RESUMEN

Objective:To investigate the factors and mechanisms in forming uric acid stones in patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM).Methods:106 patients with diabetes were divided into observation group and control group according to the combination of urinary calculi,53 cases in each group,The differences of clinical data and biochemical indexes between the two groups were compared,The relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus and urinary stones was analyzed by multi factor regression analysis. Results:There were no significant difference in observation group and control group in age,sex,SBP,DBP,TC,FBG,2hPBG and HbA1C (P>0.05),and there were of statistical difference significance in BMI,urinary pH,HOMA-IR,SUA,TUA in the two gruops (P <0.05) and the Logistic regression analysis showed blood uric acid, the urinary pH,HOMA-IR,SUA were independent risk factors in urolithiasis in T2DM (P < 0.05).Conclusion:High uric acid hematic disease, high uric acid excretion, insulin resistance, overweight or obesity, high blood triglycerides in patients with type 2 diabetes is risk factors for urinary stone formation,in which blood uric acid, urinary pH,HOMA-IR is the independent risk factor for type 2 diabetic patients with urinary calculi.

RESUMEN

Objective To investigate the immunological function variation of peripheral dendritic cell(DC)from bladder cancer patients after blocking PD-L1 pathway. Methods DC from normal control and patient with bladder cancer were cultured with rhGM-CSF,rhIL-4 in vitro and treated with PD-L1 monoclonal antibody. The expression of CD1a,HLA and CD83 were examined by flow cell meter. The effect of DC induced lymphatic cellular proliferation and its capability of secreting IL-10,IL-12 were determined by MTT and ELISA.Results Blocking PD-LI pathway did not infuluence the maturation of DC.But the DCs from bladder cancer patient signifcantly boosted the lymphatic cellular proliferating(4.00 ± 1.28 versus 1.49 ±0.45)and IL-12 secretion capability(108.30 ± 21.89 versus 37.17 ± 14.89 ng/L),and yet it also decreased the secretion of IL-10(108.90 ± 21.77 versus 14.99 ± 54.99 ng/L)after blocking PD-L1 pathway (P < 0.05).Conclusion Blocking PD-LI pathway on the DC from bladder cancer patient may improve its anticancer immunological function.

RESUMEN

Objective To study the anti-tumor effect of mycobacterium Ag85B/IL-2 fusion protein on syngenic mice bearing bladder cancer. Methods After being implanted BTT739 bladder transitional carcinoma cells from tumor bearing mice, 80 T739 mice were divided into Ag85B protein, BCG, IL-2 and normal saline groups (n=20). Mycobacterium Ag85B/IL-2 protein was locally injected to the mice at the site of implanting tumor in the trial group, and Ag85B protein, BCG, IL-2 and normal saline to the control group mice. The weight and volume of tumor and the survival period were recorded after treatment. Results The average weight of Ag85B/IL-2 fusion protein treatment group was significantly lower than those of Ag85B, BCG,IL-2 and normal saline group (P

RESUMEN

Objective To investigate the expression of cell cycle regulating protein cyclin E and p27 kip1 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC) and to evaluate its relation with the expression of Ki-67.Methods With immunohistochemistry assay , the expressions of cyclin E , p27 kip1 and Ki-67 were examined in 65 cases of BTCC and 12 cases of normal bladder tissue as controls. Results There was a positive correlation between cyclin E expression and the pathological grade(P

RESUMEN

Objective:To evaluate the expression and relationship of Ki 67 and microvessel density (MVD) in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder (TCC).Methods:With anti Ki 67 McAb and anti FⅧRAgMcAb,immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of Ki 67 and MVD in 65 cases of TCC,and 8 cases of normal bladder tissue as controls. Results:It was shown that the expression of Ki 67 in TCC was positively correlated to tumor MVD.These two indices increased with the escalation of the tumor grade ( P
