ABSTRACT

Health informatics,also known as healthcare informatics or biomedical informatics, is a multidisciplinary field that focuses on the scientific study and practice of managing health data. In this paper authors have conceptualized health information literacyand health informatics. Discourses include: the role of medical libraries and medical librarians, Electronic Health Systems including Health Information Systems, Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Also, Medical Data Management, its benefits and challenges were also highlighted. Health information literature is also reviewed. The authors concluded by reiterating the importance of health information literacy, health informatics and its technological applications and the need for librarians and medical practitioners in the healthcare environments to acquire the requisite knowledge, skills and technologies that could enhance health information services delivery on the part of the librarians and healthcare services delivery on the part of the health practitioners

ABSTRACT

With the booming development of medical information technology and computer science, the medical services industry is gradually transiting from information technology to intelligence. The medical knowledge graph plays an important role in intelligent medical applications such as knowledge questions and answers and intelligent diagnosis, and is a key technology for promoting wise medical care and the basis for intelligent management of medical information. In order to fully exploit the great potential of knowledge graphs in the medical field, this paper focuses on five aspects: inter-drug relationship discovery, assisted diagnosis, personalized recommendation, decision support and intelligent prediction. The latest research progress on medical knowledge graphs is introduced, and relevant suggestions are made in light of the current challenges and problems faced by medical knowledge graphs to provide reference for promoting the wide application of medical knowledge graphs.

ABSTRACT

RESUMO. Os serviços mediados pela internet oferecem uma diversidade de formas de conexão e interatividade e, em decorrência, surgem novas intervenções em saúde mental, exigindo pesquisas que fundamentem e avaliem tais práticas. Entretanto, os estudos na área são escassos, especialmente diretrizes que auxiliem na condução de pesquisas que envolvam as intervenções baseadas na internet. Nesse sentido, o objetivo deste artigo é indicar orientações para o desenho de pesquisas de intervenção psicológica na internet, tendo como ilustração a construção de uma pesquisa interventiva em psicoterapia on-line, qualitativa, descritiva e longitudinal. São abordados seis aspectos significativos para pesquisas em intervenção digital, incluindo contato com colaboradores, critérios de participação, alcances da pesquisa, monitoramento e avaliação das intervenções, critérios tecnológicos e aspectos éticos no campo digital. São levantados aspectos técnicos, qualitativos e de cuidados necessários para manter a qualidade dos atendimentos e das pesquisas mediadas pelas tecnologias digitais. É urgente à psicologia consolidar um campo de saber que se ocupe tanto das influências das tecnologias nas subjetividades, também, delinear estudos que avaliem com rigor científico o uso da internet para o tratamento e cuidado em saúde mental.


RESUMEN. Los servicios mediados por Internet ofrecen una diversidad de formas de conexión e interactividad y, como resultado, surgen nuevas intervenciones en salud mental, que requieren investigaciones que corroboren y evalúen dichas prácticas. Sin embargo, los estudios en el área son escasos, especialmente las directrices que ayudan a realizar investigaciones que involucran intervenciones basadas en Internet. En este sentido, el objetivo de este artículo es indicar directrices para el diseño de investigación de intervención psicológica en Internet, teniendo como ilustración la construcción de una investigación intervencionista en psicoterapia online, cualitativa, descriptiva y longitudinal. Se abordan seis aspectos significativos para la investigación en intervención digital, incluyendo el contacto con colaboradores, los criterios de participación, el alcance de la investigación, el seguimiento y evaluación de las intervenciones, los criterios tecnológicos y los aspectos éticos en el campo digital. Se plantean aspectos técnicos, cualitativos y asistenciales necesarios para mantener la calidad asistencial y la investigación mediada por las tecnologías digitales. Es urgente que la Psicología consolide un campo de conocimiento que se ocupe tanto de las influencias de las tecnologías en las subjetividades como de esbozar estudios que evalúen con rigor científico el uso de Internet para el tratamiento y cuidado en salud mental.


