ABSTRACT
A Residência Multiprofissional é uma importante estratégia de Educação Permanente (EPS) no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), sendo a primeira oportunidade para muitos recém-graduados de exercer sua profissão e adquirir experiência. O objetivo do presente estudo foi conhecer o perfil de profissionais egressos de um programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Cardiopneumologia no Ceará e sua inserção no mercado de trabalho. No estudo, transversal e quantitativo, coletaram-se dados socioeconômicos, sociodemográficos e sobre histórico no mercado de trabalho, entre junho e outubro de 2022, via formulário eletrônico enviado aos egressos. A grande maioria estava empregada, atuando no SUS como terceirizados, vinculados como celetistas ou cooperados, em áreas de atuação diversas, destacando o potencial de contribuição na saúde, na educação e na gestão pública. Estudos com profissionais egressos de outros programas hospitalares são necessários para melhor elucidar as potencialidades, contribuições e lacunas do processo formativo à inserção dos profissionais no mercado de trabalho.
Multiprofessional Residency is an important strategy for Continuing Education (PDE) in the Unified Health System (SUS), being the first opportunity for many recent graduates to exercise their profession and acquire experience. The aim of this study was to know the profile of professionals graduating from a Multiprofessional Residency in Cardiopneumology program in Ceará and their insertion in the labor market. In this cross-sectional and quantitative study, socioeconomic, sociodemographic and labor market history data were collected between June and October 2022, via an electronic form sent to the graduates. The vast majority were employed, working in the SUS as outsourced, contracted, or cooperative workers, in diverse areas, highlighting the potential to contribute to health, education, and public management. Studies with professionals graduating from other hospital programs are necessary to better elucidate the potentialities, contributions, and gaps of the formative process to the insertion of the professionals in the labor market.
La Residencia Multiprofesional es una importante estrategia de Educación Continuada (PDE) en el Sistema Único de Salud (SUS), siendo la primera oportunidad para muchos recién graduados de ejercer su profesión y adquirir experiencia. El objetivo de este estudio fue conocer el perfil de los profesionales egresados de un programa de Residencia Multiprofesional en Cardoneumología en Ceará y su inserción en el mercado de trabajo. En este estudio transversal y cuantitativo, se recogieron datos socioeconómicos, sociodemográficos y de historia laboral entre junio y octubre de 2022, a través de un formulario electrónico enviado a los graduados. La gran mayoría estaba empleada, trabajando en el SUS como tercerizados, contratados o cooperativistas, en diversas áreas, destacando el potencial de contribución a la salud, educación y gestión pública. Estudios con profesionales egresados de otros programas hospitalarios son necesarios para dilucidar mejor las potencialidades, contribuciones y lagunas del proceso formativo para la inserción de los profesionales en el mercado de trabajo.

Objetivo: examinar la relación entre éxito en la carrera y ambiente de trabajo con enfermeras actuantes en tecnología de reproducción asistida (TRA), e identificar factores que afectan su éxito en la carrera. Método: estudio transversal realizado en 53 centros de fertilidad de 26 provincias en la China Continental. Datos recolectados utilizando cuestionario de datos demográficos, un Cuestionario de Competencias de TRA para Enfermeras Especializadas, la Career-Success Scale (Escala de éxito profesional) y la Nursing Work Environment Scale (Escala del entorno de trabajo de enfermería). Se aplicó estadística inferencial y descriptiva. Resultados: 597 enfermeras actuantes en TRA participaron en nuestra encuesta, entregando 555 cuestionarios válidos. Los puntajes generales promedio de éxito en la carrera y ambiente de trabajo fueron 3,75 (desviación estándar, [DE]=1,01) y 3,42 (DE=0,77) respectivamente. Se observó fuerte correlación positiva entre éxito en la carrera y ambiente de trabajo (r=0,742; p<0,01). La regresión múltiple mostró que la concurrencia a conferencias académicas, atención psicológica, desarrollo profesional, apoyo y cuidado, salario y bienestar constituyeron factores significantes con influencia en el éxito en la carrera. Conclusión: la concurrencia a conferencias académicas, atención psicológica y ambiente de trabajo guardan relación positiva con el éxito en la carrera. Los gestores deberían considerar formas de abordar tales factores.
Objective: to examine the relationship between career success and work environment of nurses who practice in assisted reproductive technology and to identify factors that affect career success. Method: a cross-sectional study conducted in 53 fertility centres in 26 provinces in mainland China. Data were collected using a demographic data questionnaire, a specialised nursing competence questionnaire, the Career-Success Scale, and the Nursing Work Environment Scale. Descriptive and inferential statistics were applied. Results: 597 assisted reproductive technology nurses participated in our survey, and 555 valid questionnaires were collected. Theoverall mean scores for career success and work environment were 3.75 [standard deviation (SD) = 1.01] and 3.42 (SD = 0.77) respectively. There was a strong positive correlation between career success and work environment (r = 0.742, p < 0.01). Multiple regression showed that attending academic conferences, psychological care, professional development, support and care, salary, and welfare were significant factors that influence career success. Conclusion: attending academic conferences, psychological care, and work environment are positively related to career success. Administrators should consider ways to address these factors.

Os dados foram coletados por meio de um questionário demográfico, um questionário sobre competências de enfermagem especializada em tecnologias de reprodução assistida, da Career-Success Scale (Escala de Sucesso Profissional) e da Nursing Work Environment Scale (Escala do Ambiente de Trabalho na Enfermagem). Aplicaram-se análises de estatística descritiva e inferencial. Resultados: participaram do estudo 597 enfermeiros da área de tecnologia de reprodução assistida, e 555 questionários válidos foram coletados. As pontuações globais médias para o sucesso profissional e o ambiente de trabalho foram 3,75 [desvio padrão (DP) = 1,01] e 3,42 (DP = 0,77), respectivamente. Verificou-se forte correlação positiva entre o sucesso profissional e o ambiente de trabalho (r = 0,742; p < 0,01). A análise de regressão múltipla mostrou que a participação em eventos acadêmicos, a assistência psicológica, o desenvolvimento profissional, o apoio e os cuidados, e o salário e o bem-estar foram fatores que influenciaram significativamente o sucesso profissional. Conclusão: a participação em eventos acadêmicos, a assistência psicológica e o ambiente de trabalho mostraram correlação positiva com o sucesso profissional. Os gestores deveriam considerar formas de abordar esses fatores.

