RESUMEN

The lineage transition between epithelium and mesenchyme is a process known as epithelial- mesenchymal transition (EMT) , by which polarized epithelial cells lose their adhesion property and obtain mesenchymal cell phenotypes.EMT is commonly found in embryonic development, wound healing, organ fibrosis and tumor metastasis.EMT and mesenchymal-epithelial transition (MET) are involved in the early and late development of embryo, such as implantation, gastrulation, heart development and so on.EMT and MET are involved in the regulation of stem cell phenotype changes and cell migration, which are important mechanisms of cell differentiation and three-dimensional tissue construction.The expression of cell adhesion molecules is transformed from E-cadherin to N-cadherin, which is an important sign of EMT.By interacting with (3-catenin, p 120-catenin and a-catenin, E-cadherin can affect the activation of Wnt, small GTPase superfamily and other signaling pathways and regulate cytoskeleton movement.TGF, Notch, Wnt, BMP, FGF, and other signaling pathways, Snail, Twist, Zeb and other transcription factors, together with epigenetic modifying enzymes, participate in the initiation and regulation of EMT in a coordinated way.In vitro models showed that E-cadherin was involved in self-renewal of stem cells.Somatic cell reprogramming could he regarded as MET, and the expression of E- cadherin can he obtained in somatic cells after transfection of reprogramming factors.In vitro studies have found that EMT and its related molecules (such as E-eadherin, Snail, Twist, Zeb, etc.) were involved in the early triploblast differentiation and the formation of specific cell types in the late stage.The study on the mechanism of EMT will help to improve the differentiation efficiency of stem cells in vitro and promote the induction of organoids.

RESUMEN

Objective:To discuss the use and management of medical material in hospital in order to resolve the key problem during medical material was used in department of device management.Methods: Using the modern logistics management idea to overall upgrade the original system. And to reconstruct the hospital integrated operations management platform included all aspects, such as design ideas, technical architecture, software function and so on, from whole management requirement point.Results: This platform could provide the improvement solution of traceability management for medical material in hospital, and increase the efficiency and transparency of management, and improve the whole management level in hospital.Conclusion: The introduced integrated operations management platform has standardized high-value materials management, met the fine management and cost requirements, and greatly improved the management level of medical materials.

Objective To improve the coverage rate of medical equipment metrological verification to ensure medical equipment safety and efficiency.Methods PDCA cycle was used to analyze the main problems in medical equipment metrological verification from the aspects of personnel,institution,management and flow,and the solutions were put forward accordingly.A certain of verification devices were sampled after verification,and the coverage rate of medical equipment metrological verification in the hospital was estimated based on the corresponding value of the sampled devices.Results Statistical analysis on the verification devices in 3 a showed the coverage rate of verification was enhanced from 45.5% to 97.5%.Conclusion PDCA cycle contributes to increasing the coverage rate of medical equipment metrological verification.

RESUMEN

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To observe the effect of Aike Mixture (AKM) on prostatic inflammatory infiltration in patients with chronic prostatitis type III A (III A-CP/CPPS) and evaluate its anti-inflammatory action. METHODS METHODS: A total of 60 patients with III A-CP/CPPS suitable to operation and differentiated as Chinese medicine: Gan qi stagnancy syndrome type were selected. They were assigned with the random number table to two groups equally. Before operation, the patients in the treated group were administered with Proscar combined with AKM, but those in the control group treated with Proscar only. Suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy was performed two weeks later, and prostatic pathological examination was conducted.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Grading of: inflammatory cell infiltration showed that the mean grade in the treated group was 0.78 ± 0.90 grades, which was significantly lower than that in the control group 1.68 ± 0.87 grades (P<0.05). However, the two groups were not different in the grades of fibroblast proliferation (1.50 ± 0.70 grades vs 1.62 ± 0.87 grades, P>0.05).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>AKM could suppress the inflammatory cell infiltration, be an effective and safe remedy for the treatment of IIIA-CP/CPPS of Gan-qi stagnancy syndrome type, and worthy for spreading in clinical use.</p>