ABSTRACT Internet-mediated services offer a variety form of connection and interactivity, from this, new mental health interventions emerge, requiring research to validate and evaluate such practices. However, studies in the area are scarce, especially guidelines that assist in conducting research involving Internet-based interventions. The purpose of this study was to indicate guidelines for the design of psychological intervention research mediated by the Internet, based on the construction of an interventional research in online, qualitative, descriptive and longitudinal psychotherapy. Six significant aspects for digital intervention. Six significant aspects for research in digital intervention are addressed, including contact with collaborators, criteria for participation, scope of research, monitoring and evaluation of interventions, technological criteria and ethical aspects in the digital field. Technical, qualitative and care aspects necessary to maintain the quality of care and research mediated by digital technologies are raised. It is urgent for Psychology to consolidate a field of knowledge that deals with the influence of technologies on subjectivities, as well as to design studies that scientifically assess the use of the internet for treatment and care in mental health.

ABSTRACT

A transformação digital na saúde é um reflexo das mudanças complexas e intensas de uma sociedade cada vez mais digital. Essas mudanças são ocasionadas pela conectividade e inovações disruptivas, que levam as organizações públicas, privadas e pessoas, a enfrentarem o desafio de integrar novas tecnologias digitais. Nesse sentido, esta pesquisa tem por objetivo propor um modelo conceitual para a transformação digital na saúde, que possibilite a integração do governo digital na oferta dos serviços públicos de saúde e seus sistemas de informação, com a finalidade de mitigar a sobreposição de tarefas, a fragmentação de esforços e o desperdício de recursos públicos. A pesquisa é classificada como exploratória com abordagem qualitativa e foi dividida em duas etapas: a primeira, conceitual, e a segunda, analítica. Na etapa conceitual, a pesquisa foi orientada pela análise documental e pelo levantamento bibliográfico da literatura entre os anos 2001 e 2021, por meio das publicações indexadas nas bases de dados Scopus, PubMed e Web of Science. Na etapa analítica, o estudo considerou os resultados encontrados na etapa conceitual e buscou identificar um estágio mais avançado da pesquisa, por meio de uma revisão sistemática de literatura. Nessa revisão sistemática, com recorte temporal de 2001 a fevereiro de 2023, foram selecionados 542 artigos nas mesmas bases da etapa conceitual. Foi utilizada a plataforma Rayyan para os revisores, e no final foram selecionados 41 artigos que atenderam aos critérios e temáticas estabelecidos pelo pesquisador. Como resultado, foi apresentado o modelo conceitual para a transformação digital para a saúde, com seus atributos, cenários, pilares e propostas. As políticas públicas de saúde são uma das áreas mais afetadas pela transformação digital. Isso ocorre porque as novas tecnologias digitais estão gerando uma quantidade de dados incomparável com as décadas anteriores. As tecnologias de informação e comunicação ­ como big data, internet das coisas, inteligência artificial, mídias sociais ­ têm o potencial de mudar a forma como as políticas públicas de saúde podem ser formuladas, implementadas e avaliadas. The digital transformation in health is a reflection of the complex and intense changes in an increasingly digital society. These changes are caused by connectivity and disruptive innovations, which lead public and private organizations, as well as individuals, to face the challenge of integrating new digital technologies. In this sense, this research aims to propose a conceptual model for digital transformation in health, which enables the integration of digital government in the provision of public health services and their information systems in order to mitigate the overlapping of tasks, fragmentation of efforts and waste of public resources. The research is classified as exploratory with a qualitative approach and was divided into two stages: the first, conceptual, and the second, analytical. In the conceptual stage, the research was guided by documentary analysis and a bibliographic survey of the literature between 2001 and 2021, through publications indexed in the Scopus, PubMed, and Web of Science databases. In the analytical stage, the research considered the results found in the conceptual stage and sought to identify a more advanced stage of research through a systematic literature review. In this systematic review from 2001 to February 2023, 542 articles were selected from the same databases as the conceptual stage. The Rayyan platform was used for the reviewers, and, in the end, 41 articles were selected that met the criteria and themes established by the researcher. The result is a conceptual model for the digital transformation of health, with its attributes, scenarios, pillars, and proposals. Public health policies are one of the most affected areas by the digital transformation, due to the new digital technologies which are generating an amount of data that is incomparable to previous decades. Information and communication technologies, such as big data, the internet of things, artificial intelligence, and social media, have the potential to change the way public health policies can be formulated, implemented, and evaluated. ABSTRACT