Introducción: La actividad laboral de las personas siempre ha transformado al mundo, sin embargo, ha generado muchos riesgos y enfermedades. Asimismo, el trabajo ha sido afectado por la globalización, la tecnología y la crisis sanitaria por la COVID-19. Generando, transformaciones en las estructuras del empleo y en las condiciones del trabajo, tornándose más exigente en el área laboral, estas condiciones han predispuesto factores psicosociales negativos que amenaza la salud; ocasionando enfermedades y accidentes laborales, y como consecuencia un deficiente rendimiento laboral. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre los factores psicosociales y el rendimiento laboral en colaboradores de una institución educativa privada de Lima. Metodología: Enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, corte transversal y de tipo correlacional. En el estudio participaron 120 colaboradores de la institución educativa privada, según el muestreo no probabilístico; como instrumento se aplicó el Cuestionario de "Factores Psicosociales en el Trabajo" y el "El cuestionario de Rendimiento Laboral Individual" compartido digitalmente través del correo electrónico. Resultados: del total de los encuestados, el 52,50% manifestaron tener una buena percepción de los factores psicosociales; sin embargo, se obtuvo una mala percepción en las dimensiones exigencia laboral con el 63,30% y satisfacción con la remuneración del rendimiento con el 52,50%; con respecto a la variable rendimiento laboral, el 75,00% demostró un nivel alto. Conclusión: Los trabajadores que indicaron una alta exigencia laboral tuvieron 11 veces mayor probabilidad de presentar un alto rendimiento en su trabajo (OR:11,03; IC 95%: 1,71-17,95).
Introduction: People's work has always transformed the world; however, it has also posed many risks and diseases. Likewise, work has been affected by globalization, technology, and the COVID-19 health crisis. There have been transformations in employment structures and working conditions, which have become more demanding. These conditions have predisposed negative psychosocial factors that threaten health, causing occupational illnesses and accidents and, consequently, poor work performance. Objective: To determine the relationship between psychosocial factors and work performance in employees of a private educational institution in Lima. Methods: Quantitative approach, non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design. A total of 120 employees of the private educational institution participated in the study, according to a non-probabilistic sampling method. The Psychosocial Factors at Work Questionnaire and the "Individual Work Performance Questionnaire," shared digitally via e-mail, were used. Results: Of the total respondents, 52.50% had a good perception of psychosocial factors; however, a poor perception was identified in the dimensions "work demands" (63.30%) and "satisfaction with performance compensation" (52.50%). Conclusion: Workers who indicated high work demands were 11 times more likely to have high work performance (OR: 11.03; 95% CI: 1.7117.95).
Introdução: A atividade de trabalho das pessoas sempre transformou o mundo, no entanto, gerou muitos riscos e doenças. Da mesma forma, o trabalho tem sido afetado pela globalização, pela tecnologia e pela crise sanitária da COVID-19. Estas condições predispuseram fatores psicossociais negativos que ameaçam a saúde, causando doenças e acidentes no trabalho e, como consequência, um mau desempenho no trabalho. Objetivo: Determinar a relação entre fatores psicossociais e o desempenho no trabalho dos funcionários de uma instituição de ensino privada em Lima. Metodologia: Abordagem quantitativa, projeto não-experimental, transversal e correlacional. O estudo envolveu 120 funcionários da instituição privada de ensino, de acordo com amostragem não-probabilística; o questionário "Fatores Psicossociais no Trabalho" e o "Questionário de Desempenho Individual do Trabalho", compartilhado digitalmente por e-mail, foram utilizados como instrumentos. Resultados: Do número total de entrevistados, 52,50% afirmaram que tinham uma boa percepção dos fatores psicossociais; no entanto, foi obtida uma má percepção nas dimensões das demandas do trabalho com 63,30% e satisfação com a remuneração por desempenho com 52,50%; com relação ao desempenho variável do trabalho, 75,00% mostraram um alto nível. Conclusão: Os trabalhadores que indicaram altas exigências de trabalho tinham 11 vezes mais probabilidade de ter alto desempenho no trabalho (OR: 11,03; 95% CI: 1,71-17,95).

Objetivo: Avaliar a satisfação da autonomia profissional de enfermeiros no cuidado oncológico. Método: Estudo descritivo, transversal e de abordagem quantitativa, com 48 enfermeiros. Com base nisso, foi aplicado um questionário sociodemográfico e profissional para a obtenção dos dados. E para avaliação da satisfação dos profissionais acerca da autonomia no trabalho foi aplicado o Índice de Satisfação Profissional (ISP). Resultado: Há prevalência de mulheres (93,75%), idade de 25 a 48 anos, brancos e pardos 45,83% cada; solteiros (56,25%), renda mensal superior a 4 salários mínimos (52,08%). De acordo com os resultados obtidos, os enfermeiros referem possuir autonomia em suas atividades. Conclusão: A autonomia resulta em profissionais mais realizados profissionalmente, logo é recurso e indicador de quão satisfatório é o ambiente de trabalho.(AU)
Objective: To assess the satisfaction of nurses' professional autonomy in cancer care. Method: Descriptive, crosssectional study with a quantitative approach, with 48 nurses. Based on this, a sociodemographic and professional questionnaire was applied to obtain data. And to assess the satisfaction of professionals about autonomy at work, the Professional Satisfaction Index (ISP) was applied. Result: There is a prevalence of women (93.75%), aged 25 to 48 years, white and brown 45.83% each; singles (56.25%), monthly income greater than 4 minimum wages (52.08%). According to the results obtained, the nurses reported having autonomy in their activities. Conclusion: Autonomy results in more professionally accomplished professionals, therefore it is a resource and indicator of how satisfactory the work environment is.(AU)
Objetivo: Evaluar la satisfacción de la autonomía profesional de los enfermeros en el cuidado del cáncer. Método: Estudio descriptivo, transversal con abordaje cuantitativo, con 48 enfermeros. En base a ello, se aplicó un cuestionario sociodemográfico y profesional para la obtención de datos. Y para evaluar la satisfacción de los profesionales sobre la autonomía en el trabajo, se aplicó el Índice de Satisfacción Profesional (ISP). Resultado: Predominan las mujeres (93,75%), de 25 a 48 años, blancas y pardas 45,83% cada una; solteros (56,25%), renta mensual superior a 4 salarios mínimos (52,08%). De acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos, los enfermeros relataron tener autonomía en sus actividades. Conclusión: La autonomía redunda en profesionales más realizados profesionalmente, por lo que es un recurso e indicador de cuán satisfactorio es el ambiente de trabajo.(AU)

