RESUMEN
Immunocompromised individuals are susceptible to pulmonary aspergillus infection, but invasive aspergillus infection is extremely rare in the presence of normal immunity. We report a case of invasive aspergillosis in an immunocompetent 63-year-old male with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Patients with COPD may be at risk for developing pulmonary aspergillus infection, which should be considered as a diagnostic possibility in patients with unresolving pulmonary infection.

Twenty cases with cubitus valgus deformities following non- united fracture lateral condyle of the humerus were corrected by medial closing wedge osteotomy. The patients' age ranged from 15-26 years with a mean of 18 years. The cases were clinically and radiologically assessed. The valgus angular deformity as measured by humeral elbow wrist angle ranged from 25-52 degree with a mean of 36.25 degrees. The results according to criteria of Oppenheim et al. revealed excellent results in 75%, good results in 15% and poor results in 10% of the cases