Introducción: las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación, las redes, dispositivos y servicios facilitan el acceso a servicios de salud en menor tiempo, costo y mayor ubicuidad. Objetivo: actualizar conceptos esenciales sobre el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación para la formación preprofesional y práctica asistencial en la logofonoaudiología. Métodos: se realizó una investigación documental en bases de datos: Redalyc, Dialnet, SciELO, Doaj, Latindex, Scopus, Redib, Google Scholar, el sitio web de la Organización Mundial de la Salud, fueron seleccionados 25 documentos del período 2019-2022. Se utilizaron los ordenadores lógicos boleanos: AND, OR, como estrategias de búsqueda para combinar los términos TIC, logofonoaudiología, logopedia y conceptos afines a las ciencias de la salud. Desarrollo: tras la epidemia del COVID-19 se dinamizó el uso de redes, dispositivos y servicios tecnológicos en las actividades de logopedia, foniatría y audiología. Utilizar la telesalud en la formación de la Licenciatura de Logofonoaudiología facilita organizar los procesos de educación en salud y ofrecer estos servicios con el uso de tecnologías. Conclusiones: la telemedicina y la telesalud son dos de los conceptos que surgen con la aplicación de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación en salud, herramientas facilitadoras del acceso a servicios de salud, promoción, diagnóstico, monitoreo y tratamiento de enfermedades. En la logopedia permite la atención individualizada, el trabajo autónomo, mayor retroalimentación entre los actores del proceso para la intervención, tratamiento y rehabilitación de modo sincrónico y asincrónico.


Introduction: Information and Communication Technologies, networks, devices, and services facilitate access to health services in less time, cost and greater ubiquity. Objective: to update essential concepts on the use of Information and Communication Technologies for pre-professional training and care practice in Logophonoaudiology. Methods: documentary research was carried out in databases: Redalyc, Dialnet, SciELO, Doaj, Latindex, Scopus, Redib, Google Scholar, the World Health Organization website, 25 documents from the period 2019-2022 were selected. Boolean logical computers: AND, OR, were used as search strategies to combine the terms ICT, Logophonoaudiology, Logopedia and concepts related to health sciences. Development: after the COVID-19 epidemic, the use of networks, devices, and technological services in Speech Therapy, Phoniatrics and Audiology activities was energized. Using telehealth in the training of the Logophonoaudiology Degree makes it easier to organize health education processes and offer these services with the use of technologies. Conclusions: telemedicine and telehealth are two of the concepts that arise with the application of Information and Communication Technologies in health, tools that facilitate access to health services, promotion, diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of diseases. In speech therapy, it allows individualized attention, autonomous work, greater feedback between the actors in the process for intervention, treatment, and rehabilitation in a synchronous and asynchronous way.

Introducción: En la Facultad de Tecnología de la Salud se estudia la carrera Sistemas de Información en Salud que incluye en su plan de estudios diversas asignaturas como Sistemas de Información de Estadísticas de Salud, en la que se incluye el estudio de los indicadores hospitalarios del recurso cama; materia que se imparte de forma tradicional y no tiene una herramienta tecnológica de apoyo que facilite el proceso educativo. Objetivo: Diseñar un prototipo de multimedia educativa que favorezca el auto-aprendizaje de los indicadores del recurso cama hospitalaria en la asignatura Sistemas de Información de Estadísticas de Salud de la carrera Sistemas de Información en Salud. Método: Se realizó un estudio de desarrollo tecnológico donde fueron encuestados estudiantes y se entrevistó a la profesora de la asignatura para la obtención de la información. Se utilizó la metodología de Proceso Unificado de Desarrollo y el Lenguaje Unificado de Modelado. Se emplearon las herramientas Visual Paradigm para el modelado, Axure para la creación del prototipo y Mediator para el futuro diseño de la multimedia. Resultados: Se identificaron los problemas de aprendizaje desde la visión de alumnos y profesores, lo que permitió diseñar el prototipo de multimedia educativa sobre los indicadores hospitalarios del recurso cama, que fue considerado útil y pertinente. Conclusiones: Se diseñó un prototipo de multimedia educativa que de manera combinada con el método actual de enseñanza facilitarán y efectuarán de forma dinámica las actividades en el proceso docente educativo(AU)