Este estudo teve como objetivo traduzir, adaptar e, apresentar as propriedades psicométricas do Unified Multidimensional Calling Scale UMCS, assim como invariância da medida por sexo para a população brasileira. O estudo contou com uma amostra de 2111 trabalhadores adultos (67% mulheres), com idades entre 18 e 77 anos (M = 41,70; DP = 11,10). A versão brasileira da escala apresentou melhores índices de ajuste com uma estrutura de sete fatores e invariância por sexo. Além disso, a medida apresentou evidências externas com trabalho significativo, orientação proteana de carreira, satisfação no trabalho, satisfação com a vida e workaholismo. Concluiu-se que os resultados obtidos ampliam a rede nomológica do construto Chamados Ocupacionais e discutem suas implicações teórico e práticas. Sendo os resultados favoráveis para o uso da medida adaptada em contextos de pesquisa e avaliação em temas de carreira no Brasil.
This study aimed to translate, adapt and present the psychometric properties of the Unified Multidimensional Calling Scale UMCS, as well as the invariance of the measure by sex for the Brazilian population. The study included a sample of 2111 adult workers (67% women), aged between 18 and 77 years (M = 41.70; SD = 11.10). The Brazilian version of the scale showed better fit indices with a seven-factor structure and gender invariance. In addition, the measure showed external evidence with significant work, protean career orientation, job satisfaction, life satisfaction, and workaholism. Thus, it was concluded that the results obtained expand the nomological network of the construct Occupational Callings and discuss its theoretical and practical implications. The results are favorable for the use of the adapted measure in research and evaluation contexts in career themes in Brazil.
Este estudio tuvo como objetivo traducir, adaptar y presentar las propiedades psicométricas de la Escala Unificada Multidimensional de Llamado - UMCS, así como la invariancia de la medida por sexo para la población brasileña. El estudio incluyó una muestra de 2111 trabajadores adultos (67% mujeres), con edades comprendidas entre 18 y 77 años (M = 41,70; DT = 11,10). La versión brasileña de la escala mostró mejores índices de ajuste con una estructura de siete factores e invariancia de género. Además, la medida presentó evidencia externa con trabajo significativo, orientación profesional proteica, satisfacción laboral, satisfacción con la vida y adicción al trabajo. Se concluyó que los resultados obtenidos amplían la red nomológica del constructo denominado Llamados Ocupacionales y discuten sus implicaciones teóricas y prácticas. Los resultados son favorables para el uso de la medida adaptada en contextos de investigación y evaluación en temas de carrera en Brasil.

Objetivo : Conocer la satisfacción laboral en los académicos de la licenciatura de Cirujano Dentista del Facultad de Estudios Superiores Zaragoza, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México en el período 2019. Material y métodos : Estudio observacional, prolectivo, transversal, descriptivo. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 123 académicos, a los que se les aplicó un cuestionario de 20 ítems con respuestas en escala Likert (α de Cronbach 0.845). Resultados : Del total de encuestados, el 45% (55) del sexo masculino, 55% (68) del femenino, con una media de edad de 36.5 (± 9.6) años. El 48% (59) de los académicos se encuentran satisfechos con el trabajo docente que realizan, en contraste, el 25% (31) está muy insatisfechos. Entre los factores que influyen en la insatisfacción se encontró: La carga horaria, sobre todo los que tienen en turno mixto, el poco apoyo que la institución da para estudiar un posgrado, el estrés que conlleva la responsabilidad de supervisar a los estudiantes en el área clínica en la atención a pacientes. La insatisfacción se presenta en mayor proporción en académicos con una edad ≥ 50 años. Conclusiones : Los factores referidos que influyen en la insatisfacción son: el bajo salario, las inadecuadas instalaciones para impartir clase, la falta de apoyo para la capacitación por parte de la institución, el no reconocimiento al trabajo realizado. Llama la atención que, en la licenciatura de Cirujano Dentista donde el trabajo en equipo es de suma importancia, este no se dé o se dé muy pocas veces.
Objective : To know the job satisfaction in the Dental Surgeon academics from the Facultad de Estudios Superiores Zaragoza, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, during 2019. Methods : Observational, prolective, cross-sectional, descriptive study. The study population consisted of 123 academics, to whom a 20-item questionnaire was applied with responses on the Likert scale (Cronbach's α 0.845). Results : Of the total number of respondents, 45% (55) were male, 55% (68) were female, with a mean age of 36.5 (± 9.6) years. 48% (59) of the academics are satisfied with the teaching work they do, in contrast, 25% (31) are very dissatisfied. Among the factors that influence dissatisfaction, the following was found: The workload, especially those who have a mixed shift, the little support that the institution gives to study a postgraduate course, the stress that comes with the responsibility of supervising students in the area clinic in patient care. Dissatisfaction occurs in a higher proportion in academics aged ≥ 50 years. Conclusions : The referred factors that influence dissatisfaction are: low salary, inadequate facilities to teach classes, lack of support for training by the institution, non-recognition of the work done. It is striking that, in the Dental Surgeon degree where teamwork is of the utmost importance, this does not occur or occurs very rarely.

The psychosocial risks faced by workers can influence their health as well as job performance and satisfaction. However, this phenomenon among Mexican workers in the oil industry has not been well studied. The purpose of this study was to analyze the association of stress and job-related burnout with mental disorders among oil workers in the southeastern region of Mexico. Materials and methods: This cross-sectional and analytical study included 501 workers from the onshore oil industry in the southeastern region of Mexico. The Work Burnout Inventory, the Symptoms of Stress Inventory, and the Goldberg General Health Questionnaire (ghq 28) were applied between October and November, 2016. Chi-square test was used to analyze the relationship between variables and the odds ratio was determined to establish the level of risk for mental disorders. Results: Moderate levels of stress (21.4l %), efficacy (41.5 %), cynicism (30.6 %), and exhaustion (39.7 %) were observed. Mental disorders were noted in 11.8 % of workers. Stress and burnout were associated with mental disorders (p < 0.05). Finally, workers who experienced stress and job burnout were more likely to have mental disorders (or = 12.96; 95 % ci [7.0323.94]; p = 0.00). Conclusions:Stress and job burnout are risk factors for mental disorders among Mexican oil workers.
los riesgos psicosociales en los trabajadores tienen influencia en la salud, rendimiento del trabajo y satisfacción laboral; sin embargo, poco se ha estudiado este fenómeno en los trabajadores mexicanos de la industria petrolera. El objetivo fue analizar la asociación entre estrés y desgaste laboral y trastornos en los trabajadores de la industria petrolera terrestre de la región sureste de México. Materiales y métodos: diseño transversal y analítico. La muestra estuvo integrada por 501 trabajadores. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron el Inventario de Desgaste Laboral, el Inventario de Síntomas de Estrés y el Cuestionario de Salud General de Goldberg (ghq 28). Se aplicaron los instrumentos entre octu-bre y noviembre de 2016. Se utilizó la prueba de chi cuadrado para analizar la relación entre las variables, y se determinaron odds ratio para establecer el nivel de riesgo a trastornos mentales. Resultados: se encontraron niveles moderados de estrés (21.4l %), eficacia (41.5 %), cinismo (30.6 %) y agotamiento (39.7 %). Se encontró presencia de trastornos mentales en el 11.8 % de los trabajadores. El estrés y las dimensiones del desgaste laboral se asociaron con los trastornos mentales (p < 0.05). Finalmente, los tra-bajadores que presentaron estrés y desgaste laboral tuvieron mayor probabilidad de sufrir trastornos mentales (or= 12.96; ic 95 % [7.03-23.94]; p = 0.00). Conclusiones: el estrés y el desgaste laboral representan factores de riesgo para presentar trastornos mentales en los trabajadores petroleros mexicanos.

