ABSTRACT
A case of mesoblastic nephroma is reported in a four month old malnourished male baby. The mass was noticed at the age of 2 weeks. Tumour originated from lower pole of left kidney. Nephrectomy was performed. At 3 months follow up, patient is thriving well
