ABSTRACT
Paciente de sexo masculino de 29 años de edad. Ingresa a sala de emergencia el 23 de febrero del 2013 por 3 punciones por arma de fuego (PAF) , la primera a la altura de la tibia izquierda lo que le causa la fractura de este hueso, la segunda y tercera a nivel abdominal; por ello es intervenido para extracción de proyectiles. Producto de la intervención se genera una fistula biliocutanea por lo que es enviado a la sala de cirugía para que se realice los cuidados necesarios hasta cierre de fistula y posterior alta. Sala: Cirugía 4to A. Fecha de nacimiento: 11 de noviembre de 1984. Edad: 29 años. Sexo: Masculino. Fecha de ingreso al hospital: 23/02/2013. Fecha de ingreso a servicio: 25/02/2013. Diagnóstico médico: trauma toraco-abdominal abierto por punción por arma de fuego, fistula biliopleurocutanea derecha y fractura de tibia izquierda.
Male patient, 29 years of age.
