RESUMEN
Idiopathic Atrophoderma of Pasini and Pierini (IAPP) is a rare, exclusively cutaneous disease. It is more frequent in females, with incidence peak in the second and third decades of life. The etiopathogenesis remains unknown. IAPP most commonly affects the back, abdomen and proximal regions of the limbs. Lesions may be rounded, oval or circular; single or multiple. The evolution is variable and the course is initially progressive. Collagen changes such as atrophy, thinning, condensation and sclerosis may be observed in the papillary dermis. This paper describes a case of Idiopathic Atrophoderma of Pasini and Pierini with histopathologic findings.

O hemagioma é o tumor vascular mais comum na infância, sendo a peleo órgão mais acometido. Observa-se regressão expontânea em aproximadamente90% dos casos até 10 anos. Sua etiopatogenia permanencedesconhecida. A conduta expectante é recomendada na maioriados casos. Estima-se que apenas 10% dos hemangiomas precisem sertratados. O propranolol é um betabloqueador não seletivo, seu mecanismono tratamento de hemangiomas permanece desconhecido. Parautilização da medicação, parâmetros como frequência cardíaca, pressãoarterial, glicemia capilar e eletrocardiograma devem ser avaliados.A medicação é introduzida gradualmente até a dose recomendada de2mg/kg/dia. Os casos descritos neste trabalho apresentaram respostassatisfatórias, comparável a observada em outros serviços.
The hemangioma is the most common vascular tumor in childhood,the skin being the most affected organ. Spontaneous regression is observedin approximately 90% of the patients under 10 years old. Itspathogenesis remains unknown. A expectant attitude is recommendedin most cases. It is estimated that only 10% of hemangiomas requirestreatment. Propranolol is a nonselective betablocker, its mechanism inthe treatment of hemangiomas remains unknown. For use of medication,parameters such as heart rate, blood pressure, capillary blood glucoseand ECG should be evaluated. The drug is introduced gradually tothe recommended dose of 2mg/kg/day. The cases described in thisstudy showed satisfactory responses, comparable to that observed inother services.

Esteatocistoma múltiplo é um raro transtorno genético autossômico dominante que se caracteriza por múltiplos cistos dérmicos de tamanho variável e assintomáticos. Descreve-se o caso de um paciente do sexo masculino, de 23 anos, com quadro clínico e evolutivo típicos dessa desordem.
Steatocystoma multiplex is a rare genetic disorder, autosomal dominant, that is characterized by multiple asymptomatic dermal cysts which vary in size. It is described here the case of a 23 year-old male patient with a typical clinical and evolutional progression of this disease.
