case of onchocerciasis of the anterior segment

A 25 years old male patient from Uganda was referred from the United Nations Office in Cairo to the Ophthalmological Clinic of the Greek Community Hospital. The examination revealed a bilateral punctate keratitis with microfilariae in the cornea and the anterior chamber.
