RESUMEN

Objective:To summarize the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of esophageal rupture caused by intestinal preparation, in order to improve the understanding of this disease.Methods:We combined with the clinical data of one patient with esophageal rupture caused by intestinal preparation admitted to Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College in January 2020, and reviewed the relevant literature reports from 2009 to 2019 in CNKI database with esophageal rupture as the key word.Results:The patient suffered from esophageal rupture due to severe vomiting after magnesium sulfate enema preparing for endoscopic submucosal dissection.The patient was cured by endoscopic titanium clip therapy and closed thoracic drainage.A total of 89 articles involving 929 cases of esophageal rupture were retrieved, and it was found that males were more than females, the incidence of spontaneous>foreignness>traumatic>iatrogenic, the number of surgical cases(736 cases) was more than that of non-surgical cases(193 cases), the cure rate(86.65%) was higher than the death rate(13.35%).Conclusion:Esophageal rupture is one of the clinical emergencies with atypical clinical symptoms.Only detailed medical history inquiry and timely, effective imaging examination can make early diagnosis and early treatment, so as to reduce the fatality rate of the disease and improve the prognosis of patients with the disease.

RESUMEN

Objective To summarize the application of Ivor -Lewis in the treatment of esophageal cancer and to explore the value of clinical application.Methods The clinical data of 1 92 esophageal cancer patients who received Ivor -Lewis treatment were retrospectively analyzed,and followed the survival situation.Results In 192 cases,the surgery cut edges were negative.No postoperative death was observed.Anastomosis fistula occurred in 37 cases.1 year survival rate was 86.4%(1 40 /1 62),and 3 year survival rate was 52.4%(22 /42).Conclusion The application of Ivor -Lewis in the treatment of esophageal cancer can not only meet the principles of surgical treatment for tumors, but also can reduce the operation difficulty.At the same time,it is benefit to resect the lymph nodes located in the chest and abdomen,and also improve the effect of surgical treatment.

RESUMEN

The curative treatment of choice for stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients is usually surgical resection and the two surgical resection methods are lobectomy and sublobar resection.At present,the standard resection for early stage NSCLC is lobectomy.But more and more researches involve the sublobar resection for early stage NSCLC and its effect has been controversial.The research of how to improve the outcomes of sublobar resection is also emerging endlessly.The present paper reviews the effect of sublobar resection and the factors of impacting on its curative effect.
