Spontaneous common bile duct perforation in an infant diagnosed by hepatobiliary radionuclide imaging: a case report

Spontaneous biliary duct perforation is a rare yet important entity presenting in infants. The usual presentation is jaundice and failure to thrive occurring in a previously healthy infant.
