RESUMEN
The pump metastasis of the bone are rare. They are the most often secondary to metastasis of thyroid, pulmonary, renal and more rarely hepatic cancer. The goal of this work that makes the object of four publications represents an interesting entity that expose to risks of complications linked to their excessive vascularisation. These pump metastasis pose a differential diagnosis problem with other benign bony lesions on the one hand and malign on the other hand. We bring ten observations of pump metastasis with a descriptive analysis of the different radiological aspects

The breach of the central nervous system in the course of the eclampsia has variable gravity. The mechanism of these hemorrhage lesions is again badly established. The authors bring a case. The imagery has an essential role in the diagnosis and the supervision of these lesions. The prognosis of these hematomas is derogatory and constitues one of the main cause maternal death in the eclampsia
