The pump metastasis of the bone are rare. They are the most often secondary to metastasis of thyroid, pulmonary, renal and more rarely hepatic cancer. The goal of this work that makes the object of four publications represents an interesting entity that expose to risks of complications linked to their excessive vascularisation. These pump metastasis pose a differential diagnosis problem with other benign bony lesions on the one hand and malign on the other hand.