Materiais e métodos: desenho transversal e analítico. A amostra foi composta por 501 trabalha-dores. Os instrumentos utilizados foram o Inventário de Desgaste Laboral, o Inventário de Sintomas de Estresse e o Questionário de Saúde Geral de Goldberg (ghq 28). Os instrumentos foram aplicados entre outubro e novembro de 2016. O teste qui-quadrado foi utilizado para analisar a relação entre as variáveis e o odds ratio foi determinado para estabelecer o nível de risco para transtornos mentais. Resultados: foram encontrados níveis moderados de estresse (21,4l %), eficácia (41,5 %), cinismo (30,6 %) e exaustão (39,7 %). A presença de transtornos mentais foi encontrada em 11,8 % dos trabalhadores. O estresse e as dimensões de desgaste laboral foram associadas aos transtornos mentais (p < 0,05). Por fim, os trabalhadores que apresentavam estresse e desgaste laboral apresentaram maior probabilidade de apresentar transtornos mentais (or = 12,96; ic 95 % [7,03-23,94]; p = 0,00). Conclusões: o estresse e desgaste laboral representam fatores de risco para o desenvolvimento de transtornos mentais em trabalhadores petrolíferos mexicanos.

Background: The primary healthcare sector has experienced significant growth globally, and the nursing workforce has also expanded in recent decades in response to health system reforms. This study aims to assess job satisfaction among primary healthcare nurses in Khartoum, Sudan. Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted in 10 primary healthcare centers on 50 nurses who were selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected using an online questionnaire and it was analyzed using SPSS. Results: The findings of this study indicate that the job satisfaction level among nurses working at primary healthcare centers in Khartoum was high (4.4/5). Most nurses reported high satisfaction with all items including protocols, salary, environment, and relationships. The study also found a significant correlation between nurses' sex and experience with their level of job satisfaction. Female nurses reported significantly higher job satisfaction (4.4/5) compared to male nurses (3.6/5), (p-value = 0.04). Additionally, nurses with fewer years of experience reported significantly higher job satisfaction compared to those with more years of experience (p-value = 0.03). Conclusion: The study concludes that nurses working at primary healthcare centers in Khartoum have high job satisfaction, particularly regarding the working environment, salary, relationships, and availability of guidelines. Female nurses and those with less experience have significantly higher job satisfaction.

Health insurance coverage in Nigeria is still very low as over 70% of health care expenditure is financed by out-of-pocket payment. Health care providers are critical participants in the private health insurance scheme, therefore, their perception and satisfaction with the scheme is fundamental in ensuring sustainability. This study assessed health providers' satisfaction with private health insurance scheme in Port Harcourt Rivers State.Method: A descriptive cross-sectional study which engaged a two-stage sampling method to recruit 60 participating health facilities and 180 responding health personnel by simple random sampling at each stage. A structured, pretested interviewer-administered questionnaire was used to collect data on the levels of satisfaction with the four major domains of satisfaction viz; billing rate, payment models, HMO administrative processes and claims management. Data was analysedusing of SPSS, version 26. Characteristics of the responding facilities were tabulated and compared. Level of satisfaction was deduced by Likert Scale according to the domains of satisfaction. Regression analysis with p-value was set at less than or equal to 0.05 was used to determine the predictors of satisfaction with participation in health insurance. The level of satisfaction with negotiated billing rates, payment models, HMO administrative processes and claims management were analyseddescriptively, and results were presented as means, standard deviation, frequencies and percentages, in tables, pie and bar charts

Objective: To explore the status of turnover intention and its influencing factors of hemato-oncology nurses. Methods: From September to November 2021, the convenience sampling method was used to select 382 hemato-oncology nurses from 8 tertiary grade A general hospitals in Shandong Province. The general information questionnaire, the Chinese Nurses' Work Stressor Scale, the Psychological Capital Questionnaire and the Turnover Intention Questionnaire were used to investigate the general situation, occupational stress, psychological capital and turnover intention of the objects. The correlations between the turnover intention, occupational stress and psychological capital of the objects were analyze by Pearson correlation. And the multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of turnover intention. A structural equation model was used to analyze the effect path of occupational stress and psychological capital on turnover intention. Results: The total turnover intention score of hemato-oncology nurses was (14.25±4.03), with the average item score of (2.38±0.67). The occupational stress score of hemato-oncology nurses was (71.57±14.43), and the psychological capital score was (91.96±15.29). The results of correlation analysis showed that the turnover intention of hemato-oncology nurses was positively correlated with occupational stress, and was negatively correlated with psychological capital (r=0.599, -0.489, P<0.001). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that married (β=-0.141), psychological capital (β=-0.156) and occupational stress (β=0.493) were the influencing factors of turnover intention of hemato-oncology nurses (P<0.05). The path analysis of structural equation model showed that the direct effect of occupational stress on turnover intention of hemato-oncology nurses was 0.522, and the intermediary effect of psychological capital on turnover intention was 0.143 (95%CI: 0.013-0.312, P<0.05), accounting for 21.5% of the total effect. Conclusion: The turnover intention of hemato-oncology nurses is at a high level, hospital and administrators should focus on the psychological state of unmarried nurses. By improving the psychological capital of nurses, to reduce occupational stress and turnover intention.

Objective: To understand the current situation of long working hours exposure of couriers in Zhejiang Province, and to analyze the influence of long working hours exposure levels on their occupational stress and depression symptoms, and provide a basis for promoting the physical and mental health of couriers. Methods: From September to December 2021 , 1159 couriers from Zhejiang Express Transport Companies were selected as respondents by cluster sampling, and their basic information were collected. The occupational stress and depression symptoms of the couriers were assessed using the Core Occupational Stress Scale (COSS) and the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9). The effects of long work hours (>48 h per week) on the occupational stress and depression symptoms of the couriers were analyzed. Results: The average age of 1159 courier in Zhejiang Province was (33.24±8.42) years, the average weekly working hours were (63.21±18.77) h, and 75.15% (871/1159) were long-term workers. The detection rates of occupational stress and depression symptoms in courier were 32.44% (376/1159) and 32.53% (377/1159), respectively. There were significant differences in the detection rates of occupational stress and depression symptoms among couriers with different ages, educational background, marital status, monthly average income, length of service, position or post, shift status, drinking status, and average weekly working hours (P <0.05). The adjusted logistic regression analysis showed that, after adjusting for the influence of confounding factors such as age, educational background, marital status, monthly average income, length of service, position or post, shift status and drinking status, compared with the weekly working hours ≤48 h, weekly working hours of 63-77 h, 78-92 h, ≥93 h were the risk factors for occupational stress (OR=1.547, 95%CI: 1.019-2.350; OR=1.886, 95%CI: 1.184-3.006; OR=2.338, 95%CI: 1.188-4.062) and depression symptoms (OR=1.897, 95%CI: 1.258-2.860; OR=2.041, 95%CI: 1.290-3.230; OR=4.978, 95%CI: 2.551-9.715) of couriers (P<0.05) . Conclusion: Long working hours could increase the risk of occupational stress and depression symptoms among couriers. It is necessary to arrange working hours reasonably to reduce the occurrence of occupational stress and depression symptoms of couriers.