Introduction: Health Information Systems career is included In the Faculty of Health Technology; the career have in its curriculum subjects as Health Statistics Information Systems, in which the study of hospital resource bed indicators is carried out; the subject is taught in a traditional way and does not have a technological support tool that facilitates the educational process. Objective: To design an educational multimedia prototype that favors self-learning of the indicators of the hospital bed resource in the Health Statistics Information Systems subject of the Health Information Systems career. Method: A survey of students and interview of teachers permitted to obtain the information needed to carry out a study of technological development using Unified Development Process methodology and Unified Modeling Language; Visual Paradigm tools were used for modeling; Axure for prototyping and Mediator for future multimedia design. Results: there were identified learning problems from the perspective of students and teachers, which allowed the design of the educational multimedia prototype on hospital bed resource indicators, considering it useful and pertinent. Conclusions: The design of the educational multimedia prototype, combined with the current teaching method, will facilitate and dynamically carry out the activities in the educational teaching process(AU)

Para los neurocientíficos constituye un desafío realizar un seguimiento de los datos y metadatos generados en cada investigación y extraer con precisión toda la información relevante, hecho crucial para interpretar resultados y requisito mínimo para que los investigadores construyan sus investigaciones sobre los hallazgos anteriores. Se debe mantener tanta información como sea posible desde el inicio, incluso si esta pudiera parece ser irrelevante, además de registrar y almacenar los datos con sus metadatos de forma clara y concisa. Un análisis preliminar sobre la literatura especializada arrojó ausencia de una investigación detallada sobre cómo incorporar la gestión de datos y metadatos en las investigaciones clínicas del cerebro, en términos de organizar datos y metadatos completamente en repositorios digitales, recopilar e ingresar estos teniendo en cuenta su completitud, y sacar provecho de dicha recopilación en el proceso de análisis de los datos. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo caracterizar conceptual y técnicamente los datos y metadatos de neurociencias para facilitar el desarrollo de soluciones informáticas para su gestión y procesamiento. Se consultaron diferentes fuentes bibliográficas, así como bases de datos y repositorios tales como: Pubmed, Scielo, Nature, Researchgate, entre otros. El análisis sobre la recopilación, organización, procesamiento y almacenamiento de los datos y metadatos de neurociencias para cada técnica de adquisición de datos (EEG, iEEG, MEG, PET), así como su vínculo a la estructura de datos de imágenes cerebrales (BIDS) permitió obtener una caracterización general de cómo gestionar y procesar la información contenida en los mismos(AU)


For neuroscientists, it is a challenge to keep track of the data and metadata generated in each investigation and accurately extract all the relevant information, a crucial fact to interpret results and a minimum requirement for researchers to build their investigations on previous findings. Keep as much information as possible from the start, even if it may seem irrelevant and record and store the data with its metadata clearly and concisely. A preliminary analysis of the specialized literature revealed an absence of detailed research on how to incorporate data and metadata management in clinical brain research, in terms of organizing data and metadata completely in digital repositories, collecting and inputting them taking into account their completeness. , and take advantage of such collection in the process of data analysis. This research aims to conceptually and technically characterize neuroscience data and metadata to facilitate the development of computer solutions for its management and processing. Different bibliographic sources were consulted, as well as databases and repositories such as: Pubmed, Scielo, Nature, Researchgate, among others. The analysis on the collection, organization, processing and storage of neuroscience data and metadata for each data acquisition technique (EEG, iEEG, MEG, PET), as well as its link to the brain imaging data structure (BIDS) allowed to obtain a general characterization of how to manage and process the information contained in them(AU)

ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT Objective: To develop and examine the usability of a mobile application aimed at improving knowledge about ocular surface tumors among medical students, general practitioners and ophthalmologists. Methods: A cross-sectional quantitative study was carried out by a multidisciplinary team and developed in three stages: administration of a specific questionnaire to medical students, assessing the demand for the application, creation and development of the application in collaboration with the Technological Innovation Laboratory of Centro Universitário Christus and usability assessment. General practitioners and ophthalmologists were selected to answer the System Usability Scale questionnaire. Data were exported into the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences, version 20.0 Windows, for quantitative analysis. Results: The OncoEye application was developed for the iOS and the Android platforms and included four main menus: Glossary, Patients, Referrals and Queries. Most students (89.9%) considered the development of the application important for wider access to information about the topic. Most students (39.9%) were able to recognize ocular lesions and 26.1% could distinguish between benign and malignant conditions. System Usability Scale questionnaire responses revealed good usability, with an average score of 92.65. Users (100%) described the application as user-friendly and well- integrated. Conclusion: An innovative application for ocular surface tumors was created and developed. The application achieved good levels of acceptance and was described as user-friendly by users.


RESUMO Objetivo: Desenvolver e avaliar a usabilidade de um aplicativo para dispositivos móveis que aprimore o conhecimento de estudantes de medicina e de médicos sobre tumores da superfície ocular. Métodos: Foi realizado estudo transversal e quantitativo por uma equipe multiprofissional, consistindo em três etapas: realização de um questionário específico com estudantes de medicina, avaliando a necessidade de elaboração do aplicativo; criação e desenvolvimento do aplicativo pelo Laboratório de Inovação Tecnológica do Centro Universitário Christus e avaliação de usabilidade. Médicos generalistas e oftalmologistas foram selecionados para responder ao questionário System Usability Scale. Os dados foram exportados para o programa Statistical Package for the Social Sciences, versão 20.0, para Windows para análise quantitativa. Resultados: O aplicativo OncoEye foi desenvolvido com quatro menus principais: Glossário, Pacientes, Encaminhamento e Perguntas. Dentre os estudantes, 89,9% consideraram o desenvolvimento do aplicativo importante para orientação sobre o tema, 39,9% souberam reconhecer lesão ocular, e 26,1% puderam diferenciar lesão ocular maligna ou benigna. As respostas dos usuários à ferramenta System Usability Scale demonstraram boa usabilidade, com pontuação média de 92,65 (87,74 a 97,55). Todos os usuários consideraram o aplicativo de fácil manuseio e bem integrado. Conclusão: Um aplicativo inovador para tumores da superfície ocular foi criado e desenvolvido, apresentando boa aceitação e fácil manuseio pelos usuários.

Se presenta el índice referativo de la Revista Cubana de Informática Médica correspondiente a los años 2019-2021. Se incluyen índices auxiliares de autor, instituciones, materias y direcciones electrónicas para facilitar el contacto con los autores y la consulta de la producción científica publicada por la revista. Se utilizó CDS/ISIS para Windows (versión 1.5.3) de la UNESCO, a partir de la cual se generaron los índices auxiliares de autor, instituciones y materias. Con ello se pretende que los profesionales, técnicos, directivos y estudiantes vinculados a esta importante disciplina en el país y el mundo, dispongan de una fuente de información para realizar investigaciones bibliográficas en este campo tan importante para la salud pública cubana(AU)


The reference index of the Cuban Journal of Medical Informatics corresponding to the years 2019-2021 is presented. Auxiliary indexes of authors, institutions, subjects and electronic addresses are included to facilitate contact with the authors and the consultation of the scientific production published by the journal. UNESCO's CDS/ISIS for Windows (version 1.5.3) was used, from which auxiliary author, institution and subject indexes were generated. With this, it is intended that professionals, technicians, managers and students linked to this important discipline in the country and the world, have a source of information to carry out bibliographic research in this field so important for Cuban public health(AU)

