RESUMEN
This paper presents the experience in 30 consecutive patients who underwent renal angiography by retrograde catheterization of the abdominal aorta from 1967 to 1969. There was one failure due to arteriosclerotic plaques in the abdominal aorta. There were no complications attributable to the procedure, five cases are reported which demonstrate the clinical usefulness of the procedure and its advantages over older translumbar technique.(Author)
