RESUMEN
Introdução: O ensino de anatomia é essencial para a forma-ção de profissionais da área da saúde, no entanto, não há es-tudos nacionais que abordam as características do ensino da anatomia para o curso de enfermagem. Objetivo: descrever as características do ensino da disciplina de anatomia nas escolas de graduação em enfermagem do estado de São Paulo. Casuís-tica e Métodos: população composta pelos coordenadores do curso de enfermagem ou docentes que ministram a disciplina nas escolas de graduação em enfermagem do estado de São Paulo. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de um for-mulário eletrônico com auxílio da ferramenta SurveyMonkey, com questões referentes às características do curso, do ensino da anatomia e da formação dos docentes que ministram a dis-ciplina. Resultados: nas 38 instituições que participaram da pesquisa, a modalidade de curso predominante foi o Bacha-relado (28), sendo que 22 escolas oferecem 50 a 100 vagas para esta modalidade. O curso é oferecido no período noturno em 29 instituições. Em 18 instituições há apenas um docente responsável pelo ensino da disciplina de anatomia, em 23 o oferecimento da mesma acontece em dois semestres e 22 utili-zam a abordagem sistêmica e topográfica. O ensino é realizado com peças cadavéricas e sintéticas, vídeos e peças simuladas entre outros. A maioria dos docentes possui formação em ou-tro curso universitário que não enfermagem. Conclusão: As reflexões sobre o ensino da anatomia para a enfermagem são escassas, sendo necessário aprofundar o conhecimento sobre a estrutura organizacional das instituições que oferecem cursos graduação em enfermagem a fim de compreender o impacto dessa organização sobre a capacitação didático-pedagógica do docente. A exploração das características do ensino em anato-mia nos permite discutir, avaliar e reinventar o modo de ensi-nar e aprender.
The anatomy teaching is essential for the training of health professionals, but there are no Brazilian studies that address the characteristics of the anatomy teaching for the nursing course. Objective: To describe the characteristics of the teaching of the subject of anatomy in nursing undergraduate schools in the state of São Paulo. Casuistry and Methods: The study population was composed of the coordinators of the nursing course or teachers who minister this subject in nursing undergraduate schools in the state of São Paulo. Data collection took place by means of an electronic form with the help of the SurveyMonkeytool, with questions relating to the characteristics of the course, the anatomy teaching and the training of the teachers who minister this subject. Results: In the 38 institutions that took part in this research, the predominant course modality was the Bachelor's degree (28), with 22 schools offering from 50 to 100 vacancies for this modality. The course is offered at night in 29 institutions. In 18 institutions, there is only one teacher responsible for the anatomy teaching; in 23, the offer occurs over two six-month periods; and 22 made use of the systemic and topographic approach. The teaching is conducted with cadaveric and synthetic pieces, videos and simulated pieces, among others. Most teachers have university training other than nursing. Conclusion: The reflections about the anatomy teaching for nursing are scarce, which demands us to improve the knowledge about the organizational structure of institutions that offer nursing undergraduate courses with a view to understanding the impact of this organization on the didactic-pedagogical training of the teacher. The exploitation of the characteristics of the anatomy teaching may enable us to discuss, assess and redesign the way of teaching and learning.