La internet de las cosas ha mantenido un crecimiento continuo en los últimos años. Las potencialidades de uso que muestra en diferentes campos han sido ampliamente documentadas. Su utilización efectiva en el campo de la salud puede traer consigo mejoras en la eficiencia de los tratamientos médicos, prevenir situaciones de riesgo, ayudar a elevar la calidad del servicio y proporcionar soporte a la toma de decisiones. La presente revisión profundiza en aspectos medulares de su utilización con el objetivo de explorar las principales tendencias y desafíos relacionados con la creciente utilización de la internet de las cosas en la salud, prestando mayor atención a los aspectos relacionados con las arquitecturas utilizadas para el despliegue de sistemas de internet de las cosas en ese ámbito, el manejo de la seguridad de estos sistemas y las herramientas para el apoyo a la toma de decisiones empleadas. Mediante el análisis documental se logra mostrar las principales características de estos sistemas, así como su arquitectura, herramientas utilizadas para la gestión de los datos capturados y mecanismos de seguridad. La utilización de la internet de las cosas en el campo de la salud tiene gran impacto, mejorando la vida de millones de personas en todo el mundo y brindando grandes oportunidades para el desarrollo de sistemas inteligentes de salud(AU)


The internet of things has maintained continuous growth in recent years. The potentialities of use that it shows in different fields have been widely documented. Its effective use in the field of health can bring improvements in the efficiency of medical treatments, prevention of risky situations, help raising the quality of service and provide support for decision-making. The present review explores into core aspects of its use in order to analyze trends, challenges and strengths. Document analysis was used to show the main characteristics of these systems, as well as their architecture, tools used for the management of the captured data and security mechanisms. The use of the internet of things in the health field has a great impact, improving the lives of millions of people around the world and providing great opportunities for the development of intelligent health systems(AU)

ABSTRACT

Objetivo: Esse estudo objetivou levantar e caracterizar as aplicações de healthbots em língua portuguesa, considerando seus papéis na transformação digital da jornada do paciente. Métodos: Revisão de literatura narrativa pela qual se investigou a acessibilidade e a objetividade das aplicações, tendo o paciente como usuário final. Os artigos foram analisados quanto ao uso de bots, tecnologias da informação e dispositivos utilizados, objetivo das aplicações, área médica de intervenção e disciplinaridade no desenvolvimento das soluções. Resultados: De treze artigos selecionados na busca contendo aplicações com automatização de tarefas, apenas cinco descreveram a utilização de bots. Conclusão: Os healthbots possuem potencial para promover o aprimoramento da jornada do paciente. Contudo, o desenvolvimento e o emprego de tais aplicações ainda não estão difundidos no Brasil.


Objective: This study aimed to raise and characterize the applications of healthbots in Portuguese, considering their roles in the digital transformation of the patient's journey. Methods: Review of narrative literature through which the accessibility and objectivity of the applications were investigated, with the patient as the end user. The articles were analyzed regarding the use of bots, information technologies and devices used, purpose of applications, medical area of intervention and disciplinary action in the development of solutions. Results: Of thirteen articles selected in the search containing applications with task automation, only five described the use of bots. Conclusion: Healthbots have the potential to improve the patient journey. However, the development and use of such applications are still not widespread in Brazil.


Objetivo: Este estudio tuvo como objetivo plantear y caracterizar las aplicaciones de los healthbots en portugués, considerando sus roles en la transformación digital del viaje del paciente. Métodos: Revisión de literatura narrativa mediante la cual se investigó la accesibilidad y objetividad de las aplicaciones, con el paciente como usuario final. Los artículos fueron analizados en cuanto al uso de bots, tecnologías y dispositivos de información utilizados, finalidad de las aplicaciones, área médica de intervención y acción disciplinaria en el desarrollo de soluciones. Resultados: De trece artículos seleccionados en la búsqueda que contienen aplicaciones con automatización de tareas, solo cinco describieron el uso de bots. Conclusión: los Healthbots tienen el potencial de mejorar el viaje del paciente. Sin embargo, el desarrollo y uso de tales aplicaciones aún no está muy extendido en Brasil.

