development of Smart Healthcare mode in Hangzhou. From the aspects of connotation, pattern, characteristics and the change of medical treatment mode, the authors pointed out that the development of Smart Healthcare must follow such principles as satisfaction of the people, enhanced inter-departmental synergy, government-guided social participation, and full involvement of medical workers.
ABSTRACT
Described in the paper are contents and characteristics of building smart healthcare system at a research hospital, and practices of the hospital in exploring smart healthcare.Specific measures include staged building of an e-hospital emphasizing information security; closed-loop transformation with mobile and barcode technology for higher efficiency and patient safety;optimizing the service flow with smart interconnection to create an orderly outpatient environment; implementing healthcare regulations with information systems to ensure a homogeneous medical environment;and integrating the entire medical system to promote coordinated development of regional healthcare service. These measures help upgrade the information service effectiveness and quality of care of the hospital.