Objective@#This study determined the association between work engagement among hospital nurses and their work outcomes (i.e., job satisfaction, stress, burnout, and turnover intention) and patient outcomes (i.e., missed nursing care, adverse events, and quality of care).@*Methods@#A cross-sectional study was employed using secondary data derived from 549 registered nurses working in different hospitals in Central Philippines. Eight self-report questionnaires were adopted to gather data in this study. Multiple linear and logistic regression analyses were used to test the hypotheses.@*Results@#Nurses with lower levels of work engagement reported increased levels of job burnout and turnover intention. Those nurses with higher scores on the dedication subscale reported increased job satisfaction and perceived quality of patient care.@*Conclusion@#Work engagement influences nurse work and patient outcomes in the Philippines. Higher levels of work engagement prevent nursing staff from leaving their workplaces and may help them find their work fulfilling personally and professionally. Nursing management should highly consider promoting work engagement through enhancing job resources to meet the needs of nurses and, eventually, improve professional work outcomes and quality patient care.

Objectives@#This quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive research aims to determine the level of satisfaction of doctors using telemedicine in Ophthalmology.@*Methods@#An online questionnaire was sent to ophthalmologists at the Philippine General Hospital, a tertiary referral center, that partially shifted to ophthalmology telemedicine during the COVID-19 pandemic.@*Results@#Respondents perceived telemedicine positively in terms of usefulness (Mean 2.92, Slightly Satisfied), ability to do quick follow-ups and patient updates (Mean 2.90, Slightly Satisfied), simplicity, and ease of use of technology (Mean 2.78, Slightly Satisfied). They were least satisfied with its effectiveness (Mean 2.37, Slightly Dissatisfied).@*Conclusion@#Ophthalmologists expressed only slight satisfaction with telemedicine. The telemedicine platform was simple and useful for end-users, but some aspects may be improved based on questionnaire results.

Objective: To investigate the current situation of job involvement of nurses in military hospitals in Henan Province and analyze the influencing factors, so as to provide reference for improving the level of job involvement of military nurses. Methods: In February 2022, the employed nurses of 4 military hospitals in Henan Province were investigated by convenient sampling method. A total of 663 questionnaires were collected, including 632 valid questionnaires, with an effective recovery rate of 95.32%. The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the basic information of nurses, the Job Involvement Scale was used to investigate the job involvement of nurses, the Emotional Labor Scale for Nurses was used to investigate nurses' emotions, and the Work-Family Conflict Scale was used to investigate the work-family conflict of nurses. Independent sample t-test and univariate analysis of variance were used to compare the job involvement of military employed nurses with different demographic characteristics, Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between emotional labor, work-family conflict and job involvement, and hierarchical regression analysis was used to explore the impact of relevant variables on the job involvement of military employed nurses. Results: The total average score of job involvement of military employed nurses was (3.68±1.13), and the scores of vitality, dedication and focus were (3.64±1.15), (3.74±1.25) and (3.67±1.21) respectively. The total score of emotional labor of nurses was 33-80 (62.95±8.12), with an average score of (3.93±0.51). The total score of work-family conflict was 18-94 (55.16±13.53), with an average score of (3.06±0.75). Professional emotional regulation, patient-centered emotional inhibition and standardized emotional play were positively related to the job involvement (r=0.46, 0.41, 0.22, P<0.01). Time-based conflict, stress-based conflict and behavior-based conflict had negative correlation with the job involvement (r=-0.12, -0.23, -0.20, P<0.01). In hierarchical regression analysis, after controlling demographic variables, emotional labor and work-family conflict accounted for 17.2% and 4.2% of the variation of job involvement. Conclusion: The job involvement of military employed nurses tends to be at a moderate level. Emotional labor and work-family conflict can significantly affect their job involvement.

