RESUMEN

With the accelerating process of aging, the burden of elderly care in China is increasing dramatically. However, the current care models were difficult to meet the multi-level and diversified needs of the elderly. Time banking mutual care model is proposed as an important auxiliary model. Since the elderly in urban communities are the major participants of time banking mutual care model, understanding their willingness to participate is very important for the effective implementation and sustainable development of time banking mutual care model. This paper summarizes the research progress and the major influencing factors of the willingness of the elderly to participate in time banking mutual care model, in order to provide theoretical support for alleviating the increasingly severe burden of elderly care in China and realizing active aging.

RESUMEN

Objective To assess the value of four different techniques of detecting the Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) in the diagnosis of tracheobronchial tuberculosis. Methods A total of 98 patients diagnosed as tracheobronchial tuberculosis were selected from May 1,2013 to June 30,2016. The clinical data was analyzed retrospectively, and the positive rates of MTB of the 960 cultrue, the direct smears , the modified Ziehl?Neelsen stain method and Xpert MTB/RIF assay were compared. Results The positive rates of the 960 cultrue, the direct smears, the modified Ziehl?Neelsen stain method and Xpert MTB/RIF assay were 20.4%(20/98),15.3%(15/98),70.4%(69/98) and 74.5%(73/98),respectively. Among the four techniques ,the positive rates of the modified Ziehl?Neelsen stain method and Xpert MTB/RIF assay were significantly higher than those of the 960 cultrue and the direct smears(P 0.05). Conclusions The modified Ziehl?Neelsen stain method and Xpert MTB/RIF assay for detecting the MTB in BALF have high clinical value in the diagnosis of tracheobronchial tuberculosis.

RESUMEN

Objective To observe the clilnical effect of treatment of chill by butorphanol after epidural anesthesthia. Methods One hundred patients under going epidural anesthesia , divided into two groups randomly, 50 in butorphanol group(B)were injected intravenously through upper limbs with 0. 04% butorphanol (diluted with normal saline)20 μg/kg; 50 in pethidine group(P) were injected intravenously through upper limbs with 1% pethidine ( diluted with normal saline )0. 75 mg/kg. The speed of the two injection was30 ml/min, after five minutes the patients who were still chilling were injected with midazolam 0. 05 mg/kg. Observe the effect and complications after one minute, three minutes and five minutes. Results After one minute and five minutes the effect of treating chill was no statistically difference ( P > 0. 05 ).However, after three minutes the effect of the butorphanol group was obviously superior to the pethidine group ( P <0. 05) ,And the complications of butorphanol group was also less than pethidine group ( P <0. 01) . Conclusion Butorphanol display good effect on treating the chill after epidural anesthesia.