Introducción: En la actualidad existen organizaciones que asumen como estructura un modelo de gestión por proyectos. El creciente número de proyectos que se conceptualizan y se desarrollan, genera gran cúmulo de datos. Sin embargo, la insuficiente capacidad de análisis y procesamiento sobre los datos generados, imposibilitan la identificación de información que facilite la toma de decisiones a los principales directivos. Objetivo: La presente investigación propone el desarrollo de un Sistema de recomendación que integra la Sumarización Lingüística de Datos (LDS). Materiales y métodos: En la investigación se destaca la utilización de métodos de la investigación científica empíricos y teóricos; a través del análisis histórico-lógico se revelaron las investigaciones asociadas al uso de LDS para la construcción de explicaciones de las recomendaciones. Se utilizó encuesta para corroborar la satisfacción de los usuarios en cuanto a la síntesis de la información almacenada en el repositorio de datos. Resultados: Las recomendaciones generadas aumentan la posibilidad de que los usuarios interpreten los datos almacenados a partir de la integración con explicaciones constituidas por resúmenes lingüísticos. Conclusiones: El sistema obtenido fue valorado como muy bueno para ser aplicado al problema de toma de decisiones sobre la evaluación de proyectos en centros de desarrollo de software(AU)


Introduction: Currently there are organizations that assume a project management model as a structure. The increasing number of projects that are conceptualized and developed generates a large accumulation of data. However, the insufficient capacity for analysis and processing of the data generated makes it impossible to identify information that facilitates decision-making for the main managers. Objective: This research proposes the development of a recommendation system that integrates the Linguistic Data Summarization (LDS). Materials and methods: The research highlights the use of empirical and theoretical scientific research methods. Through the historical-logical analysis, the investigations associated with the use of LDS for the construction of explanations of the recommendations were revealed. A survey was used to corroborate user satisfaction regarding the synthesis of the information stored in the data repository. Results: The generated recommendations increase the possibility that the users interpret the stored data from the integration with explanations constituted by linguistic summaries. Conclusions: The obtained system was valued as very good to be applied to the decision-making problem on the evaluation of projects in software development centers(AU)