Introducción. Pese a la alta prevalencia de disfunciones sexuales femeninas durante el climaterio y a que existen intervenciones para mejorarlas, este problema no suele ser consultado por las pacientes ni explorado por los profesionales de la salud. Si bien suponemos que existen condicionamientos culturales que actuarían como barreras para su abordaje, no conocíamos las percepciones, incomodidades y experiencias de los profesionales que atienden en el ámbito de la atención primaria a pacientes que transitan su climaterio. Objetivos. Comprender desde la perspectiva de los médicos de atención primaria los factores que contribuyen a la invisibilidad de la problemática de las disfunciones sexuales femeninas durante el climaterio en mujeres de clase media atendidas en el Área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires. Diseño. Estudio exploratorio transversal con enfoque cualitativo realizado en el Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires durante2020 y 2021. Resultados. A partir del análisis de diez entrevistas semiestructuradas a médicos de atención primaria (de familia, clínicos y ginecólogos) identificamos seis ejes temáticos: 1) un modelo institucional en el que el tiempo limitado para la consulta y forma de pago capitada incentivaría a que las las disfunciones sexuales femeninas permanezcan invisibilizadas; 2) la longitudinalidad de la relación médico-paciente contribuiría como un facilitador del abordaje de problemáticas vinculadas con la esfera sexual; 3) la discordancia de género entre los profesionales y las pacientes operaría como un obstáculo para abordar aspectos de la sexualidad durante el climaterio; 4) la biografía y la formación de los profesionales de la salud influiría sobre sus habilidades para abordar la problemática de la sexualidad de sus pacientes; 5) el examen ginecológico y/o la detección de síntomas de depresión contribuyen a abrir la puerta para indagar sobre la disfunción sexual femenina; y 6) el prejuicio de que el fin de la etapa reproductiva implicaría el fin de la actividad sexual. Conclusiones. Si bien no existen recomendaciones formales para la pesquisa sistemática de disfunciones sexuales femeninas, su elevada prevalencia, su fácil diagnóstico y la existencia de herramientas terapéuticas para aliviarlas, ameritan que estén más disponibles entre nuestras hipótesis diagnósticas. Background. Despite the high prevalence of female sexual dysfunctions during the climacteric and the existence of interventions to improve them, this problem is not usually consulted by patients or explored by health professionals. Although weassume that there are cultural conditioning factors that would act as barriers to its approach, we were unaware of the perceptions, discomforts, and experiences of the professionals who care for patients who are going through their climactericin the field of primary care. Objectives. To understand, from the perspective of primary care physicians, the factors that contribute to the invisibility of the female sexual dysfunctions problem during the climacteric in middle-class women treated in the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area. Design. Cross-sectional exploratory study with a qualitative approach carried out at Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires during 2020 and 2021. Results. From the analysis of ten semi-structured interviews with primary care physicians (family, clinicians and gynecologists) we identified six thematic axes: 1) an institutional model in which the limited time for consultation and capitated form of payment would encourage female sexual dysfunctions to remain invisible; 2) the longitudinality of the doctor-patient relationship would contribute as a facilitator in addressing problems related to the sexual sphere; 3) the gender discrepancy between professionals and patients would operate as an obstacle to address aspects of sexuality during the climacteric; 4) the biography and training of health professionals would influence their abilities to address the problems of their patients'sexuality; 5) gynecological examination and/or the detection of symptoms of depression contribute to opening the door toinquire about FSD; 6) the prejudice that the end of the reproductive stage would imply the end of sexual activity. Conclusions. Although there are no formal recommendations for the systematic screening of female sexual dysfunctions, its high prevalence, its easy diagnosis and the existence of therapeutic tools to alleviate them, deserve that they be more available among our diagnostic hypotheses. Resumo Objetivo analisar as implicações autopercebidas e as estratégias utilizadas por trabalhadores de enfermagem de unidades dedicadas e não dedicadas à COVID-19 acerca da atuação profissional no enfrentamento da pandemia. Método estudo multicêntrico, descritivo-exploratório, com abordagem qualitativa, desenvolvido em quatro hospitais do sul do Brasil, entre janeiro e maio de 2021. Foram entrevistados 19 trabalhadores da equipe de enfermagem, sendo 10 lotados em unidades dedicadas à COVID-19 e 9 em unidades não dedicadas. Fez-se análise de conteúdo do tipo temática. Resultados emergiram duas categorias: (1) Exaustão emocional e seu impacto no trabalho, devido à gravidade dos pacientes e ao elevado número de óbitos nas unidades dedicadas e às mudanças organizacionais e à sobrecarga de trabalho nas não dedicadas; e (2) Estratégias de enfrentamento utilizadas, semelhantes nas unidades quanto ao autocuidado, lazer, atividade física e espiritualidade, mas diferente quanto a realização profissional, presente nas unidades dedicadas à COVID-19. Conclusão e Implicações para a Prática a pandemia incrementou a exaustão dos trabalhadores da enfermagem que utilizaram estratégias atenuantes, com destaque para a diferença na compreensão da origem da exaustão e na realização com o trabalho sentido pelos trabalhadores das unidades dedicadas. Evidencia a necessidade de acompanhamento à saúde dos trabalhadores de enfermagem atuantes na pandemia.
Resumen Objetivo analizar las implicancias autopercibidas y las estrategias que utilizan los trabajadores de Enfermería de unidades dedicadas y no dedicadas a COVID-19 en la actuación profesional para enfrentar la pandemia. Método estudio multicéntrico y descriptivo-exploratorio con enfoque cualitativo, desarrollado en cuatro hospitales del sur de Brasil entre enero y mayo de 2021. Se entrevistó a 19 trabajadores del equipo de Enfermería, 10 de los cuales fueron asignados a unidades dedicadas a COVID-19 y 9 a unidades no dedicadas. Se realizó análisis de contenido temático. Resultados surgieron dos categorías: (1) Agotamiento emocional y su impacto en el trabajo, debido a la gravedad de los pacientes y a la alta cantidad de muertes en unidades dedicadas y a los cambios organizacionales y a la sobrecarga de trabajo en unidades no dedicadas; y (2) Estrategias de afrontamiento utilizadas, similares en las unidades en cuanto a autocuidado, ocio, actividad física y espiritualidad, pero diferentes en cuanto a la realización profesional, presentes en las unidades dedicadas a COVID-19. Conclusión e implicancias para la práctica la pandemia aumentó el agotamiento de los trabajadores de Enfermería que utilizaron estrategias para atenuarlo; se destaca la diferencia que hay en la comprensión del origen del agotamiento y en la realización que sienten los trabajadores de las unidades dedicadas con su trabajo. Cabe destacar que es necesario monitorear la salud de los trabajadores de Enfermería que actúan en la pandemia.
Abstract Objective to analyze the self-perceived implications and strategies used by Nursing workers from COVID-19 and non-COVID-19 units regarding professional performance in coping with the pandemic. Method a multicenter and descriptive-exploratory study with a qualitative approach, developed at four hospitals in southern Brazil between January and May 2021. 19 workers from the Nursing team were interviewed, 10 of which were assigned to COVID-19 units and 9 to non-COVID-19 units. Thematic content analysis was performed. Results two categories emerged: (1) Emotional exhaustion and its impact on work, due to severity of the patients and high number of deaths in COVID-19 units and organizational changes and work overload in non-COVID units; and (2) Coping strategies used, similar in the units in terms of self-care, leisure, physical activity and spirituality, but different in terms of professional fulfillment, present in the COVID-19 units. Conclusion and implications for the practice The pandemic increased exhaustion in the Nursing workers who used mitigating strategies, highlighting the difference in understanding the cause of exhaustion and in carrying out the work felt by workers in COVID-19 units. The need to monitor the health of Nursing workers that were active during the pandemic is highlighted.

