With the gradual increase of China's total expenditure on research and development (R&D),the national megaprojects implementation of state-dominated megaprojects should solve major national problems and meet the national great strategic demand according joint research of multiunit and multi-discipline.The importance of management for research cooperation agreement and business contracts are increasingly prominent.Based on the author's own experience,a scientific research institute's perspective,contractual agreements on the management audit and review the content of the key points are summarized.It gives the reference for the staff of scientific management.

This paper presents the general principles and usual problems involved in the development of Institutional Review Board in research institutions. And suggestions are made in this regard. Meanwhile, it discusses two common difficult issues involved in ethical review.

The research result industrialization means the scientific research results of the laboratory transfer into productive force,a realistic production,in the market.The management for the research result industrialization should improve further the service in order to promote the industry progress.This paper presented the status quo of our country research achievement transformation and compared with research result industrialization of the developed countries,and point out the mode of combination of production,education,and research and the different research result transformation mode would effect the transformation rate of the research results.Meanwhile,some related solutions under current condition were suggested in the paper.