Códigos da Classificação Internacional de Doenças como Rastreadores de Eventos Adversos a MedicamentosARTIGO DE REVISÃOJosé Romério Rabelo Melo1,2 , Elisabeth Carmen Duarte,3 Silvia Maria de Freitas4 , Eduardo Gabriel Pinheiro5 , Eudiana Vale Francelino6,7 , Paulo Sergio Dourado Arrais7 Introdução: Os Eventos Adversos a Medicamentos-EAM representam riscos à saúde e sua subnotificação representa um desafio para a saúde pública. A busca ativa de casos suspeitos de EAM nos bancos de dados de saúde utilizando a Classificação Internacional de Doenças-CID é uma das estratégias que pode reduzir as subnotificações desses eventos. Objetivo: O objetivo desse estudo é identificar os códigos da CID mais usados como rastreadores de EAM e avaliar a sua concordância entre os pesquisadores. Métodos: Foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura utilizando as bases de dados PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, MEDLINE e LILACS com os descritores "Classificação Internacional de Doenças", "CID-10", "Efeitos Colaterais e Reações Adversas Relacionados a Medicamentos", "Envenenamento", "Erros de Medicação". Os artigos incluídos tiveram seus códigos CID identificados, comparados e sua qualidade avaliada. A análise de concordância dos códigos foi feita usando o modelo de ensaios de Bernoulli, testes de proporções binomial exata e a técnica de false discovery rate para analisar as hipóteses postas. A análise estatística foi feita com o software R. O estudo está registrado no PROSPERO sob n.º CRD42019120694. Resultados: Foram identificados 5.167 artigos e após os critérios de seleção, 33 foram incluídos nessa revisão. Foram identificados 1.105 códigos da CID. O coeficiente de prevalência dos EAM variou entre 0,18% e 18,4% em internações hospitalares e a taxa de mortalidade variou entre 0,12 a 45,9 óbitos por 100 mil óbitos. Somente 195 (17,7%) códigos tiveram alta concordância entre os pesquisadores. Muitos códigos CID utilizados para detectar EAM possuem baixa concordância entre os pesquisadores e produziram diferentes taxas do evento. Conclusão: Os códigos rastreadores de EAM identificados representam um método simples e eficiente para captação de eventos adversos em grandes bancos de dados em saúde, contribuindo na redução da subnotificação nos tradicionais sistemas de notificações de EAM.Palavras-chave: Informática médica, Farmacoepidemiologia, Segurança do paciente, Classificação internacional de doenças, Efeitos colaterais e reações adversas relacionadas a medicamentos. Objective: The aim of this study is to identify the ICD codes most commonly used as tracers of ADE and to assess their concordance among researchers. Methods: A systematic literature review was conducted using the PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, MEDLINE and LILACS databases with the descriptors "International Classification of Diseases", "ICD-10", "Drug-Related Side Effects and Adverse Reactions", "Poisoning", "Medication Errors". The included articles had their ICD codes identified, compared and their quality assessed. The analysis of concordance of the codes was done using Bernoulli's test model, exact binomial proportions tests and the false discovery rate technique to analyze the hypotheses posed. Statistical analysis was done using R software. The study is registered in PROSPERO under CRD42019120694. Results: A total of 5,167 articles were identified and after the selection criteria, 33 were included in this review. A total of 1,105 ICD codes were identified. The prevalence coefficient of ADEs ranged from 0.18% to 18.4% in hospital admissions and the mortality rate ranged from 0.12 to 45.9 deaths per 100,000 deaths. Only 195 (17.7%) codes had high concordance among researchers. Many ICD codes used to detect ADEs have low inter-rater concordance and produced different event rates. Conclusion: The identified ADE tracking codes represent a simple and efficient method for capturing adverse events in large healthcare databases, contributing to the reduction of underreporting in traditional ADE reporting systems. RESUMEN Fundamento: En la actualidad se necesita incorporar las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones (TIC) para contribuir al perfeccionamiento de la educación de los adolescentes en higiene bucal. Objetivo: Identificar conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas de los adolescentes sobre higiene bucal mediadas por las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones. Metodología: Se realizó un estudio descriptivo transversal entre septiembre de 2020 y enero de 2021. Se seleccionaron 174 adolescentes de 7.mo del municipio Jatibonico mediante asignación aleatoria. Se estudiaron las variables: higiene bucal, nivel de conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas sobre higiene bucal mediadas por las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones. Se utilizaron métodos del nivel teórico, empírico (encuesta, entrevista y observación) y estadístico. Resultados: Se constató una higiene bucal Deficiente en el 77 % de los adolescentes estudiados, el 64.9 % presentó un Bajo nivel de conocimientos de higiene bucal mediado por las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones y el 72.4 % prácticas Inadecuadas, sin embargo, el 77 % mostró actitudes Favorables relacionadas con este tema. Conclusiones: Se identificó más de la tercera parte de los adolescentes con higiene bucal Deficiente, con predominio de conocimientos Bajos y prácticas Inadecuadas relacionado con la salud bucal mediada por las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones, aunque predominaron las actitudes favorables.


ABSTRACT Background: At current days, is a need to include information and communication technologies (ICT) to contribute to improving adolescents' oral hygiene education. Objective: To identify knowledge, attitudes and practices of adolescents on oral hygiene by means of information and communication technologies. Methodology: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted from September 2020 to January 2021. A total of 174 adolescents from 7th grade from Jatibonico municipality were selected at random. Variables studied: oral hygiene, level of knowledge, attitudes and practices on oral hygiene by means of information and communication technologies. Theoretical, empirical (survey, interview and observation) and statistical methods were used. Results: Deficient oral hygiene was found in 77 % of the adolescents studied, 64.9 % presented a Low level of knowledge on oral hygiene by means of information and communication technologies and 72.4 % Inadequate practices, however, 77 % showed Favorable attitudes related to this topic. Conclusions: More than one third of adolescents were identified with Poor oral hygiene, with predominance of Low knowledge and Inadequate practices related to oral health by means of information and communication technologies, although Favorable attitudes predominated.