Este estudo teve como objetivo identificar o risco de desenvolvimento de transtorno de estresse pós-traumático (TEPT), bem como sua associação com pensamentos ou tentativas suicidas e a saúde mental de policiais militares feridos por arma de fogo, na Região Metropolitana de Belém (RMB), nos anos de 2017 a 2019. A pesquisa contou com a participação de 30 entrevistados, que responderam o Inventário Demográfico e a Lista de verificação de TEPT para o DSM-5 (PCL-5). Para análise dos dados, utilizou-se a técnica estatística Análise Exploratória de Dados e a técnica multivariada Análise de Correspondência. Os resultados revelaram a existência de risco de desenvolvimento do transtorno de forma parcial ou total em uma expressiva parcela da população entrevistada, tendo homens como maioria dos sintomáticos, com média de 38 anos, exercendo atividades operacionais e vitimados em via pública quando estavam de folga do serviço. O ferimento deixou a maioria com sequelas, com destaque para dores crônicas, limitações de locomoção e/ou mobilidade e perda parcial de um membro. E, ainda, policiais sintomáticos apresentaram comportamentos suicidas, relatando já terem pensado ou tentado tirar a própria vida. Desta forma, conclui-se que policiais militares são expostos constantemente a traumas inerentes a sua profissão. Quando há ameaça de vida, como nos casos de ferimentos por arma de fogo, são suscetíveis a sequelas físicas decorrente do ferimento, somadas a sequelas mentais tardias, como o surgimento de sintomatologias de TEPT e ideação suicida.(AU)
This study aimed to identify the risk of developing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and its associations around suicidal thoughts or attempts and mental health in military police officers injured by firearms, in the Metropolitan Region of Belem (RMB), from 2017 to 2019. The research had the participation of 30 respondents who answered the Demographic Inventory and the PTSD checklist for DSM-5 (PCL-5). For data analysis, we used the statistical technique Exploratory Data Analysis and the multivariate technique Correspondence Analysis. The results revealed the existence of risk of developing partial or total disorder in a significant portion of the interviewed population, with men as most of the symptomatic individuals, with mean age of 38 years, developing operational activities and victimized on public roads when they were off duty. The injuries left most of them with sequelae, especially chronic pain, limited locomotion and/or mobility, and partial loss of a limb. In addition, symptomatic officers showed suicidal behavior, such as reporting they had thought about or tried to take their own lives. Thus, we conclude that military policemen are constantly exposed to traumas inherent to their profession. When their lives are threatened, as in the case of firearm wounds, they are susceptible to physical sequelae resulting from the injury, in addition to late mental sequelae, such as the appearance of PTSD symptoms and suicidal ideation.(AU)
Este estudio tuvo como objetivo identificar el riesgo de desarrollo de trastorno de estrés postraumático (TEPT) y sus asociaciones con pensamientos o tentativas suicidas y la salud mental en policías militares heridos por armamiento de fuego, en la Región Metropolitana de Belém (Brasil), en el período entre 2017 y 2019. En el estudio participaron 30 entrevistados que respondieron el Inventario Demográfico y la Lista de verificación de TEPT para el DSM-5 (PCL-5). Para el análisis de datos se utilizaron la técnica estadística Análisis Exploratoria de Datos y la técnica multivariada Análisis de Correspondencia. Los resultados revelaron que existen riesgos de desarrollo de trastorno de estrés postraumático de forma parcial o total en una expresiva parcela de la población de policías entrevistados, cuya mayoría de sintomáticos eran hombres, de 38 años en media, que ejercen actividades operacionales y fueron victimados en vía pública cuándo estaban de día libre del servicio. La lesión dejó la mayoría con secuelas, especialmente con dolores crónicos, limitaciones de locomoción y/o movilidad y la pierda parcial de un miembro. Aún los policías sintomáticos presentaran comportamiento suicida, tales como relataran qué ya pensaron o tentaron quitar la propia vida. Se concluye que los policías militaran se exponen constantemente a los traumas inherentes a su profesión. Cuando existe amenaza de vida, como en los casos de heridas por armamiento de fuego, son expuestos a secuelas físicas transcurridas de la herida, sumado a secuelas mentales tardías, como el surgimiento de sintomatologías de TEPT y la ideación suicida.(AU)

As dificuldades e barreiras enfrentadas no processo de inclusão de pessoas com deficiência (PcD) nas organizações incitam o desenvolvimento de pesquisas. Este estudo compreendeu a percepção de psicólogos organizacionais sobre a inclusão de PcD em empresas. Dezoito psicólogos atuantes na área de gestão de pessoas de empresas das sete regiões do estado do Rio Grande do Sul responderam a uma entrevista individual. A média de idade dos participantes foi de 33,17 anos, atuavam em empresas de diferentes segmentos, eram predominantemente do sexo feminino e possuíam pós-graduação em áreas relacionadas. Os relatos dos psicólogos alertaram para o fato de que, em suas graduações, o conteúdo sobre deficiência humana e, especificamente, inclusão no mercado de trabalho foi escasso ou inexistente. Essa lacuna na formação, de egressos de diferentes instituições de ensino superior, é relatada desde os anos de 1990. Para esses psicólogos, barreiras atitudinais e organizacionais são frequentemente enfrentadas no processo de inclusão, tais como o despreparo das empresas, gestores e colaboradores para receber as PcD, os poucos programas voltados a uma prática efetiva de inclusão e não somente ao cumprimento da legislação, além das dificuldades dos próprios profissionais em identificar os potenciais e as limitações que a PcD apresenta e de adaptá-la de maneira correta ao trabalho. O psicólogo organizacional pode contribuir para um processo adequado de inclusão por meio de práticas, tais como treinamentos e sensibilizações, que fomentem a informação e diminuam a discriminação e as dificuldades.(AU)
Difficulties and barriers to including people with disabilities (PwDs) in organizations drives research development. This study sought to understand how organizational psychologists perceived the inclusion of PwDs in organizations. Eighteen organizational psychologists who work in people management for companies in the seven regions of the state of Rio Grande do Sul participated in an individual interview. Most interviewees were female, with average age of 33.17 years, had a postgraduate degree in the field, and worked in companies from different segments. During the interviews, the psychologists called attention to the little or nonexistent content on human disability and, specifically, inclusion in the labor market covered in the graduate course. This gap has been reported by graduates from different higher education institutions since the 1990s. According to the respondents, attitudinal and organizational barriers are often faced in the inclusion process, such as the unpreparedness of companies, managers, and employees to welcome PwD, the few programs aimed at an effective inclusion and not only to comply with the law, as well as the difficulties of the professionals themselves to identify the potentials and limitations that PwD present and to adapt them correctly to the work. Organizational psychologists can contribute to an adequate inclusion process by developing training and sensibilization activities that foster information and reduce discrimination and difficulties.(AU)
Las dificultades y barreras enfrentadas en el proceso de inclusión de personas con discapacidad (PcD) en las organizaciones fortalecen el desarrollo de la investigación. Este estudio entendió la percepción de los psicólogos organizacionales acerca de la inclusión de las PcD en las empresas. Dieciocho psicólogos que trabajan en el área de gestión de personas en empresas de las siete regiones del estado de Rio Grande do Sul (Brasil) respondieron a una entrevista individual. Los participantes tenían una edad promedio de 33,17 años, trabajaban en empresas de diferentes segmentos, eran predominantemente mujeres y tenían un posgrado en el área. Los informes de los psicólogos alertaron sobre el hecho de que el contenido sobre discapacidad humana y, específicamente, su inclusión en el mercado laboral era escaso o inexistente durante su formación académica. Esta brecha en la formación de los egresados de diferentes instituciones de educación superior se reporta desde los 1990. Para estos psicólogos, a menudo ocurren barreras organizacionales y de actitud en el proceso de inclusión de las PcD, como la falta de preparación de las empresas, gerentes y empleados para recibirlas, pocos programas destinados a una práctica efectiva de la inclusión, no solo al cumplimiento de la ley, y las dificultades de los profesionales para identificar las potencialidades y limitaciones y adecuarlas correctamente al trabajo. El psicólogo organizacional puede contribuir a un proceso de inclusión adecuado, con prácticas de capacitación y sensibilización que brindan información y reducen la discriminación y dificultades.(AU)

