RESUMEN
The diagnosis of Cushing Syndrome secondary to Ectopic ACTH secretion constitutes a challenge to the endocrinologist. The goal is to make a differential diagnosis of Cushings disease and localize the ACTH-secreting tumor, to achieve quick and effective management of a disease that can be fatal. The mainly diffuculties are the limited data due to their low prevalence and the wide variety of the origin tumors. Therefore, a comprehensive and multidisciplinary study is needed, analyzing each particular case.
