Objetivo: Estudar a irrigação do pericárdio fibroso e lâmina parietal do pericárdio seroso em crianças, com vistas à cirurgia. Material e Métodos: Dez cadáveres de crianças de ambos os sexos, até um ano de idade. Para tanto, adotaram-se as divisões regionais do pericárdio descritas por Di Dio, que considera pericárdio ventral a região por diante do plano frontal passando pelos nervos frênicos (região antefrênica) e pericárdio dorsal, por trás deste plano (região retrolrenica) Acrescentou-se como pericárdio inferior a porção do saco pericárdico que se relaciona com o diafragma. Resultados: O pericárdio ventral (regiao antefrênica) foi irrigado com maior freqüência por ramos das torácicas internal direita e esquerda e pericárdico-frênica direita em 9 casos;...
Purpose: To investigate the irrigation of both fibrous pericardium and the parietal layer of serosal pericardium in children. Patients and Methods: The cadavers of 10 children of both sexes, under the age of one. In this study we adopted the regional divisions described by DI Dio, which considers a plane between the two phrenic nerves that divides the areas of pericardium into ventral and dorsal regions. We also refer to these regions as antephrenic and retrophrenic respectively. In addition, we consider the inferior pericardium to be that portion of pericardial sac related to the diaphragm.
