ABSTRACT

Male adult Swiss albino mice 2-month old were treated with dibutylamine [DBA] plus sodium nitrate and vitamin C as sodium ascorbate for 3 and 6 months. Treatment with DBA showed many histopathological changes in the testis including reduction in the interstitial connective tissue, disappearance of Leydig cells and inhibition of spermatogenesis. However, combined treatment with DBA and vitamin C, specially for 6 months, showed a clear recovery in the interstitial connective tissue with reappearance of Leydig cells and all stages of spermatogenesis
