RESUMEN

AIM: To explore the protective effect of astragalus glycyrrhiza decoction (AGD) on arsenic trioxide (ATO)-induced QT interval prolongation and its mechanism based on metabonomics. METHODS: The model of ATO-induced QT interval prolongation in rats was established, and ECG, blood routine, and metabonomics were detected, and the key targets were collected combined with network pharmacology. The possible candidate genes and pathways for the protective effect of AGD were screened by GO and KEGG enrichment analysis and then verified by experiments in vitro. RESULTS: AGD could significantly alleviate the ATO-induced QT interval of SD rats. GO enrichment analysis was mainly related to inflammatory response, reactive oxygen species, oxidative stress, inner cell vesicles, folds, inner cell vesicles, SMAD binding, R-SMAD binding, and signal receptor activator activity. KEGG analysis showed that it was mainly concentrated in the PI3K-Akt signal pathway, lipid and arteriosclerosis, FOXO signal pathway, TNF signal pathway, HIF-1, and other signal pathways. Through the H9c2 cell model in vitro, it was verified that AGD could reverse the expression of SIRT1 and FOXO1 proteins. CONCLUSION: AGD may improve the ATO-induced QT interval prolongation and reduce the cardiotoxicity of ATO by regulating the SIRT1 / FOXO1 signal pathway.

RESUMEN

Objective: To evaluate the global scientific output of PTG research and explore their hotspots、frontiers and trend from 2008 to 2018, using bibliometric methods. Methods: Based on web of science core collection database, the literature with keywords"Posttraumatic Growth or Post-traumatic Growth"in topic and time limit set between 2008 and 2018 were searched, and 1668 literature were accepted, using the CiteS pace to depict the hot keywords, cited references. Results: The subject domains of posttraumatic growth could be divided into traumatic event, growth and change, and influence factors of PTG. Keywords and references analysis indicated that the quality of life and breast cancer were the research hotspots, whereas physiological indicators and research tools of PTG were the frontiers. The United States of America ranked highest in the countries with most citations, and the leading institute was the North Carolina University. Publications were mainly in Journal of Traumatic Stress. Conclusion: Future research could focus on the exploration of PTG intervention program, such as qualitative research and longitudinal study to trace its dynamic change.

RESUMEN

Objective: To explore the impact of echocardiographic parameter of diastolic dysfunction (E/A) on the recurrence of atrial ifbrillation (AF) in patients after catheter ablation. Methods: We retrospectively studied 277 consecutive AF patients with circumferential pulmonary vein ablation (CPVA) in our hospital. According to E/A ratio, the patients were divided into 3 groups: Normal group, the patients with 0.752, n=21. The late AF recurrent rates were compared among different groups. The patients were divided into another 2 groups upon AF recurrence after CPVA: Recurrent group, n=57 patients with atrial arrhythmia lasted more than 30 seconds at 3 months after CPVA and Non-recurrent group, n=220. The clinical conditions were compared between 2 groups. Results: The patients were followed-up for (374 ± 276) days. The AF recurrent rate in Severe abnormal group was 33.3%, in Mild abnormal group was 23.5% and in Normal group was 18.5%, P>0.05. The E/A ratio in Recurrent group was 1.22 ± 0.54, in Non-recurrent group was 1.19 ± 0.49, P=0.653. Univariate analysis indicated that the risk factors for AF recurrence included LVEDD and gender, not E/A ratio (P=0.236). Cox multivariate analysis indicated that with adjusted gender, hypertension, diabetes, LVEDD and LVESD, abnormal E/A ratio was the predictor for late AF recurrence (HR 2.29, 95%CI 1.01-5.19, P=0.046). With further adjusted LVEDD and E/A, the severe abnormal E/A ratio was still the predictor for AF recurrence (HR 2.27, 95%CI 1.01-5.12, P=0.047). Conclusion: E/A ratio was the important predictor for AF recurrence in patients after CPVA.