A pesquisa teve como objetivo geral analisar a atividade e o ofício dos mototaxistas de Sobral, Ceará. O objetivo específico foi compreender: a) a atividade exercida e o conceito de real da atividade; b) as prescrições; c) as regras informais; e d) as relações profissionais. A investigação adotou o referencial teórico da Clínica da Atividade, e participaram oito mototaxistas. Inspiradas no método da Instrução ao Sósia, foram realizadas e gravadas entrevistas semiestruturadas. Seu áudio foi transcrito e o conteúdo passou por análise construtivo-interpretativa. Os resultados mostraram que a atividade era regulamentada pela prefeitura e dependia da manutenção dos instrumentos utilizados. O expediente era organizado por uma regra do coletivo de trabalho relacionada ao horário de funcionamento de escolas e universidades. A busca por passageiros variava, sendo possível ficar em pontos fixos ou circular pela cidade. As condições ambientais demandavam cuidados como o uso de protetor solar e hidratação. A autonomia da profissão permitia organizar o próprio expediente e o ganho mensal. Entretanto, houve queixas relativas à falta de direitos previdenciários e ao fato de que a flexibilidade geraria uma sobrecarga de trabalho que poderia trazer prejuízos à saúde. Riscos foram identificados em acidentes de trânsito e violência urbana. Os relatos acerca das relações com os colegas mostraram um ambiente amistoso, e as relações com os passageiros eram definidas por cada situação, abrangendo desde interações objetivas até conversas pessoais.(AU)
The research had as general objective to analyze the activity and the work of motorcycle taxi drivers in Sobral, Ceará. Specific objectives were to understand: (a) the activity performed and the real of activity; (b) the prescriptions; (c) informal rules and (d) professional relationships. The investigation adopted the theoretical framework of the Clinic of Activity. Eight motorcycle taxi drivers participated in the investigation. Inspired by the instruction to the double method, semi-structured interviews were conducted. The audio of the interviews was transcribed and underwent constructive-interpretive analysis. The results showed that the activity was regulated by the city and depended on the maintenance of the instruments used. The working hours were organized by a collective labor rule related to the opening hours of schools and universities. The looking-for for passengers also varied: it was possible to stay at fixed points or move around the city. Environmental conditions required care such as the use of sunscreen and hydration. The profession's autonomy made it possible to organize its own hours and monthly earnings. However, there were complaints regarding the lack of social security rights and that flexibility would create an overload of work that could harm health. Risks have been identified in traffic accidents and urban violence. Reports about relationships with colleagues showed a friendly atmosphere. Relations with passengers were defined by each situation, ranging from objective interactions to personal conversations.(AU)
La investigación tuvo como objetivo general analizar la actividad y el trabajo de los mototaxis en Sobral, Ceará. Los objetivos específicos eran comprender: (a) la actividad realizada y la real de la actividad; (b) las prescripciones; (c) reglas informales y (d) relaciones profesionales. La investigación adoptó el marco teórico de la Clínica de Actividad. En la investigación participaron ocho mototaxis. Inspirándose en el método de instrucción al doble, se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas. El audio de las entrevistas fue transcrito y sometido a un análisis constructivo-interpretativo. Los resultados mostraron que la actividad estaba regulada por la prefectura municipal y dependía del mantenimiento de los instrumentos utilizados. Los horarios de trabajo fueron organizados por una norma laboral colectiva relacionada con los horarios de apertura de escuelas y universidades. La búsqueda de pasajeros también variaba: era posible permanecer en puntos fijos o moverse por la ciudad. Las condiciones ambientales requerían cuidados como el uso de protector solar e hidratación. La autonomía de la profesión permitió organizar sus propias horas y ganancias mensuales. Sin embargo, hubo quejas sobre la falta de derechos de seguridad social y que la flexibilidad crearía una sobrecarga de trabajo que podría dañar la salud. Se han identificado riesgos en accidentes de tráfico y violencia urbana. Los informes sobre las relaciones con los colegas mostraron un ambiente agradable. Las relaciones con los pasajeros se definieron por cada situación, desde interacciones objetivas hasta conversaciones personales.(AU)

Resumo Objetivo Analisar os fatores que influenciam a adaptação ao trabalho da enfermagem hospitalar durante o período de transição dos egressos como força de trabalho em saúde em sua nova etapa. Método Estudo exploratório, transversal, que envolveu 100 enfermeiros graduados como força de trabalho de unidades hospitalares. A coleta foi realizada com um questionário na plataforma web no período de novembro de 2020 a agosto de 2021. A análise foi realizada por meio de estatística descritiva. Resultados Houve predomínio de mulheres, solteiras, com idade entre 23 e 32 anos, licenciadas e operacionais, trabalhando entre 19 meses e 2 anos. Em relação aos fatores, foram identificados três mais influentes: Autonomia; Psicológico; Funcionários. Conclusões e implicações para a prática A adaptação da equipe de enfermagem no hospital apresenta dificuldades no período de transição; os fatores internos do profissional, sejam adquiridos por meio de práticas ou desenvolvidos ao longo da vida, e a formação dos empregadores influenciam. Para melhoria, seria fundamental que os protocolos de indução garantissem a adaptação do novato e que os programas de treinamento de funcionários avaliassem a efetividade da equipe de enfermagem no hospital, até a realização da adaptação da enfermagem ao hospital.
Resumen Objetivo Analizar los factores que influyen en la adaptación laboral de enfermería en hospital, durante el período de transición de graduados como fuerza laboral en salud en su nueva etapa. Método Estudio exploratorio, transversal, participaron 100 enfermeras/os graduados como fuerza de trabajo de unidades hospitalarias. La recolección se realizó con un cuestionario en plataforma web en el período noviembre 2020 - agosto 2021. El análisis se realizó mediante estadística descriptiva. Resultados Se encontró predominancia de mujeres, solteras, de edades entre 23 y 32, licenciadas y operativas, trabajando entre 19 meses a 2 años. Respecto a los factores, se identificaron tres más influyentes, correspondientes a: Autonomía; Psicológico; Personal. Conclusiones e implicaciones para la práctica La adaptación del personal de enfermería en hospital se presenta con dificultades en el período de transición, los factores internos del profesional ya sean adquiridos mediante las prácticas como desarrollados durante la vida, y la formación de los empleadores influyen. Para la mejora, sería fundamental que los protocolos de inducción garantizarán la adaptación del novato y los programas de formación de empleados evalúen la efectividad del personal de enfermería en el hospital, hasta el logro de la adaptación de enfermería al hospital.
Abstract Objective To analyze the factors that influence the job adaptation of hospital nursing, during the transition period of graduates as a health workforce in their new stage. Method An exploratory, cross-sectional study, involving 100 graduate nurses as a workforce of hospital units. The collection was carried out with a questionnaire on the web platform in the period November 2020 - August 2021. The analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics. Results There was a predominance of women, single, aged between 23 and 32, licensed and operational, working between 19 months and 2 years. Regarding the factors, three most influential were identified, corresponding to: Autonomy; Psychological; Staff. Conclusions and implications for practice The adaptation of nursing staff in the hospital presents difficulties in the transition period; the internal factors of the professional, whether acquired through practices or developed during life, and the training of employers have influence. For improvement, it would be essential that the induction protocols guarantee the adaptation of the novice and that the employee training programs evaluate the effectiveness of the nursing staff in the hospital, until the achievement of the adaptation of nursing to the hospital.
