RESUMEN
Apresentar a análise de pesquisas sobre as desordens de fala (los trastornos del habla) (e seu embasamento [y su basamento] teórico) a partir de uma revisão de trabalhos publicados preferencialmente nos (en los) últimos 10 anos é o (es el) tema deste estudo, que tem por objetivo realizar uma revisão bibliográfica dos estudos nacionais e internacionais que foram embasados nas (tuvieron como base las) seguintes concepções teóricas: teoria autos segmental, teoria da otimidade, fonologia de uso e fonologia gestual. Apesar de ser um tema de grande importância, nem sempre os (no siempre los) estudos mostram a vertente linguística adotada, o que torna (lo que hace) este trabalho de grande valia (muy valioso) para a comunidade científica. A interação entre o clínico e o paciente pode ser sustentada na análise (sustentarse en el análisis) de diferentes perspectivas, sendo o profissional que atua no estudo e (siendo el profesional que actúa en el estudio y) na aplicação de princípios teóricos na aquisição e desenvolvimento (en la adquisición y desarrollo) linguístico, responsável por alcançar o melhor (obtener elmejor) prognóstico possível para o desenvolvimento da linguagem e (del lenguaje y), consequentemente, do sistema fonológico. A teoria autossegmental tem sido fundamental para o desenvolvimento da terapia fonoaudiológica. A mudança (El cambio) de enfoque trazida se reflete em (propuesta se reflejaen) novas abordagens teóricas, como a teoria da otimidade, a fonologia de uso e a fonologia gestual. É importante salientar (Es importante señalar) que todas as teorias estudadas trazem forte (aportan una fuerte) contribuição para a avaliação, planejamento e (la evaluación, planeamiento, y la) intervenção nas desordens de fala de ordem fonológica. Essas perspectivas estão em foco com o (están de acuerdo conel) objetivo de verificar a aplicabilidade e a efetividade da (y la efectividad de la) intervenção nesse (enese) tipo de dificuldade de fala.
This research analysis on speech disorders (and their theoretical basis) from a review of works published preferably over the last 10 years is the subject of the present study. It aims to conduct a review of the literature on national and international studies that were based on theoretical conceptions in the fol-lowing: Autosegmental Theory, Optimality Theory, Phonology of Use and Gestural Phonology. Despite being a subject of great importance, studies do not always reveal the linguistic aspect on which they were based, something which would be of great importance to the scientific community. The interac-tion between the clinician and the patient can be sustained in the analysis of different perspectives, and it is the professional who works on the study and application of theoretical principles in language acquisition and development, and who is responsible for achieving the best possible outcome in the development of the language and, consequently, of the phonological system. The phonological theory has been fundamental in the development of speech therapy. The shift in focus is reflected in new theoretical approaches such as Optimality Theory, Phonology of Use and Gestural Phonology. Attention is centred on these perspectives in order to verify the applicability and effectiveness of the intervention of speech errors. Importantly, all the theories studied make a great contribution to the assessment, planning and intervention in speech disorders.
