RESUMEN
Este projeto de intervenção tem por objetivo implantar o NHE na UMJMB localizada no município de Venturosa, Pernambuco. O projeto será construído no formato prospectivo, no período de fevereiro de 2017 a janeiro de 2018. Espera-se também organizar e concentrar as ações de VEH em um local definido, criando o setor de epidemiologia hospitalar; melhorar a comunicação entre a VE Hospitalar e Municipal e estruturar a equipe que irá compor o NHE. Pesquisas demonstram que unidades hospitalares com informação epidemiológica acessível, gerada a partir de dados de sua própria realidade, garantem ferramentas gerenciais importantes em relação a seu planejamento, reorganização do trabalho e promoção da eficiência. A proposta de implantação desse núcleo beneficiará diretamente o planejamento e execução das ações de epidemiologia hospitalar; a notificação rigorosa das DNC; o acompanhamento do perfil de morbimortalidade da população atendida; o desenvolvimento de ações de capacitação específica; a definição de medidas de prevenção e controle eficazes; o acompanhamento dos agravos atendidos; maior controle da imunização dos profissionais de saúde da unidade e a divulgação regular de dados aos gestores e profissionais.(AU)
This intervention project aims to implant the NHE in the UMJMB located in the city of Venturosa, Pernambuco. The project will be built in the prospective format, from February 2017 to January 2018.
