RESUMEN
One hundred and seven patients aged from nine months to eight years old have been studied to evaluate the diagnosis of broncho-pulmonary recurrent infection with a preliminary studies and an association of bronchoscopy and bronchography. The first step cheek in revealed sixty seven diagnosis, while the bronchoscopy, the bronchography and the IgG subclasses revealed respectively twenty-seven, five and three diagnoses. Only five patients remained without diagnosis
