RESUMEN

Sixty patients with esophageal carcinoma undergoing thoracoscopic-laparoscopic resection were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group:endobronchial blocker was used during operation in group E and double-lumen tube( DLT) was used in group D.The results showed that compare to group D,intubation time was shorter and the incidence of postoperative hoarseness and sore throat was lower in group E [(27.4 ±8.6) vs.(37.2 ±10.3)s, 1 and 9 cases,5 and 14 cases, all P0.05].The study indicates that application of endobronchial blocker can reduce the incidence of postoperative hoarseness and sore throat and shorten the intubation time;especially, it is easy to operate and there is no need to replace the tube after surgery.

RESUMEN

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of controllable blood pressure depression in combination with acute hypervolmic hemodilutien (AHH) during operation. Methods 40 patients with esophageal or cardiac carcinomas were randomly divided into controllable blood pressure depression in combination with AHH group(group I)and control group (group Ⅱ), each group containing 20 patients. MAP, CVP and HR were monitored during operation. And Hb,Hct and Plt were aslo monitored before operation, 1h after AHH and 24h after operation. The volume of solution infusion, blood loss and blood transfusion were recorded during operation. Results MAP after operation in group I was significantly lower than that before operation in groups I and Ⅱ(P

RESUMEN

S100 proteins are a group of Ca2+ binding proteins. The main type of S100 proteins in nervous system (NS) is S1000B produced by astroglia cells and Schwann's cells. Recently, there are many researchs in the world which focuses on S100B biological activity and its mechanism, and these studies suggest that S100B plays a significant role inneuron development, neurite outgrowth and synaptic plasticity. We make a brief review in the field of S1000B biological property, distribution, biological activity and mechanism in NS. KEY WORDS S100 protein; neuron; glia; neu-rotrophic factor PKC; [Ca2+],;LTP
