RESUMEN
The imaging of portal cavernoma is easy. However the flow modifications in hepatic parenchyma may set the differential diagnosis with an infiltrative tumor of the liver. The authors report the case of a portal cavernoma in order to highlight the CT features of hepatic parenchymography in the course of cavernous development
